Lauren at Schreiber Tails is a gifted teacher. She does a terrific job of training the dog owner to train their dog, all through positive techniques that reduce frustration in both the human and the puppy. My 11 year old child and I took this class with our 5 month old puppy and we all had so much fun! The puppy playtimes are great and you could see so much progress amongst everyone in the class. We can't wait to sign up for a more advanced class!

It is always difficult to find a pet boarding that you feel you can trust. If you are looking or not happy with your current one, look no further! The staff are amazing and my Sophie always comes home so happy! I love the daily report cards and photos, a wonderful "touch" to hear and see how Sophie is doing each day. Thank you all for making Screiber Tails such a special place for our pets and pet parents. We have finally found our forever "pet" home away from home!

Our first time away from our little four-month-old kitten Max and when we returned home he was great!Everything about our experience was professional, I felt like Max was their family too. Having the option for an in-home visit was amazing, a good option for cat owners, and we will absolutely be using Schreiber Tails again!

I am so glad I found this daycare for my then 3 month old Jack Russell. She has been going here for two months now and loves it. The owners are great and really know what they’re doing. I have her in obedience class there too and she is already doing better. She seems to like going there because she gets excited when I bring her in the door. Being an only dog at home she gets to meet other dogs. And they are really reasonably priced. Great place!!!

Visiting family in Douglas county and we wanted to have a shopping fun day, so took our standard poodle/golden retriever here. When I came to pick him up he came to me for loves and then went back to the handler for more loves, so to me that means he likes it there. We have been to other places that are not so great and he comes to me and then wants to quickly leave and those places I will never be back. He is happy and tired from his day of playing and content to snuggle on the couch and take a nap. We will be back next time we visit for sure :)

Lauren is a caring instructor who wants the best for the dogs and their owners. She is organized and focused making the classes very educational. I will be taking my pup to more classes.Just took a second class with Lauren - same focus on details with opportunities for the dogs to practice. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful place to take your pups! Finally we have an indoor area to take dogs that's safe to play. The owners are so nice and smart too. They do more than just indoor play. Training, boarding, daycare and just provide a warm welcoming environment.

Our little sesame bagel is often quite worried about being left alone, but we put him in daycare here for a day trip that we couldn't bring the puppy on and wow was it great. We knew they would be great because she was partly in charge of our puppy training class, but he happily napped, played with other dogs (though before he was shy) and had a lot of fun. I was nervous about having to board him for our vacation, but now I'm excited! As the only dog in the house, he usually doesn't get much time with other dogs and im sure he can't wait to go back and play.If our puppy could have fun here, I'm sure yours could too.

We are new in the area and we are so thankful that we found Schreiber Tails for our babies. It was a last minute out of town trip and they were very accomodating in finding ways to help us. This is our second time for drop in care and our dogs are really well taken care of. I love how they send me report cards with pictures. Our dog always loves going. We have boarded him several times over the last year. He’s always excited to go. I love that they send me a report card with some pictures - my husband and I get excited when we see they’ve sent their daily report of our baby! Best doggy day care in douglas county. They even have excellent one on one dog training options available at great rates. If you're looking for a personal dog trainer I highly recommend them, and ask for Dani. She is exceptional! She's very empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and experienced with dogs of all breeds and sensibilities.

If I could give 100 stars I would! This place is a godsend! Lauren is amazing. I got a brand new doggy not trained at all and needed somewhere for him to be while I left town for the day. Schreiber Tails welcomed him with open arms and for the very next day! Not to mention daycare was extremely affordable and he had a blast! They gave him a report card and took pictures of him playing with other pups I was so impressed I booked a one-on-one training session with Lauren and she was able to come the same week. Again very affordable and it's like I have a brand new dog! They really know what they're doing over there and I would be lost without them! I plan on sending my baby there at least once a week just because of how great of a time he had and how well they handled him. Cannot thank them enough!!!

We have used Schreiber Tails several times since moving to the area in January. Our dogs had not been boarded before and always do well here. I love the easy communication with owners and daily report card with pics when we are away. I highly recommend and will continue to board my dogs at Schreiber Tails!

