I love this store! It’s so nice having a true grocery store in our small community. They have everything you might need! The owners are also very nice, they do a lot for our town.

Williams General Store Sense when does a store try to troll back… You want to describe the whole situation oh i will. Not to mention all the dogs I’ve seen in there btw and no issues with them… this is my edit sense they tried to troll me back on their Facebook page and block me so they could get rid of their bad review…I walked into the store (as i have numerous times with my bird and as i have in numerous other stores… never had an issue) let me mention that birds are the most “sanitary pet” a person could have. Especially when they are taken care of like mine is.2nd. I have severe epilepsy. When i go down my bird is trained to alert anyone near by screaming. (As he’s done for over 17 years) that bird has literally saved my life and i am forever grateful. You can’t service animal a parrot because they aren’t big enough and the stupid word “exotic” but you can ESA one, which has been done in Nebraska. Yes i get this isn’t Nebraska. Save the spill lady…Now for the altercation we had…I walked in and yes your worker said “I don’t think you can have that bird in here” i then said “i have had him in here numerous times and haven’t had any issues” she said “okay, but i just am not sure you are allowed to have him in here, but ok go ahead” so I continued to try to find the lighter i needed to light our furnace so we didn’t freeze (which was another reason i had my bird with me because our home was freezing)I couldn’t find the lighter i needed and people started asking me questions about him (as they always do because its not something you see everyday) and i answered them nicely as i always do. You then saw me for the 1st time at this moment. Your eyes got really big and you had the snottiest look on your face. You then proceeded to say “you really can’t have him in here. That is very unsanitary” with a very snotty remark smirking back at me. Everyone started laughing at me (and you can’t deny that)When i get up to the counter i do say “just because your having a bad day doesn’t mean you can treat your customers like that. I’ve never had a problem before anywhere. Not even Walmart”. You then say “were not Walmart and good have a nice life” I’m still surprised i bought that lighter from you. But yes like i said in the other review i will drive to grants pass to get a gallon of milk because I’m not going to support a business if they are rude to there customers. I would also encourage everyone else to do the same. I understand driving to grants pass is not convenient but driving there and buying a gallon of milk and the gas to get there is about the same as buying a gallon of milk at your store. I changed my review to be more polite but now that you have to come back at me ill just tell the whole story lady. You really offended someone who has been saved many times from a bird that has been working for over 17 years. It would be better and this whole situation could of been avoided if you would of just walked up to me politely and told me instead of yelling at me in-front of everyone and embarrassing the hell out of me…

They were absolutely rude to me and my friend let alone made fun of my friend in front of other customers and made him a laughing stock. Terrible people terrible customer treatment

Great store with a wide variety and friendly staff. Nice selection of organic options including produce. Also has gas and propane. If you're going through Williams a great place to fuel up your car and your belly. If your quest is tasty beverages they also have a great beer selection with lots of IPA's.

Great small store with local produce and other products locally made. Lots of organic options. Bulk food items available. Community oriented owners. Staff is helpful and kind. They also have gasoline and propane.

I just love this place. I have to admit I'm a little biased on this review because I used to come here all the time as a child. The people here are always friendly to me. It's good to see this place again.

All the hippie goods and foods one could imagine tucked in to this not so easy to find valley. Great selection. The staff amazing. Apple Pay accepted. More of a grocery store than a general store. Clean and tidy.

The lady who was working was super nice, and there is even 2 gas pumps of course it's be expecting to ay 40 to 50 cents more a gallon then a few bigger towns over it was a welcomed sight to see if you might not planned well, The inside of the store is very nice and very clean it much more then I was expecting and hope the store continues to do well. Thanks for the great customer service.

The owner seems to think 5 mph is too fast and likes to scream at people. He was very lucky that i am a changed man. And he lost a customer, store is 1.6 miles from my house and i will never enter it again.

Best selection of food, will order what the people want, unlike the Provolt Store, which is the worst of the 3 by far. They have a very unclean kitchen and staff, so the General Store is a much nicer choice. I enjoy the owners and staff, beer and wine selection, bulk snacks, organics everywhere.

The store is historic, but the new owner Tom senior is honestly the most verbally abusive Boss I have ever witnessed. Rude, low to no compassion, aggressive and rotton towards loyal customers. TAKUBEH is a much more loving atmosphere.Alittle update , now two years later I am still not allowed on the property. Because "of the mean things I wrote about him on the internet"

This new owner is rude, does not listen to customers, and makes problems with customers. I bought a drink and was enjoying it while playing a little banjo and this guy comes out, looking like hes having a heart attack, and looses it over the fact im playing a banjo. We are in the middle of the country here, what kind of hipster BS is that? Everyone loved it. Customers were upset at manager for him being rude, profiling me, and ruining a good time. Its thanksgiving day for christ sake. He amitted there were no complaints. Then he comes out like the grinch of thanksgiving and not only demeans me, but tells me if i play the banjo people will start smoking pot, a completly asinine assumption and rude. I dont know where these people get off thinking they can just act like a prick to me, because im a guy in my late 20's? Sorry i ever came there and i hope the owner leaves town and goes back to San Fancisco

Keep up the great work. Multiverses of flavorfully packed items carried here. Try the coffee. The seeds, nuts, dried fruits, candies area in the back is quite the find.
