I like Bi-Mart and shop there often, this particular store has always given me issues with the cashiers. Yesterday was a bad day, their was only two of us in line and the cashier could not scan a code and could not read the numbers, after about 10 minutes in line and several people moving from behind me to another cashier they finally got the code and it was my turn. Then they decided to change cashiers. I was flabbergasted, why would they do that when they knew id been standing there that whole time?I left everything on the counter and walked out. It was a short drive to the co-op down the street. I will continue to shop bi-mart, just in Roseburg and Sutherlin, sooooo much better!

Love the store. Lots of sporting equipment. Kitchen stuff, electronics. Large variety of everything at good prices. They even sell plants, dirt, kids toys, rugs, RV equipment. Anything you might need they have it. Very friendly staff.

I decided to try and stop spending money in these stores after about May of 2020.After the many years of the chain being my go to for everything.I even thought it was kind of cool that my skill set and employment i built much of this This particular store when it was constructed.In an effort to educate businesses that its going to cost them business on how they reacted, acted, overecated and treated patrons who are free citizens during those months of fraud. I was not allowed through the doors with out t shirt mask blocking my airway then. So now I choose not to go at all!

Love OUR Bi-Mart, in Winston, OR., More Discoveries Every time We Go!?!! ♡♡♡I don't go Nearly as Often as I did before they Took All Pharmacies Out of All Their Stores!Still tho the Service/Cashier's Were Always Pleasant and Helpful.It Was the Sudden Closures of ALL of Their Pharmacy Programs that Caused A Lot of People Problems here in this Small Town & Many Other People, in Pacific North West!I believe that The Stores Have Suffered Since the Change! imo

By now most people know what is in a Bi-Mart. What sets Winston's apart is the friendliness of their staff. Even when they were out of a product they took the time to explain why.In the 3 months I have been near Winston, this has become my favorite store in the chain and in the region.

I received exceptional customer service today. I am in town visiting a friend and did not have my Bi-mart card with me. I'm sure it would have taken far less effort to take my $5 and issue me a new one, but she looked up my information and issued me a replacement for no cost. Awesome. 💯

Bi-Mart truly is the right mart for the Northwest. If you have plans to enjoy the outdoors they likely have what you need, whether it be hunting or fishing or hiking or even some light farming / heavy gardening. I'm in a small town and appreciate the pharmacy on site.
