Apart from a couple of cold-ish burgers, this location has really been surprising me lately. The staff is solid and the food has been really good. Ive never gone for DQ but a few coupons got me in the door, and I have to say, they're doing a good job. The past couple of times I have had ice cream there, it has been way too soft and melted almost immediately. I think their machine needs maintenance.

Was there around 9pm on 3/24/2023. The service was so slow. The store was filthy and the kids making the blizzards, the counter was gross. The girl taking orders didn't wash her hands b4 making blizzards. The self serve pop machine was so dirty I didn't even get a drink. The owners need to be there managing the team. 9.50 down the drain cuz I couldn't eat the food,it was filthy. They put drive thru before the walk-ins. Will not go back.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered in the app for the first time and it sent my order to Winston, OR instead of Sweet Home, OR. I quickly realized the error and called Winston to ask them to cancel my order. I was greeted with a "Hello" as if this were someone's personal phone and not a business, but I moved forward and explained what happened. The person on the other end (Mateya or something) told me that I could cancel in the app. We ended the call, and I found no way to cancel in the app. I called back. She answered again having a side conversation about a Wonder Woman blizzard and then hung up on me. I had to call back 7 times to get her to pick up the phone again, only to have her tell me with a less than stellar attitude, that they don't have control over the app and that I would have to call corporate for a resolution. So I did as she told me to. Corporate had much better customer service, and they were more than happy to send a report to the store owner about the employees behavior. However, they aren't able to cancel the order or refund me because the stores are independently owned (as I had already suspected). So I called the store again, and I was told again that a refund couldn't be issued. I asked for a manager or the owner, and the little girl told me she was a high up as it goes. She finally admitted she just doesn't know how to issue a refund (insane that she's "as high up as it goes" and doesn't know how to issue a refund). I asked how to contact the manager and she said "Call back when she's in" which apparently is tomorrow morning. I guess we'll see if they make it right. I understand that these are children working, but at least teach them customer service skills. You could be completely incompetent at your job, and as long as you're honest and kind I will be understanding. Unfortunately this young girl was none of the above.

I have grown to hate this particular dairy Queen over the past two years. Daughters absolutely love getting their big me to stop all the time. I avoid it at all costs.But again tonight I could not avoid it. I have accepted all meal no matter how simple or small will take 20+ minutes.Tonight I suppose I should blame myself for not checking the bag before leaving the Drive-Thru but again no sauce of any kind for the multiple chicken strip baskets. Not even ketchup for the fries.And sauces and ketchup were requested!😡

It was busy for the last hour they were open. They need one more staff member. The 3 employees were doing their best. We had Blizzards and enjoined them there. The line just kept building at the drive-up, as well as 2 Door-dash came in.

$1.90 for a small drink, $1.75 for a small cone, so tell me why a small Root Beer Float is $4.50 and not $3.65. It's 4/5 as far as food and service go, but those prices bring it down to 1. DQ keeps raising their prices because nobody is going there, and nobody is going there because they keep raising their prices, as well as not making any sense with their pricing. Until the higher ups figure out how to actually price things, it's going to be a long time before I treat myself to DQ again, I could get a small Starbucks or Dutch Bros. for the same price with infinitely better quality.Also, if the "Owner" that keeps replying with the same copied and pasted response on most of the bad reviews of "We hope you give us another chance and visit us again" actually manages to reply with something original in comparison to their other comments, I'll legitimately give you a 2/5 instead of a 1/5.

Terrible !!!! Girl at window assured my order was right...it wasn't and it was not even close to being warm. Second go around there was 2 quarter pieces of bacon on it....i didnt order the cold fries either with first order. For $7.50 it was terrible. Also second time around before i even touched it the top and bottom bun were fallung apart😠

Last night about 8:15 pm we were heading home and stopped here. Worst mistake ever. There was a line, no big deal, times now have made drive through lines longer which is something I expect and actually don't mind. We got up to the order screen and waited for 5 minutes before a woman stated she would take our order when ready. I started with the first item which I got a reply in such a rude manner, 'would you like anything else?', I continued, after each item, I got, again in a rude manner, 'is that it?' After the last item ordered this lady added 'as you can see we are screaming busy and there will be a wait', this woman was crass, short and overall made me feel that the service business was not for her. When we got to the window we were handed our food, which was missing 3 beverages, 2 fries, 2 applesauce, a sundae and our dilly bars. We had to continue to repeat what was missing each time the second gal came back. Then, while we were waiting for our food. We witnessed the order taking woman answer the door, and without gloves hand another customer (whose items were also missing), an order of kid fries not placed in a second bag. In addition to rude interactions we got, we got to then listen to her complain about the chaos to her manager, who sped through the parking lot mind you to get there. I don't know what is going on in that establishment, but this was the worst experience by far with a Dairy Queen.

I literally sat for 45 minutes in a line of 2 cars. Would have left but they came out and collected my money before I got to the window. Then they hand me 2 melted blizzards and say they are just waiting for my brownieto warm up. After all of that it was still cold.

The food quality is reliably really good. My last time the milkshake I ordered was melted when I finally got it 15 min later with whipped cream soup on top. This is no doubt due to the exorbitant amount of time between order placed and pickup. It could be avoided by a) improve customer wait time or b) train employees to only prepare ice cream for next customer at window. I can't speak for other Dairy Queen outlets but this one has had a reputation for slow drive thru service but good food for well over a decade. The hot food is always prepared well and ice cream is usually perfect as well.

My husband and I were in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before we got helped. I went in to use the restroom there was one door dasher ln side 2 cars in the drive through we got our food 25 munets latter and still haven't got our blizerd. Also I felt like we were inconvenience the staff.The car behind us just drove off Will make the drive to Roseburg next time

Not a great experience tonight. Ordered 2 sundaes. The gal didn't speak except to tell me what I owed. I gave her the money and she came back to give me the change. She said nothing!! Didn't count the change, nothing. Didn't speak when she handed me the ice cream either. Sorry to bother her with my business and money!!

Usually the service is decent (taking order) but this time I'd say meghhhh! Yes it was 25min before closing but that's how it works even if its 5min till closing if a customer wants to order then you take the order with out an attitude. Right? Besides having to knock on window and beg for a drink holder that's what my issue was ATTITUDE from girl/woman taking drive thru order... She was pushey ,had a attitude with that (I'm annoyed tone in her voice) yes I'll go again but most likely not on the evening again .

The deserts were great, but my $6 grillburger was basically a $1 Wendy's bacon cheeseburger. Small with tiny bacon fragments and no onion/lettuce/tomato. And the dry/plain we ordered for kids were regular with condiments and were rejected. :-(