I took my dog there for the first time this week for day care because I had to leave town for an appointment. They sent a 'report card' with photos of him playing with other dogs which was very cute. On my way back to town, I got into a car accident and I was unable to pick him up, Schreiber Tails was very flexible and they were able to watch him for the night. They are very nice and caring people.

Our young dog has stayed here three times now. This last time was 6 days. He was very happy when I picked him up and they said he played with other dogs much better this time. He is not around dogs at home. Love getting the daily photos and being able to see the posts on social media. Highly recommend.

Schreiber Tails is the best. My dog Fynn and I took a basic obedience class and Fynn has attended dog day care. Both services were outstanding. We definitely will use Schreiber Tails again!

All the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. I felt instantly comfortable with leaving my pup, who is quite a handful. I love the daily report card and pictures. This is not something I’ve ran across with other facilities. The place is very clean and my pup is happy and excited when I am dropping him off and picking him up. If you’re looking for a daycare or boarding for your fur babies I highly recommend checking this place out.

I use Schreiber Tails for daycare and dog training and couldn't be happier. My pup gets nervous (we got him at five months and he hadn't been socialized yet) but as soon as he see's Lauren his tail starts wagging and he relaxes. When I pick him up each day he is happy and can hardly keep his eyes open on the drive home. I love getting the daily report cards and seeing pictures of my Bowie playing with the other dogs. I highly recommend Schreiber Tails for daycare, training, boarding, etc.

Lauren took great care of my puppy during doggy day care. When I picked him up, he was happy and tired. They shared pictures of his time there with new, and sent an adorable report card of how he did while he was in their care. At the last minute, our “babysitter” couldn’t take care of Kahlua. I called Schreiber and Aris came to our rescue. This was our first time with Schreiber. It will not be our last. He came to our home every day and took care of her. He also sent pictures. I really missed her so it eased my concern. Thank you, Aris!!

I've been working with Dani, a CPDT-KA trainer, through Schreiber Tails. She has been so incredibly helpful with my rescue dog. I tried to DIY for *months* what she achieved in our first session. Her positive reinforcement training techniques have helped lessen problematic behaviors, and they've given me a framework for knowing how to actually work with my dog in a productive way. I know there are all sorts of DIY dog training resources online, but I can't recommend highly enough working with a certified professional. It's a game-changer.

Any animal at Schreiber Tails is part of the family while they are there. Lauren absolutely loves them all. I have never known anyone who is so in tune with with animals, especially dogs, and they know and love her back. If you have to be away from your fur babies for a period of time, whether it's for the day or a longer vacation, there is nowhere else in the world that you could take them to receive as much love and attention in your absence as Schreiber Tails!

I boarded my rescue Doberman Cruz with Schreiber Tails over the Christmas holidays and couldn't be happier. He has had issues getting along with other dogs as he was not socialized properly as a puppy. I was nervous about how he would do but they promptly sent me a report card and pictures every day of him hanging out with other dogs and playing. It was a great experience for him and made my vacation much less stressful. Aris even stayed late because I was running late to pick him due to the road conditions. I definitely will be using them again in the future, they are knowledgeable and responsive. 5 stars.

These guys are great! I highly recommend them. I left my 5 month old puppy with them for a 24 hour period and I was nervous about leaving her with someone I did not know. When I saw the pictures that they posted on their FB page of my puppy playing, I was so happy to see what a great time she was having. If you are going out of town and need someone to care for your pet, I would trust Schreiber Tails.

I don’t know what we would do without these guys. We’ve had our pup in puppy class with them for about three weeks and she’s made a ton of progress… we have put her in day care and have boarded her overnight with them. They send you a report card with pictures which really put me at ease when I was away from her. The services we have used are reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny. They have an actual store front with all of their services being under one roof which puts me at ease as well. I am glad that we found these guys and highly recommend them for training or boarding your pup.

The Schreibers are seriously wonderful. Very responsive and so so accomodating. We have had Schrieber tails do in-house cat-sitting for us and our cats are always more relaxed than usual when we get home. Our rescue pup has started going to daycare here to help with doggy socializing and you can tell she just has a great time. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our furbabies, we can't recommend the Schriebers enough!
