We always get considerate, kind care with this groomer. She loves the animals and they love going, well, they love it til they realize it’s bath time, 😂 but they do like her! Easy parking, quick appointments. Really fair prices, especially for a job I hate!

I took my dog here today, and I was not comfortable with it the moment I walked through the door. The place was so messy, there were urine stains everywhere, multiple different dogs running freely- which can be so dangerous!!! It is not a professional environment, and it could set up many dogs for failure right when you walk through the door. Dogs should not be running freely, and my dog was introduced to another dog in front of me- without my permission. My partner asked to cancel the nail trim after the first paw was done, and the groomer refused. I had to ask a second time to get my dog back. Customers’ boundaries should definitely be respected. In addition to that, the groomer didn’t look like she was taking the best care of herself. I will not be returning to this location. It is not safe.

My dog doesn't usually like going to the groomers and gets really nervous, but she was so calm and happy when I picked her up after her appointment here! It was also the cheapest service I've gotten and my dog came back looking better than ever. I never want to take her anywhere else again. I'll admit I wasn't sure about it when I first dropped off my dog, but I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Karen is the HANDS DOWN BEST person in the entire world whom Ive ever met as far as having any thing at all to do with caring for your pet! I've seen her care for large dogs, small dogs, mean/hard to handle dogs, all the way to skiddish pets and more and I'd personally never bring my babies any where else and I mean literally not any where else for any other reasons. EVER! SHES THE BEST FOR EVER AND ALWAYS!!!

I have often over the years called her at the last minute to get one of my dogs in for a bath. Such was the case Monday. Turned out it was actually her day off, but she said bring him in. This lady bends her own schedule to help out her clientele, when other groomers would never do so! Her prices are the best in the valley too! I always tip her $10 per pet. She deserves it!

Will never be back, the first day everything was fine and dandy, I noticed a white powder in my dogs ear after being cleaned not thinking anything of it. Now her whole ear is full of scabs 1 day later, also while examining her ears I noticed they didn’t get all the junk out. Also one of the staff looks absolutely miserable and is a grump. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did decent job on nail clippings.

Most wonderful place and amazing service from one of the sweetest women I've ever met. She is so amazing with your animals and has the lowest prices I've seen around here. My mom has been taking her dogs here for many years, one of her dogs is now 7 and been going there his whole life. She is amazing and best place to bring your pup!!

They were able to get my doggo in same day I called, and did a superb job giving my long hair boy his summer haircut.... Would definitely recommend. The shocker was when the bill was due. I had to check to make sure I heard right, I have spent Way more on just a shampoo. best value in the valley hands down.

I won't take my dog anywhere else. Such love and patience for my old boy. He always comes back smelling good and brushed out. They take extra time to get his ears well, trim his nails, and even took stickers from his paws I hadn't noticed...poor boy.

They do a great job. Took into account all my preferences. The dogs are allowed to wander while there if they all get along. Just needs a bit more sweeping up, but dogs don't care about a little fur

I took my 2 dogs here to get their nails trimmed & I will never step foot in this place again! Not only did the groomer not cut their nails in a quality manner, but the place was disgusting. The groomer looked like she hadn't showered in days, the place had not been cleaned in years, there was hair everywhere & it smelled of a strong pee smell. I had to change my clothes when I got home! Take your dog somewhere else. This place is terrible!

Our little yorkie was a matted mess, and now she's way more comfy sooo cute, even threw in a bow. They also cut our parent's dog's nails, super quick and friendly and a great job. Definitely our family groomer.

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else now that we have found Groomingdales. The prices are unbeatable but the best part of our visit was the wonderful service and their obvious affection for all furry critters great and small.
