Cashier had a bad attitude and was dismissive. She asked "What do you want?' Before I could order, she walked away, then came back. Ordered 1 item and when I checked, condiment missing after I asked for it with said item. Asked for it and yes, yes...received a famous...uuugggg and and eye roll.Kinda funny because they were soooo busy with 2 customers.And I apparently was interrupting her gossip with her co-worker.Not worth the effort here.

No need for me to spend a lot of time on this... But... I'm going to. This is a McDonald's. And if somehow, by God's will alone, you have been sheltered from this famous fast food establishment, you should know that it's as close to "Not Real Food" as you can get while still being food. Does this mean it tastes bad? No. In fact, it actually tastes pretty good. Probably because of all the sugar pumped inside. In either case, it's a place to grab food and go. Don't bring a date here, don't expect jazz music playing overhead, and don't expect real meat. Expect something resembling a burger paired with salty potato slices, and a carbonated sugar drink. Oh, and as far as service goes, don't expect some 5-star restaurant service. These people don't have to give you that type of service because they aren't paid like a 5-star employee. Expect a half-decent smile mixed with a stained shirt and the unspoken desire to find a new job.This McDonald's is unique in that it is suction-cupped to a gas station store. So hey! That's cool! Sorta!

So I got a 40 piece chicken nugget. They were all fresh. The mocha frappe awesome. The staff that was working was very polite. The dine-in area was clean oh yeah and they were stupid busy and still were getting orders out in a reasonable, timely matter

Even tho inflation has hit many establishments in the McDonald's industry they seem to handle themselves above par levels of quality, service and atmosphere settings I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because the food looks to be smaller do to shrink flation, service more attention on getting orders out faster other than that McDonalds is a well established fast food restaurants in this tough economic times ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was so chaotic in the restaurant. The kiosks weren't working, so we went to the counter to order. There were about ten people milling about in front of the register, and we had to ask them all if they were in line. Nope, waiting for their orders to go.Our table was dirty. Our order was packed in a bag even though we said we were eating there. Is ketchup available by the soft drinks anywhere anymore? No, I don't think so. I went to ask for packets, but five people were working on one order. I found it myself.

Convienient Mc D's right off 84 at the Stanfield exit but bewarw of prices. I suppose we pay for convenience but for example a 20 piece nugget 19 miles prior in Pendleton, also off (and 3 blocks up a hill) I84 costs $7.29 where as the same 20 piece here will cost you $10.99.This one is connected to a truck stop tha has multiple ammenities but still... at more than $3 extra, is it worth it?You decide!

McDonald's is moving us into the next area with kiosks ordering. Although so far it appears people.still prefer standing in line and having that human interaction.The new designs and menu options and bringing delight to many of our taste buds...This particular location in bBriggs, Oregon comes packed with a loaded mini store and Cinnabon store combine all in one along with a gas station. We bought some wireless head phones. stopping in Biggs Junction is a family tradition, so ratings to me matter not.but because ratings do matter to some of you, here goes ... the service was fast and friendly.bathroom was clean, no fowl orders and the stalls had working locks. there was soap in one dispenser and paper towels in another.i had a quarter pounder with cheese, and i have to say, it was really good! it wasn't over cooked or dry. the bun was nice and soft, seemed really fresh. the fries were exactly how they should be, crispy outside, soft inside with just the right amount of salt. I also ordered up one of those new slushy things, a Dr Pepper one - holy cow, it hit the spot. perfect for a very warm summer evening.Parking: oodles of parkingKid-friendliness: of course! it's Mickey D's for goodness sake :) Wheelchair accessibility: Yep

This location is a hit or miss. They tend to run thru employees. This affects the service and food you receive. One day it can be the best McDonald's you ever had. Then the next, you're eating a piece of dry rubber with a piece of barely melted cheese.For some reason, their app doesn't allow you to order anything other than breakfast after 9pm.

Im allergic to onions so i asked for a classic cheeseburger no onions. The bread was stale, the burger was cold , no ketchup or mustard, and if course there were onions despite the “ no onions” receipt stuck on the paper wrapper. Im now sick after eating them and might pay a visit to my hospital. 11/28/23. Do better, if this happens again ill take it to court.

Not sure what I did to the guy at the drive-through but he was not very nice to me, handed me a medium Shamrock shake with no Oreo when I asked for a large, I told him there was no Oreo in there so he said all rudely oh you wanted Oreo, also gave me fries that went cold after five minutes. I had to mix the Oreo in myself which was not very easy to do, it should be mixed in as is and that’s really lazy and rude to do.Not sure what his problem is, I was not being rude or yelling at him, I paid $12 for this meal you better give me the order that I asked for. I gave two stars because they were fast and efficient, the lady on the drive-through speaker was nice to
