This vet's office is one of the best that we have used. We are from out of town and have travelled through the area a couple of times and needed a vets services both times.This office took us and our pets in without an appointment and gave top notched care and services to our pets and to us.It is a relief to know that there are still services out there that will help you and your pets without being a regular client.We would recommend this vets office to anyone, local or traveler. They treated us fairly and helped our dogs when needed and the charge was not outrageous.Great job Vale Vet Clinic! Keep up the great pet care! You are our favorite "Out of town Vet"! Other than the almost week wait to get our pup in (which I understand), the Vale Vet Clinic was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to see us right away. My pup received quality care for a fraction of the cost, which is definitely a plus when you are a low-income family. Our pupper fractured her tibia and was put in a splint for a few weeks, which is when we will do a follow-up. We will be continuing to use this vet for our pet's needs along with our family who have been pleased clients for a while now. Thank you for doing what you do!

Cant say the place wasnt clean and staff was good but got told itll be $115 to spade my cat so got it done then they told me itll be $127 after and to top that off my cat was flee free when she went in and came back infested and now my kittens have them so now kicking out more money to get them under controll thanks vale vetinary clinic the works good staffs good but not thrilled to have my cat and kittens full of flees and have to kick out more money for that and be charged more then we were told it would cost to have the procedure done

Best clinic in the area. Made us (family pets included) feel warm and welcomed at their office. prices aren't overly priced unlike some of the other local vets. Medication and treatment was $150ish here while we paid $300 for the same stuff in Fruitland. Glad we moved back to Oregon 🙏💙❤️

Took our pup in to get spayed. Staff is very friendly and explain things so you understand what they will be doing. They even came in under the quoted price. We wont take our pets anywhere else.

A friend called to have their puppy looked at because she was not feeling good, and the lady over the phone 1st was sincere asked where in vale they were from they had openings today. Then, once she found out they were not from vale became so rude and said sorry we don't have any available spots! Now I know why close friends complain about this place. Very professional.

We unfortunately had to have our little dachshund euthanized after having her 16 years. The staff was so very compassionate and gave us time to be with her as she passed away.

These people are awesome, I used them to have my dog cremated that another vet killed (Eastern Oregon Animal Health) I have never met any of the staff at the Vale vet clinic, but they were very friendly and sympathetic with my loss and when I went to pick Charlie up, they had all signed a fantastic card and there was a seed heart with it. These people are fantastic, I will be using them again.

Absolutely amazing clinic! I searched and visited with all area clinics and many friends to find a new practice when my vet relocated. Everyone recommended Vale and I see why. The staff is wonderful and the Veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring. Saturday hours are an added bonus. I won’t go anywhere else!

I'm torn on what rating to give. First off, the staff are great, really friendly folks, very accommodating, always real nice and clearly love what they do. I think they handle my dog with care, and she seems to like it there, she's been boarded and had some vet work done here. But then there have also been issues too. My dog came home from her first stay here (a 1 week boarding) with flees and a double ear infection (probably caused by the flees). The second time she came home with one ear infection. She is itchy during the cold months so I'm sure it's from scratching and getting some shmoo from the floor in her ears. But I still had to pay both times to fix it. And she hadn't had any ear infections since I got her 2 years prior, so it isn't like she's prone. VVC also screwed up my billing last time, they were quick to fix it, but still, it was an $11.50 bill... but they are very nice folks, I jsut wish they'd do something to clean up a bit so we aren't getting fleas and ear infections. Oh and their prices are very fair and reasonable.

Took my little pups there after hours on a Friday after he was bitten by a pitbull. Not only did they stay open late for Copper but they also had him back in my arms that same night. They’re compassionate people who truly love animals. I wish I could give them more stars.

My dog, Bruce Presley, loves going to your clinic and seeing your staff (and 4 legged friends) so he can have you do his nails. He does his best to comfort any one of my 5cats that needs help before they go. We have all been through so much with other friends no longer with us that it's impossible not to hear what the animals are saying. I appreciate you! Thank you, says Nola Presley.

“Not taking any new clients from out of town”. You should put on your website that you’re only taking vale people or returning clients. This is false advertising.
