Nature's Pet Market is much smaller than the big chain stores, but that can be a good thing. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats, accessories, and toys. Also, the staff is quite knowledgeable (unlike the folks at the chain stores!).

Best customer service! It was my first time in, I just moved to Wilsonville and decided to pop in not knowing what to get with my pup with tummy troubles. The employee was extremely helpful and actually listened to me and spoke with me for about a half hour to figure out what is best for my pup. She was highly educated and said she was trained on all the dog food brands, she found the correct ratio of fiber and protein for my fur baby. So happy I stopped in.

Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and nice. First time I've been in a pet store and felt someone care about my pet as much as I do. Cant recommend them enough.Your pet is your best friend! They'd do anything for you. Take the extra half hour a week and go to a place to get them the nutrition they deserve!

I’ve never been to the Wilsonville location until today because I happened to be in the area; however, I’ve been purchasing food, treats, toys, harnesses, shampoo, etc. for almost 15 years at the Sherwood location. Matt and Jenny as well as their kids have been so wonderful to me and the dogs over the years. And it was no exception today when I walked into the Wilsonville store, and the employee recognized me from the Sherwood store.

Their staff have been so helpful in helping with finding food, treats, clothes, and toys for our new dog. They are knowledgeable about their products and are eager to please. I never feel pressured or rushed - I always feel like my dog and I are treated like VIPs. I'm happy to shop here.

Such a a great selection of pet supplies! I purchased a dog bed and food mat for my rescue dog and will definitely be returning. Customer service was phenomenal and I was even given some free kibble samples which my dog will be excited to try. Support local and shop here!

I went into the store looking for a specific cat food brand and type I had gotten a rec for and although they didn’t carry it, the young lady who was there was so incredibly helpful!! Such a great experience! Huge variety to choose from with snacks and dog foods! My favorite though, is the customer service! All the ladies were amazing and quick to help us and answer any of our questions! This was our second time coming to this store, and we will continue to come from here on out! Oh yeah! They even gave us a couple of samples to try out with out picky senior dog 🙌

Matthew was great!He gave us a lot of information and didn't try to sell us on the most expensive thing in the store.Basically the best experience I've ever had at any pet food store.We look forward to going back because they have so many things there, more than just food.Things that you don't find at other stores at least not under the same roof and the customer service/ knowledge base was awesome.

Had a horrible experience here today and will never return after receiving the following responseWhen I spoke with you today, I apologized several times for the miscommunication you had with one of our employees. You were angry we didn't get back in touch without you about your complaint. Unfortunately, we never received a message to call you. I apologized about that as well, but you didn't seem open to accepting any apology. You seemed to want us to give you a discount or something to make you happy. Very your way or the highway. Well, we're not that kind of store. You can give us a 1 star review all you want. Your not really giving our store a 1 star as you actually complimented our store in your review. We have a great store and our customers shop with us because we are knowledgeable, have great prices and an Amazing selection. We wish your furry friends the best. Thanks for shopping with us.Clearly the owners arrogance makes him unable to deliver true customer service. I was angry and his adult daughter was laughing at me. Clearly there is a lack of proper management here. I had been happy with the service prior to this but there are plenty of other places with as good or better selection who appreciate their customers.

The owners and staff truly care about every animal and their specific needs. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Their prices are very fair and totally worth it with how far they take their customer service. They have so much community involvement and outreach and support organizations that help animals. One of my dogs has a grain allergy and they always seem to find me the perfect product that both my dogs will love. They will forever have my business.

First time in the Wilsonville store. We LOVE the Sherwood store, and happened to be closer to the Wilsonville location this time. Same great selection and same OUTSTANDING service! Great selection of high quality dog food from companies that locally source a good portion of their ingredients from up and down the US west coast. Very friendly staff with in-depth knowledge of how each pet food is processed. This is my go-to place for my supplies for our two dogs.

Love it here! Great selection of high quality food and toys for cats and dogs. The prices are great and even better in some cases than big box pet stores in town! Especially if you buy a case of food because they give a discount for cases on top of their already low prices. The owners are lovely people that really care about you, your pet, and your needs. This is easily the best pet store in town!

This place is amazing. Has everything for our dogs including freeze dried food and is a pretty affordable place for products.We visit them weekly and can bring our girls in.The employees are so caring and attentive and experts on knowledge for the products and your pests concerns.

Really enjoy the store but the “corporate policies” encourage me to continue to us my previous family-owned pet store. They have an enduring tradition of great products and fabulous customer service.Today, while at your store, I bought three items. While my friend was paying I found a more fitting purchase for my dog. The only way to “exchange” the item was to get a store credit for the difference (less than $2). I hadn’t even left your store and still this policy was adhered to. That was far and away inappropriate under the circumstances. This is why I’ll continue to frequent my old store, 9 miles away and rely on yours for emergencies only.
