This location is absolutely FILTHY!The soda area is so crusted over with splashed soda and food it's unbelievable.Also, it's dirty from nasty unwashed hands that have touched the buttons, drink holders and lids.The soda lids themselves were coated in only God knows what all down the front of the stack.I understand being busy and not cleaning them everyday but those haven't been washed in MONTHS AND MONTHS IF NOT YEARS.Absolutely foul. Do better.I've seen plenty of their staff just goofing off. Especially during the off hours they're main on their phones.

Nice convenience store. The food is pretty dang cheep and is actually not bad at all. The pizza is really good for the price, and the hot dogs a delicious. The customer service has improved and I like to stop in here pretty often.

I have been working here for almost 2 years, and I just want to clarify that Julie , the owner of 7-Eleven, is a GOOD person. She works her hardest to be the best boss she can be, she tries to satisfy every customer possible and I’m sorry, but she does not get enough credit for how hard she works. I’ve read through these reviews and I disagree with most of them. Not every woman that works there is rude, I can name a few that I work with that are VERY nice & have never once had an attitude with a customer. Customer service isn’t easy, it’s harder than people think and when we have rules we have to follow, we anger customers and we get the wrath of an angry person. Even myself as a customer, before I worked there, I met some sweet people who were kind to me and made conversation with me while helping me. Everyone I know that works there has a big heart and works their hardest but sometimes people have bad days - that does not make them a mean or bad person. I love this store & my job and I’m grateful to not only know The owner, but to work for her as well. ☺️

I was lied to by one of the workers and he told me that the store would be getting their cold brew mocha drink on a Tuesday. That was last week. The store has had plenty of trucks dropping off supplies to restock and still no mocha cold brew coffee. This is ridiculous and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is irate about this.

There were several customers in the store. I walked in got my fountain drink, paid and left the store. Not rushed, didn't have to stand in line and wait. Clerk was very friendly and helpful.

There is at least 2 or 3 workers there that definitely deserve a higher rate of pay one cashier was so nice that she even bought my girlfriend a stuffed animal from the ty beanie baby rack. So for that I say thank you!

I get off work at the mill at 11:30 pm so I like to stop and get a big bite and your food heater is always EMPTY!!! No pizza no hotdogs nothing!!! This is the 3rd time!!! Parking lot full of cars so I know for a fact your losing money not having food to sell!!!

I love 7-11 Because you have the greatest..sweetest lady that works there .I believe her name is Coleen.My husband left his wallet home so I told home to go get it and She could hold me hostage.Cuz we had gotten Chilli Dogs slurpees A couple DVDs.This amazing lady actually paid out of her own pocket and told us I don't work tomorrow but I do the next day.It was so thoughtful.And especially to be so trusting.Thankyou again.We drove directly home and Back to Pay her .Always a Cheerful lady

Always friendly, always available and ready to serve. I have never had any problems with them, and although they took a hit when 7-11 was bought, the quality of the items hasn't changed.

Horrifying. Every time i go in this store, im reminded why i dont go thrre. All pf the women that work there are rude. And some of them are legitimatly mean. Not to mention i went in the other day amd there was a group or people hanging out with one of the cashier's, they all had swastikas tattooed all over them. Talk about uncomfortable. I blame management. TEACH YOUR WORKERS TO HAVE RESPECT, AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. GOOD DAY.

I had occasion to go to Winston. After concluding my business, I thought i would swing into 7-11 and get a Slurpy. They had a decent selection. I chose a Coke Slurpy. It tasted of chemicals rather than Coke. The fumes coming up the straw almost took my breath away, in a bad way. The store was dirty and there was no sinage to tell what size Slurpy cost. The bright spot was person behind the counter.

I saw a few people saying 711 has people there who have " Swastikas" tattooed on them, and how 711 is " discriminating" no, Juile ( the owner) wouldn't allow such things, you probably way caught doing a five finger discount, or you were being a rude person, yes people have bads days, but seriously? Discrimination? Lol k

Friendly, accommodating, staff. Average prices. Large parking lot, but be careful when exiting. It's easy to miss the driveway, and pop the curb, on right turn exits.
