I would love to give this place 5 stars, but am unable to. I totally support this local business and the store is terrific, but the grooming part is awful. I took my short haired, 68 pound dog in for a wash only...just a bath - no grooming...and they charged me $123.00 - when I had originally been quoted ~$50.00. To charge $123.00 is excessive and I would not recommend anyone use their grooming service. The brown dog is my dog.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my dog groomer, Oyuki! They always take such great care of my fur baby and leave him looking and smelling amazing every time. The staff is so friendly and attentive, and I always feel confident leaving my pet in their hands. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for top-notch service and care for their furry friends. Five stars all the way!

I have followed Oyuki in grooming since my dog was a puppy, 9+ years, and have always been overly satisfied with her services. I completely trust my dog in her hands and I never feel the need to worry about my fur baby Fiona. She is sure to talk about my likes, wants and needs and always mentions any concerns noticed. Fiona always comes home looking very cute, clean and smelling amazing. A happy camper Fiona and her mom are every time!

This is the best pet store in town. The people who run the store and all of the workers are always so nice and helpful. If you have a dog or cat I recommend checking this place out, especially if you need anything specialty or unique that you can’t find anywhere else. 10/10 experience every time I come in and the prices are very fair.

10/10 🙌🏽 would recommend Pawsitivity to all Dog and Cat Owners. They offer a lot of healthy options for food and snacks. Cute and unique toys and accessories. The staff are friendly especially Romy 🤗 he is always happy to help you out 😂.

We like to support local small businesses and this store fits the bill perfectly. We have been using them for several years and their prices are really the same as the big chains like Petco or Petsmart. Very nice people working there. They have a dog bathing center, which is nice and clean and reasonably priced. They supply all day Ingredients to wash and dry your dog. We always will return to this spot.

Such a fun place, and the staff are all so great! Love the different names for self wash stations. Also love that they have different flavors of treats. Our Frenchie is allergic to chicken, so I appreciate that they have other flavors to offer

What a great place. We went for a sell serve dog wash. Nice store, very clean, friendly service. I know it’s a great place because she partners with the best dog trainer in West Linn - Suburban Pooch! We will go back.

We stopped in to pick up a treat and toy for our pug’s 12th birthday last month and the owner was SO sweet. We mentioned it was his birthday when we came in and when we got to the counter she had a little goodie bag with his name on it all ready for us. We stopped it again today for more treats. Really great little store!

I love this pet store, I feel lucky they are just down the hill from me! They are so passionate about everything pet-related and have been able to help me with so many resources for my dogs; one aging dog and a rescue who has “issues”…they even offer times to use the dog wash or have grooming done, for reactive dogs who don’t do well when other pets are in the shop! This has been a life-saver for me and has given me such peace of mind.

We love the self-wash options! Cheaper and cleaner than the dog wash we used to go to. The berry wash smells so good, and the shed conditioner is amazing! Friendly service and quality products

New owners - again. The store has a good selection of cat and dog foods, treats and accessories. They've been very helpful recommending foods for my picky, older cat. New with these owners is the pet wash area. There aren't many of these nearby. It seems to stay busy, and is very clean. Nice place and people.

Every-time I try to come in for a wash or the self service it’s not open or in use. The wash closes an hour earlier than the time listed on google

Love Pawsitivity! We tried their self- wash for my pup and by far the best one we’ve ever used. They provided everything, it’s super clean in there the staff is super helpful. The best part is I’m building rewards on it 10 out of 10 would recommend. Definitely will be doing again.

I have had excellent customer service and help with my purchases that have gone above and beyond. I have trying to find new dog food and was sent home with a variety of samples from the company we narrowed it down to. The owner was very knowledgeable about these dog food companies. I was also guided towards chews that would last a long time for my power chewer. If you check online, you will see that dog food companies are raising prices just like everything else, that is passed along.

All I can say is wow. We have been ordering from Chewy because it’s cheaper than going in store and we all know inflation is impacting everything. Went to Pawsitivity when my order didn’t ship and boy this place exceeds my expectations. The prices are comparable to what I was paying online and has a food buying program where I buy so many bags I get one free I think it was 12? something that online doesn’t offer. And I can get my food same day. I will be canceling my subscription and shopping exclusively of Pawsitivity. Great prices, great coustmer service!!

Pawsitivity is the BEST!! It is more expensive than say Amazon but it’s important to shop local and support your community! They deliver in WL at no extra charge!! I had a situation where I was unable to leave my house so I called for delivery- they delivered same day with a lovely card and some treats for my dog on them!!! Outstanding customer service!

New owner seems very nice, however they increased the price of the dog food I’ve been getting there for years(previous owners) by $10! I just bought the same bag down the street at Nature’s Pet Market for $10 less!! Pawsitivity, I’m sorry but you’ve lost a regular customer.
