Coastal kicked Uncle Ale's hot dogs out and he's been their for years his father ran that hot dog stand and they kicked him out earlier this year and Grange took him in! His hot dogs are amazing and I'm so happy they did! The store is great I go their for everything!

I love how much room this store has, but I wonder why more isn't available. For instance, feeder mice are only available in South Medford and central point. I wonder why they don't carry them at this location.

I went to this new store June 8, 2023. While, the store has a great selection of plants, cloths and more. The outdoor plants were to high, for a example a Japanese Maple tree, 4 feet planted in a small wooden planter $369.00, most of their trees just to costly. A lot of perrenial, and annuals were in terrible condition! Finally as I pulled out a sign for Mello coffee shops, never saw it in the store!

The new store is clean. I'd go back, at this point because I had to walk through the whole store to find 3 items. So, I got it memorized. Why? Because every employee was standing at the front of the store, behind the counter, gossiping as the customers were wondering around, looking for specific items. There had to be 5, at least. I had a sick horse and had to get specific items for her. Instead of being 2min in and out, turned into 20min searching for it. I really hope, later on, after it opens fully.... especially for the holidays, we can get some sort of customer service.

Brett & Kay were great! Very patient and helpful for my family. Nice selection of outdoor plants, but the houseplants were next level. 🤩 Did I mention their sales? Check it out for yourself.

I like the old store better! I've been in the new store twice, both times loud pop music playing SO LOUD! Isn't Grange still a farm and garden place?? One would never know if it was when walking in the door.. Disappointed..

Dog food is almost 10 bucks a bag more then anywhere else...... cashier had a bit of a attitude. Don't think I'll be going back again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always find more than I need. I got dog food, cracked corn, jeans for my daughter, boots for my mom...plus a candle and house plant for me...for the win. Hope y'all had a Merry Christmas! Looking forward to the new location.SHOP LOCAL

Not to impressed with the new store, We were told it would carry live pets and live feeder mice and rats, like the Center Point store and you dont.I didn't see your fencing or suppies anywhere, except unails and stuff.Put personally think you should carry feeder rats.

I had the best experience with the employees at the white city location! I inquired about a specific size in one of the items that was currently on sale and they didn’t have it there. The lady that helped me called the another store and they didn’t have it either and she offered to call the other one but I told her I could do that. I did a little more browsing and the same employee offered some helpful advice and I ended up buying a product and walked away a very happy customer!!!!

Every time I've ever gone there. The staff has been very willing to help me. Making sure I find the things that I need. They have even told me where to go to find the items they do not have in store. They have always been very helpful. That has been my experience.

I had one good time...the lady I spoke with in the garden area was most helpful explaining about taking care of Blueberry bushes...and the cashier was most friendly... I will definitely continue to do business there...

The clerk didn't have the answer to my question, so went to her supervisor. By that time, I'd been able to do the equation in my head. Supervisor used a book that supposedly said how many square ft of soil it would take to fill a specific several gallon planter. Supervisor tried to sell me 6 bags and I only needed two. Even had a smidge left over.

Not the farm and ranch store it used to be. More suburban than rural. And if you are a long time member, forget about seeing any dividends. They're being used to open new stores in places like Chico. I mostly go to Coastal now for farm and ranch supplies.

I love shopping at the Grange. I wish they would have a better selection in White City store like the Central Point one.
