We have used the boarding and daycare services at Douglas County Pet Lodge. My Pup is always happy when dropped off and enjoys her time at the Lodge. The staff obviously cares about the animals in their care and are happy to send updates while we can't be with our fur baby.

My dog Pacco stayed for 2 weeks and he had the best time ever. He was so excited to go and play with all the other dogs and hang out with the owner Amanda. I will definitely be going back anytime my dog needs a place to go while I’m on a trip.

I have used this facility more than once to care for my animal family. Amanda and Andy run a first-class place!!! They know exactly how to handle each animal, young, old and even disabled pets. My animals were well cared for and came home with a minimum of stress. It's nice to know that we have a wonderful place where we can trust our beloved friends. Bless you A & A!!!!

We have taken our 8 month old Chocolate Lab Sugar . To Douglas County Pet Lodge 3 times. And they are friendly, professional,honest,courteous,And very reasonably priced . It is a family owned business . And they take there jobs seriously. Due to a love for animals. Make no mistake . Douglas County Pet Lodge is the place to go.If you want your kids to be tended to properly while you are on vacation.

I intend to board my 8 mo groodle, Razzy, for a couple nights so I checked out Douglas County Pet Lodge. The kennels were clean and the staff was friendly to both me and the dog. They let me leave Razzy there for an hour while I did some shopping in Winston. When I returned my dog was happily wagging her tail and having a great time. I am confident they will take good care of my puppy when I leave her for a couple nights.

Great place used them several times and they have been very accommodating as well if I haven’t been able to pick her up I was able to schedule for the next day. Great serves and they took excellent care of my dog.

Stella Sh*tbird Poopypants McGee is a big fan of Douglas County Pet Lodge! She had a doggo sleepover there for a few nights recently and absolutely loved it. On the human side of things we're very happy with their services. Their facility is well kept, plenty of dog friends for her to socialize with and they have stellar communication. We received a couple of videos of Stella enjoying herself and updates about how she was doing during her stay. Ten outta ten, she will stay again!

I had to leave my two fur babies (cats) for longer than two nights for the first time ever to go on vacation. I've never had to lodge them family usually is able to help.I am disabled and wanted to make sure the place was going to work out, so I went by a few weeks before and knew I'd made the right choice! The owner set my mind at ease and was really friendly.When I took my cats in my older one that normally takes time to warm up to new people seem to like her right away! I will take my babies back again if I ever need to have them watched in a heartbeat! Can't thank them enough for taking such great care of my babies!

Amanda and her staff are beyond amazing. My dog pearl who I adopted from a shelter has been beyond amazing. My doggie baby is a pitbull/lab and she’s loves it here. They make interactions with your pets so personal I consider them family. My baby,Pearl loves coming here! She has so much fun, and it feels amazing to leave my fur baby with people who LOVE dogs. She plays with others how a dog should!! Absolutely do doggie day care with them, and boarding them for a trip or vacation, your dog will love it! For me and my pup I think it as school. They do such an amazing job at socializing your dog, and special attention to every single dog ♥️. I will always use them and recommend them to the fullest.

My " service animal " had to be put in the care of someone for the first time since I've had her. I called Douglas County Pet Lodge, and they put my anxiety to rest rather quickly. For the 24 hours that my Dana Dog was there, my anxiety was non-existent. Dana Dog and I went back a few days later, and she wanted to stay and play with the other dogs... like she was going to a party! This is a great place, and they are great people running it. There should be a higher than 5 stars rating to do this place justice. You have my heart felt gratitude and a customer for sure. Thank you so much... Clark

Douglas County Pet Lodge is the only place you should ever consider bringing your dogs. The level of individual care provided to your dog regardless of the length of their stay, is the highest quality of care you will find anywhere in Southern Oregon. My dogs have been coming to DCPL for YEARS staying in all seasons at varying durations, and every time they go, is better than the last.So, if by now you haven't booked with them yet, do yourself and your pet a favor, and just DO IT! You both definitely won't regret it

The Douglas County Pet Lodge is great! This pet lodge has always been there for us, whether a planned vacation or a quick last minute go, they help accommodate our pets. For a 9 day vacation once, they watched our dog, cat, & hamsters. They have the best rates around and you can tell they really love animals.

Had 2 dogs stay for 5 days. One had a special diet. Picked up dogs, they were happy, didn’t smell of kennel and had been feed as we asked. People are very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will use again!

This place is amazing!!! Great price and stellar staff. I had never left my doggie in the 3yrs I've had him, and at first I called daily to check on Chico, but he did so well, I didn't need to call back anymore during my trip. I totally recommend the DC Pet Lodge to anyone asking!!!! Thank you guys

Douglas County Pet Lodge has gone above and beyond to care for our two dogs after our house fire. We’ve even picked up our dogs to go out to our property for the day to spend time with them and brought them back to this facility and they were more than happy to be back. I have a mastiff who hasn’t been around other dogs for the last 4 years. He is 6. DC Pet Lodge was friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a place to board their pet.

We were nervous at first leaving our pup with a lodge as we had never left our puppy with anyone and feared she would be overlooked or ignored. When we arrived our fears were out to rest immediately. The caring staff asked good questions and to our surprise our pup went with them willingly. Upon our return to pick her up the staff shared observations they made during her stay and offered some suggestions to help overcome her reluctance to eat. They were genuinely caring and attentive. You could see by the way our pup responded to them that she had been loved and cared for in our absence. We recommend DCPL and have since utilized their services on several occasions and each time our little lady excitedly runs right up to the staff to say hello. I would say 5 ⭐ all the way.

We were recently traveling through the Roseburg area and needed a place to board our two dogs. We called Douglas County Pet Lodge and they were happy to take them in on short notice. Amanda and Andrew were very helpful and more than willing to assist in meeting the unique needs of our aging pets. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the peaceful rural setting was very pleasant for animals and humans alike. When we picked up our dogs the next day, they were happy and relaxed. We highly recommend the Douglas County Pet Lodge and would gladly entrust our dogs to them again!

Left my cat and my housemate's gecko there for a few nights on short notice due to electricity issues. The staff was incredibly nice, and they were able to get them a place. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone if they need a place to lodge their pets. Again, fantastic atmosphere, people, and my kitty Panda and the little gecko loved it here.

What great place Douglas County Pet Lodge is . Our pup hates the fire works and we found this lovely place way outside of town that we can take him for the fourth and New Year’s Eve where he can just relax and play and we don’t have to stress about him being so stressed :) The owners are very nice and it's obvious they love animals. They have a great set up for the dogs, they have an indoor kennel and a huge area for out door play.

We recently boarded our two full size dogs here for the first time and it was a great experience! Staff was very friendly the property was nicely kept, safely secured near the busy road and I felt at ease driving away knowing my pups were getting plenty of playtime and not just being locked up for the weekend. They came home tired but happy and didn’t smell of pee(had issues with other kennels in the past)We already scheduled another visit for them next weekend and I’m sure they are looking forward to it as well!

I feel like I got lucky when I found Douglas County Pet Lodge. Everyone who loves their dog understands the heartbreak of having to leave them with strangers. I took her here and found that they’re loving, empathetic, and great with dogs. This put me at ease and allowed her to be in a safe place while I was away. This place is also very affordable and they have helped me on short notice multiple times.

Great experience I've never used a Kennel for my dogs before but would recommend Douglas County Pet Lodge. The owners are very nice and it's obvious they love animals. They have a great set up for the dogs, they have indoor kennels and a great play area for the dogs to play
