He cut my dog when he trimmed her nails and did not bother to tell me. I didn’t notice it until I saw the blood in my car.I asked about the price for a nail trim which was $15 but when I got there I had him check my dog for her anal glands and he said she could use them to be expressed so I went ahead and let him do that or at least authorized it and he charged another $15 just to express her glands…Really not satisfied with this business.

Absolutely horrific job they did here. This was our dogs third time here, first two times were fine but this was completely unacceptable. My dogs hair is so uneven (shaved in some parts, long in others) it looks awful and she was there for over 5 hours. Clearly this was a rush hack job and I have no idea why it took over 5 hours for a 14 lb dog. I will never take my dog here again.

Always welcoming and accommodative to our two aussies. My pups are whiny and needy and they always welcome them and even put them in the bath together to ease their anxiety. I’m so glad to have found a great spot, we’ve never had a single issue and the dogs don’t mind a bit going there. Definitely recommend!

Our monster sized mastiff is scared of everything. He can be intimidating because of his size, and because if he does or does not want to do something, and you're holding the leash, well... you're going along for the ride. He doesn't like going to the salon. So how is this still a positive review? Because they are great with him! Even though they know they're going to be pulling a heavyweight through the door to get his nails trimmed. And they know that, after his nails are done, he will be--erm--leading them back out to me. We take him because his nails are black, and while we're not scaredy dogs like him, we ARE scared of cutting the quick. Eva's guys do a great job with him every few weeks.

We started getting our dogs groomed here about a month ago, so they've now been in twice. They come back happy, well cared for and completely clean with their nails looking beautiful. We call these folks the dog whispers because they can have 10 dogs in there wandering around like a doggie daycare and everybody gets along and nobody seems to have a problem and they are not phased by anything. Glad we finally found a place close to home!Self wash is adequate also and the people are very nice!

Great experience bringing my dog. My wife had seen a different review which said, “dogs everywhere, OH NO!” So we decided this would be a great place to bring our dog. Environment is very laid back and dogs just relax and get bathed. Feels like how a dog salon should feel.

My dogs always have perfect cuts and they are never nervous when we arrive or when I pick them up. They always look happy to be playing with the other dogs while they wait. I have taken them to other groomers before we found this place and would shake when we got there, shake when we left, and seemed exhausted when we got home. This is obviously a happy and laid back atmosphere. I love that they keep the cut information on a card so I don’t need to re-describe what I need each time. It is always clean when I there. The staff is pleasant as could be!

I LOVE this little place. My 16 year old Maltese absolutely has hated going to the groomer his whole life. He’s always so upset when I pick him up and hides under the bed for a couple days when we get home. When our Groomer at petco Tualatin left, I searched for a place near by us in wilsonville. Eva’s popped up and it’s the cutest little place. NOW when I pick him up he’s NOT in a cage he’s running around playing with new friends and is soo happy. They do a great job with his grooming and most important he is soo happy when I pick him up!! They can be a little hard to schedule with but that is the only slight issue. He’s been about 4 times now and he actually likes going!! Would totally recommend!! 💚💚

Fantastic customer service. Knows how to work with difficult dogs.I dropped in for a self-wash and requested help tidying up my golden retriever's paws. They were able to help right away!The self service area is a little cozy and getting dogs into the tub requires lifting. They have various different brushes for use, the water is nice and warm, and their prices are very reasonable.

We took our dog into Eva's in early February 2021 for her regular grooming . He had one satisfactory grooming there in the past . However , this time the grooming job was the worst ever ! The owner and i agreed he would cut her 3" long coat down to an inch remaining . He agreed , but when we picked up our dog her coat was down to 1/4 to 1/2 inch and very irregularly over most of her body ! and this was in the middle of winter . Also , I asked the owner why the groomers did not wear masks in the grooming area and he got haughty and emotional and said he said they opt to NOT wear masks in the grooming area . i told him the groomers at the " big chain stores wear masks when grooming in my experience , he seemed uninterested . I told him since they dont wear masks in the grooming area i feel for my personal safety i need to re-wash my dog . he got angry with me . the owner was clearly not interested in my question and dissatisfaction with her too short and markedly irregular haircut , and got angry when i asked about the groomers not wearing masks. i felt the owner was callous , and left .

I used Eva’s Doggery for the first time this year during the pandemic when the grooming service I had been using shut down. I was initially happy but then this fall I called, left voice messages, and sent a text message over a 13 day period and was unable to reach them to schedule an appointment. I finally drove over and left my name and phone number. When I finally did get an appointment for my dog I spoke to the owner about my concerns and that they were losing customers. His response was “I don’t care if we lose customers, we are too busy. They can go. Are you going to leave your dog or just complain”. I was appalled at the lack of customer service. I won’t recommend them to anyone.....

It was clean and the staff were friendly- however, the reason I took my dog in to get cut was so that it would look professional. I typically cut her hair myself to save on grooming costs. When I picked her up, she looked cute, but almost exactly the way I cut her at home- a little choppy, and not at all like a professional groomer had done it. Her face even still smelled a little funny, like she hadn't been thoroughly bathed. She also had little white flakes on her fur that I'd never seen before.

Friendly-staff and accommodating with their schedule. The self-service dog wash doesn't have a ramp for the big boys, but they are more than happy to help lift so you don't break your back! They do a great job with grooming and nail-trimming, too. Check them out

My husband and I are truck drivers, so it's hard to get in anywhere to get our dogs groomed. We found Eva's and in a good location. We were able to pull up out front drop off the kids and pull away. The staff there did an amazing job on them and had them come out looking very cute. Whenever the kids are needing their "time"and when we are in town, this is where they'll be going.

The BEST. Eva’s Doggery goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I commute from Vancouver to get my dog done here and I accidentally left my wallet at the shop. Caity and the staff overnighted my wallet via UPS to my home. Super thankful! Alex is very thorough with his grooms and our pup comes back in tip top shape each time.This is a great place to bring your dog!

Don’t take your dog here. They leave the dogs running around. While trimming my dogs nails she was making choking noises. The technician laughed. Bringing her out of the store she’s still breathing weird. I’ve come here three times and I’m now more then willing to drive out of town to just have my dog treated with respect.

I recently adopted a dog that was very matted on her hindquarters. They got all the knots out a didnt have to cut her hair to short. She looks fantastic now!! Very good. I recommend them. :)

After 2 years of being on the road my 16 year old pomeranian Kody was looking ruff. I knew we would have to go short with him since he had a tons of little dreadlocks and he is not the best behaved dog while he is getting groomed Evas Doggery took their time and made my old boy look and smell amazing. I was a walk in I needed my dog's nails done they were so long I took him to a couple of places but it just didn't work out went to Eva's the guy put him on the table and was done with him in less than 10 minutes I am so grateful and the price was more than fair I will recommend it to who ever asks

Great place to have your dog groomed. They are busy, so call early to schedule your appointment, but they are the best in town. Now they are not open on weekends - very, very hard to get an appointment
