I get all my dogs things here like their food, treats, flee treatments, and even can bath them here!!! The employees have always been so nice they even would carry my dog food to my car when I broke my ribs. 10/10 my favorite store

What a super experience! Walked in with my Lab & was quickly helped with fitting my Abby for a new harness. Then, we were led to the toys.The astro turf out front is great. She enjoyed rolling around with her ball.Overall 5 star visit. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the friendly & helpful staff. Great prices too.

The new store in Winston has a good selection of stuff, lots of stuff, but the prices are high.

Super excited to have this new store! While it's smaller than we expected, it certainly is going to more than meet our needs. The staff were polite and helpful, although there are always some kinks to iron out at the beginning. We had ran into an issue that was quickly solved by a knowledgeable manager.

When they opened the new new store in Winston I was so disappointed. They don’t carry any of the dog treats that Roseburg. Dose. The bird section didn’t carry window hummingbirds feeders . Will be going back to Roseburg from now on. Beautiful store but not what I need

A little spendy but they are super convenient and the staff is helpful. They have a new gas station and convenience store attached. The chicken to go was good!

My overall experience was this at first it was good my training was brief but I had the register down but as far as what they had there’s people who have been there longer that had no idea what was going on and I wasn’t allowed to move to see what all they had so if somebody asked I could tell them where things were, well tana and several other employees decided to lie about stuff and started getting me in trouble which ended with me being terminated for pushing a sign with my foot because it fell out it crashed against the computer and I apologized and it knocked into a cord on the register and knocked it out until it was plugged back in but honestly do not work there and the store needs so many improvements like a change in management better training and just their system ringing people up is so time consuming and it irritates customers the closing times need to be later I watched so many customers drive away due to the store being closed the inventory on clothes needs to be changed so many complaints about lack of inventory in general the store needs to improve a lot or it will lose a lot of business it is a shame because I did have high hopes for this place and did my best to contribute to that but due to poor training and other factors that wasn’t the case.

The employees were very helpful and courteous. Store is clean and well stocked with items they carry. The assistant manager also informed me she could order anything found on the website and have it in store in days.

These folks are phenomenal; always helpful, friendly and professional. Today I had a fairly complex plumbing connection. I was back and forth 3X and Danielle proved to be a rockstar among giants.

Right through the door sales rep " help you find somthing" ya ..... she new right were everything was. Dicided to poke around the store see if there was any thing else I needed for the job I was doing. walking along "help you find somthing" ya exhaust ducting. He pointed 4 aisels down and said "in the middle of aisle 15 Every time I walk in to dc co-op it's like walking into a well oiled maching
