I've been going to Bi-Mart for years the employees have always been upbeat positive helpful just a nice place to shop, until just this last week started getting out of my vehicle and some garbage started to fall out so I scooped it up and put it in my garbage bag about too handfuls I'd say walked over threw it away walking the door here was this guy like 3 ft from the door instead of saying welcome to Bi-Mart he said did you throw garbage in the trash I said yes, and he just read me the riot act I mean he was just ruder than rude heck of a way to treat your senior customers. Well it turns out his name was Oscar so in short bi Mart hired an Oscar the grouch to guard the trash, to the rest of the employees kiddos and thank you, but to this guy I've never seen such a thing at all my years, and if you see Oscar over there be sure and wish him a grouchy day.

Bimart is a very good place to shop for a great variety of things, they pretty much have a little of everything from cleaning supplies, electronics pet supplies, tools and a bunch more, and I can take my empty cans and bottles , and there is never any problems, doing so , I like that fact a lot because I can't stand having to deal with a bunch of hassle trying to do so. And the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I bought some boots there on sale super awesome. Recently I saw premium 5.11 tactical pull over insulated jackets. Even half zipper duty jackets. $16 (there regular jackets MSRP +100$)

Been a customer of Bi-Mart since I was 19 years old . I'm early 50s now . First membership w asLincoln City Oregon⁰store was my first Bi Mart card ..and over the yearz I have had many Bi-Mart cards memberships in many different Bi-Mart stores throughout Oregon but it has come to my attention as of recent that you no longer need to buy Mark card to go shop which is cool I guess it was mainly for lucky Tuesdays or something else you can get involved in the drawings or whatever anyway I had a bottle return and you would have thought I was returning something expensive oh my God she had the worst overall attitude she wasn't friendly she was bossy and oh my God I was so grateful I had a see-through bag for crying out loud what was I thinking if I didn't oh my God she went all the way and checked in the Lincoln City store like I was some kind of weirdo or something if I didn't have one how can you not have a bimar card and what you're going to have one if you're going to return stuff here or I said it's a bottle return it's policy okie dokie anyway so that's Florence Oregon by Mart little friendly group there not I'm sure there's some that are I just haven't run into them

I love Bi-Mart! They have a little bit of everything from hardware to food. We live in a rural area so having a store with so much variety is a great benefit and saves gas driving into the city.

Very pleasant staff. Had to stop here during the Oakridge Fire Evacuation. Didn't have membership card but was allowed in to shop for our temporary needs. Great layout, easy to find what we needed at reasonable prices.

I'm going from liking to loving this store-they carry nearly everything from camping items to cosmetics. You can tell that associates(employees)are proud of working at Bi-mart, everyone is authentically kind and helpful with their customers. Clothing is reasonably priced.Cashiers are willing to grab your Milk products out of the cooler at check out. (Because Cooler is after check out in front of store). Most Bi-Marts [like one in Scapposse will not let you go get your milk you want or will they go get it for you]Plus if your paying with SNAP card No Bag Charge.

Shelves were well stocked with all kinds of different merchandise. Attractive displays. Plenty of checkout lanes open. Lots of parking. Few shoppers in the early afternoon on a weekday. Helpful staff. Good lighting. No shortage of shopping carts. Clean facilities.

Retail floor is great. Pharmacy people are great. However the pharmacy is out of medication too frequently. In the last year it has happened several times. I give 3 to 5 days typically to pick up my refills or new fills. Latest excuse was that Hi-School pharmacy has increased fill requests. It has been long enough now that they should have figured out the flow rates of their products.

This store is exceptionally well run. All of the employees are helpful, it's very clean and organized, and they have great prices on pretty much everything. I really appreciate that the people working at the sporting goods counter are knowledgeable and can actually answer your questions!

The store was clean and organized but the experience was kind disappointing. Didn’t get any help as I was trying to find a pair of shoes for my son.The younger gal I asked about children’s shoes was talking with some guy friend for a good 5 min about some personal drama. The entire time I was looking in the adult shoes isle not once did she ask me if I needed help and I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt there conversation. But I finally asked her a question about shoes and she had an attitude and quickly told me they were on a different isle which I just thought it was rude. Didn’t point me in the direction and barely took the time to tell me that before looking right at this guy to continue their conversation.On a good note the lady who checked me out was very kind and quick getting people though her line. Thank you for that.

Spend your money locally whenever you can! Bimart has prices that compare to or beat big box stores, and they are always helpful and friendly. I got a Smith and Wesson iridescent purple foldable knife in the outdoor dept for ten dollars that is one of the best little knives I've ever had. I always find great things for great prices at Bimart.

Best value I've seen since ross. They've always seemed to have fair prices but with the Holiday sale I got a jacket half off a marked down price of 24 from 70. That's 12 bucks... Plus some extra stuff.

Bought a cooler at another location. I did not have the receipt and there were none in stock here to match the bar code. They were able to look up the transaction and store numbers for a full refund without any hassle. Great customer service. Will return again

Unfortunately customer service at this location has declined over the last year. I continue to have issues with my prescriptions being refilled and lack of customer service with counter help being rude and impatient. I spoke with Kathy (who was filling in today) to clarify an issue I was having with one of my prescriptions that I went to pick up on Wednesday this week. She would not let me finish my sentence even though I asked her two separate times to please stop interrupting me. She gave an excuse that she is just filling in today and doesnt know what was going on. If she would of let me finish explaining my situation and stop interrupting me, she would of known my issue. I found out that the pre-authorization was not put in last week and the order was just filled without insurance. So they asked me for almost $400. I declinded the medication but was never informed at that time it had not had the pre-authorization done. My doctor was aware of this possibility and informed me that pre-authorization was going to be needed. But because of your delay im suffering. I do realize that this location is closing and will be a Walgreens soon. But that's no excuse for terrible customer service and not doing your job. By not turning in the pre-authorization I've now gone almost a week without this medication. Because of your failure to do what was correct. Your location failed at providing my medication in a reasonable time because of failing to properly ask for the pre-authorization. I have now gone without muscle relaxer for almost a week. And since you failed me i probably wont recieve my medication until monday the soonest. This is unacceptable. I expect an apology and for you to expedite my order.

The pharmacy is a joke. They discriminate when I ask for them to use the name I prefer. It is also in their system what I prefer. Three times they have been rude! I miss Hi School Pharmacy in Veneta! They were super friendly and super understanding!

I had many positive experiences here, but recently the mask mandate hit the county. Since I'm not able to wear a mask I have been repeatedly kicked out of stores even with the announcement of my breathing issues.I've been reporting my experiences online as they occur. Bimart asked once if I'd like a mask. I said no, I've got breathing issues. That was it. No harassment. No following me around. No kicking me out. Fully respectful.

Bi Mart is one of my go to stores. I like shopping there first because I know they are employee owned and that counts with me. Rather put money in their pockets than some big Corp. Pulse you can find all kinds of stuff there at good prices. Been a Bi Mart fan for years
