The 7-Eleven store here in White City is a pretty good place to shop conveniently. They have a nice selection of snacks, beverages, other grocery items and miscellaneous items also.The staff seems relatively friendly and competent.Oh thank heaven for 7-eleven!

Came here on the 8th of February 2024 and I didn't use my ebt card on the 9th at all an now I lost over 500$ because I use the card thing. I wouldn't use any cards at this place because they are stealing your money.

I would just like to mention the employee today around 2:30- 3:00 pm, he was extremely nice and friendly, great personality, very engaging with the customers, unlike my previous interactions with other employees. Hire more like him.

I usually stop by after work between 3 and 4am. 3 stars becuase Daniel the man behind the counter is very friendly and always ready to converse. I do wish however that the inventory prices would get updated on a regular basis. The snack prices are always more expensive than what the tag suggests. Same with the drinks. Ive been overcharged at least 10 times in the last year and its kinda frustrating to be honest when the prices are never what the tag suggests. 3 stars because of the friendly service.

I'm happy the employees are always wearing their masks and they definitely lead by example. I see all the customers wearing theirs as well.Buying my chips and drink here are more expensive than at Little Pantry by a a few bucks, but I like the integrity

They always make sure that an item I frequently buy is always in stock. I believe Robert is the reason that item stays in stock for me. So thank you for looking out for me! This is one of my favorite 7-11 stores and I live in Medford! I pass up several to use this store! Thank you everyone for the kindness! 😊

Customer service is mostly terrible. Went there last week and they were out of stock on manny thigs including soda/slurpee cups, lids and even taquitos... the cashier was super rude. Also I cann never get through on their phone line. The number provided doe not work and needs changed or maybe fixed. Never have issues with the other 711 stores.

I go in often to buy my morning drink of coffee. It's a friendly clean place. Convient place to get snacks and a movie from the Redbox outside. A good place to stop for a quick trip for items you might want that you don't want to go to a big store to get.

Heavy set cashier has crumpled up my receipt without asking twice. Upon call to location, employee who answered phone refused to provide manager's phone number or when manager can be reached at the store.
