We have a standard poodle. They do a great job on her. They actually let the dogs play around while the others the dogs Getting groomed Instead of making them wait in crates. Unless the other dogs are not friendly of course. I have referred many other people go there.

I brought my pup Winston in. He's very shy and timid. They did amazing. Now only was he beautiful he was calm when I picked him up. They took care of his insane shedding and trimmed him up. It's been a week or so and he's still bright white and handson. Absolutely will be coming back. They also have really nice do it yourself tubs.

Couldn't figure out why my mom's little pomeranian was so upset after a grooming here, until we took her to the vet and her tail was broken! We told the groomer that she couldn't stand for very long due to arthritis. We asked them to be extra gentle...and she comes back to us with a broken tail. I'd give ZERO stars, if I could. There's no way we could prove who did it, so we simply started doing her grooming ourselves. I will NEVER trust a groomer again.

Kaida is a special needs dog and tends to be skittish and easily stressed. As a result she hasn't been groomed very many times. While she was still a lot nervous during the actual grooming, overall she was surprisingly comfortable being there. She was happy to get a haircut in this heat and I was grateful it wasn't a traumatic experience for her. This will definitely be our go to grooming salon. They also have self service bathing stations but we haven't had a chance to try them. This is her before photo, she feels so good and is so excited she won't sit still for an after.

Love the ladies in there .. they do such great work and are so friendly. I take my little Chloe Chihuahua in for her nail trims only $5 No appt. They always have cute pups in there getting beautified that I love to say hi to. Great place !! I still go there to this day when weather is good. They now cut Kenias hair and always an amazing cut. Please open more shops near me.

I took my Irish Setter here to be groomed and was thrilled with the job that they did. She is a bit of a pain, wiggling and wanting to jump on anyone. They handled her very well. When I went to get her, she was running around playing with the other big dogs. I decided that our scruffy looking Pomeranian, who works in the shop with my husband, needed a clip. I didn't not want a real short cut and was a bit concerned about getting what I wanted across to them. He is very spoiled and a bit on the cranky side. When I picked him up, I was stunned at how cute he looked, and how happy he was playing with the other dogs. I will definitely be taking both of my dogs back.

The staff was nice and welcoming. I was extra nervous for my dog since he has high anxiety. The staff were comforting. Best of all, my dogs temperament when I picked him up was jovial and upbeat. He looked great and I could tell that he was happy in the space. I set up recurring appointments as a result. HIGHLY SATISFIED.

We get our dogs' nails trimmed here regularly. Great staff and they do a good job. Calm and soothing with the animals. Only $5 for nails (P.S. apparently a lot of people don't tip...my gosh, they absolutely deserve it and appreciate it!)

We just LOVE Hap-E-Dog!! Our dogs love it too! For them, it's like they are going to a party! They get to socialize with some of the other puppies who are there and I really love that!! That they don't have to be kenneled or caged! They are always happy to go, and happy when we come to pick them up! We have 4 big dogs, and 1 little guy. The little one his nails grow super fast, so if I stop in, they will give him a quick trim. 3 of the big dogs have some special problems. 1 had hot spots from some bad food, his coat has never come back in the same, during that time he needed to be bathed every week in special shampoo, They did such a wonderful job! Our older GS has hip issues and they are gentle and accommodate her hip problem. Our St. has special instructions to make sure one area doesn't have to much hair and stays dry. They just do a great job! This as I write this is Dec, 2014.. We have been going there since Summer of 2010 (When we found it through a friend after having moved here from another state! )

This is a very friendly place. My 16-year-old dog was a hairy mess who badly needed a full shave. Now he's pretty much nekkid 😁, which is great for the next few months. The lady who worked on him was considerate of his age and treated him with great kindness. Hap E Dog charged me much less than Petsmart does.

Took my large Belguim Sheepdog in to self wash and while the facility was clean it is apparent they have never had to wash a large dog with the hoses they provide. The hoses were large and stiff and made the process harder than it needed to be.The shampoos were not well marked and it wasn't until I had finished rinsing my dog that I saw it was furinator shampoo. It was the closest to my reach and I had hoped it was a good mild soap. This shampoo was used on her once before and she did not fare well with it. It would have been better if instead of having it on the top of the bottle in small faded marker that it be marked on the front in large lettering.I could not rewash to her and she was already having a hard enough time dealing with me dealing with such a difficult washing experience so I hope I was able to rinse it off good enough.Pricing is good but I will just figure out how to bathe her at home from now on.

I took my elk hound mix, Phantom, in today for the first time for a grooming appointment. They did amazing work, and they were so personable, and kind. Jules also alerted me of a potential infection. Very knowledgeable, and good at what they do. Highly recommend.

OMG...FINALLY, a place that shows they care for our kidlets..The guest that where getting groomed, trimmed. Bathed.... No crying was heard..and all was happy .The Person's that where careing for them, it showed they cared for, and enjoyed give our little guys SPECIAL TREATMENT...Assume group. Wonderful and skilled groomers! Only complaint is that it's hard to talk, or hear them when dropping off (or picking up) your dog because the other groomers are nearby using blow dryers & such.

Was recommend to check out this self service dog wash. Arrived at 3:15pm (when hours are listed until 4pm) and was told that the self-service wash closes at 3pm. This is listed no where to be found on their website, google or store front. Felt more like they had already cleaned up and wanted to close early for the day. Pretty frustrating from a customers perspective and since I was a first time customer, I will be unlikely to return or recommend to locals in the future.

Excellent job on my pups nails. One of my pup has nails that curve into her paw pads and most places don't take the time to do a good job. They were excellent.
