Nice Petco, some things out of stock but that's to be expected nowadays. The young woman working the register with the cool cat tattoo on her forearm was very personable and had great tips for helping our dog. Made for a good experience!

Leaving even one star is generous. I made an appointment IN PERSON and the only screening question was vaccination status. When we arrived, ADDITIONAL questions were asked and they refused to groom an elderly dog. It was extra effort to get our dog to the first appointment of the day so he could be in and out. Petco grooming is grossly NEGLIGENT to wait to screen pets at the time of the actual appointment instead of when the appointment is being booked. It’s gross and rude inefficiency as well as disregarding the needs of an elderly dog.We have spent a generous amount of money on food and vaccinations. That has come to an end. They lost a customer.

I had a experience with my son as we walked thru the store I had a passive aggressive fish employee who seemed nice at first but after explaining our situation she decided to to only point to one solution only created road blocks. I would not recommend this Petco if your seeking fish for small spaces they will only provide betas.

No shopping carts were available so had to pack the 33 lb dog food bag around thru entire store then to my vehicle in the parking lot. Cashier said shopping carts have been stolen (obviously with minimal recovery effort) and can only replace once a year. Not very good customer service!

The store is nice. Very disappointing customer service. The large gal at the register rolled her eyes at me & gave me a lecture in front of everyone in line. She's rude & disrespectful. I left feeling humiliated.

I had my dog in for a grooming appointment, however the groomer was unable to complete the service.She was extremely kind and respectful about why. My dog doesn’t like blow dryers. I knew this. She did not charge me for the appointment and treated me and my dog with kindness, considerate and respectful comments.Petco grooming get 5 stars even though they could not complete the service of the groom but their customer service is outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They always have Weruva pet food and Dr Esleys cat litter in stock and is one of the few places in the are that even carry them. They do cat grooming too with an appointment.

If ever there was a groomer that I would refer to anyone it would be Sara! Sara is an amazing groomer, our dogs love her, we love her. She does an amazing job on our German Shepherd and treats your pets as if they were her own! Sara is sweet and soft-spoken, friendly and professional and our pets were naturally drawn to and comfortable with her since day one. When she grooms our German Shepherd the results are thorough and seem to last longer than it ever has with anybody else. Our girl comes home looking good, smelling good and feeling good! I cannot give enough kudos to Sara for what she does; she is an expert in her field and I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody looking for a professional, skilled, knowledgeable and caring groomer who just has a way with pets.

I wanted to return a harness and exchange a leash for a larger one that fit my dog's weight. Both had been purchased when they were on sale. The leash had been handed to me by a store clerk after discussing my dog's weight. On my return, the store charged me the new non-sale price of the leash, and credited me the prior sale price of the leash and harness. The result was that for the two previously purchased items I now have one that fits and a 3 dollar VISA credit. This reminds me of a Nixon quote: "Yes, you could do that, but it would be wrong."

Nothing that makes this store stand out from any of the rest. In fact, the staff was not as friendly. I was in this store for at least 45 minutes trying on different collars/harnesses on my dog and made eye contact with two employees multiple times and not one offered assistance. Most Petco store employees are welcoming and very friendly & helpful!

This is mostly for the Grooming side, but all staff were nice and welcoming. My 80lb Malamute/Husky went in for Grooming today and I was more than happy with the results. He looks great and I can actually touch him without my hand being covered in fur. Plus, he didn't seem like he was nervous or anything, just tired of all the brushing, lol. He could tell that the staff really cared for him. Devon did an amazing job, 10/10 reccomend.

I scheduled a Vetco appointment, to try it out. I used their website and navigated through to make my appointment, for a non-surgical vet visit. I showed up to my appt only to be told it's only a vaccine clinic. I would need to go to a Vetco hospital for any other pet needs. Don't bother looking at Vetco unless you just needs vaccines.

In the whole store, I think I only saw 3 employees and not one would help us with aquatics or pet toiletries. We waited several minutes walking up and down those sections. No one offered help or to go get help for those sections.

Received excellent service from this store. Friendly employees that are eager to assist. I had questions about products for fish and was assisted, also told when the specialist would be in. Also I was recommended an alternate product for my dog that I was purchasing, which was of higher quality and less cost. Great store because they have great employees!

The juice I ordered was really bad and sour and it smell really bad. So I had to exchange it for a pop. We had to wait quite a while for our order, then we didn’t get any service after we got our food. And after a while, I ended up with a big fat stomach ache from the food. I ate there. They were understaffed.
