Driven by this place for years & never stopped in. Glad we did yesterday.Mondo double cheeseburger was delicious, very juicy and thick. Huge burger! Their fries & chicken strips are the hit as well.Definitely recommend this place.

We stopped nearby in our big truck. I walked over and got 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Absolutely the best burger either of us has had in a very long time. The fries were perfectly done and salted just right. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be stopping by.

*Update*The new people running it have ruined this place. Which is a total bummer because Umatilla doesn’t have many options for dining. The food quality has gone way down hill, most of it tasting stale, dried out, frozen instead of fresh, and the prices have actually increased. And the customer service is just as bad. Huge disappointment.Definitely the best place I've been to in this area. And probably the best chicken strips I've EVER had anywhere! Service is consistently great, fast, and food is always piping hot and fresh. They make their own dips and sauces, the ranch is so yummy! A great little mom and pop, drive in type joint. Sit outside or inside, enjoy a thick handmade milkshake, or a juicy burger. Everything we've had here has been wonderful. Keep it up guys!!

Their portion sizes are amazing...well for me they are perfect seeing how I love to eat came here for ice cream and chili cheese fries and they did not disappoint 10 out 10 would suggest.

The food here actually is pretty good prices have really gone up though you're literally paying $8 just about for just a burger by itself and a meal about $13 and that's for one person

I only had the small chocolate sundae. The portion was more than enough, however, the ingredients were just okay. I am use to ice cream that is really good like braums and blue bell. This was more like blue bunny.

TLDR: Forgot the banana on my banana split, rude preteen staff, filthy environment, mid food.My partner and I walked in around 3 PM on a fine Sunday afternoon expecting a nice burger and drink. I understand there is a food shortage at the moment, so I tried to not have my heart set on anything on the menu. When I asked the 12-14 year old cashier what flavors of Italian sodas were available, she replied "I don't think we even like, sell those." She then asked the adult woman behind her something along the lines of "Do we even have Italian sodas or whatever" and was given a quick no. Okay, that's fine, I understand there's food shortages. I opted for a banana split instead and asked for strawberry and vanilla ice cream. My partner got a burger and a medium drink. They had asked for a Sprite. Typical soda choice. The cashier looked to the side and told us they didn't serve Sprite. Not that they were out, that it wasn't sold. That's okay. I asked if they had Sierra Mist instead. Instead of a simple yes or no, the cashier had just tilted her head, repeated what I had said, and laughed. "Do we have Sierra Mist?" and a laugh. I understand, she's a young girl, but she needs to learn hospitality before working in the food industry. We tipped anyways, she's just a kid. We sat down on the cleanest table there was, which were few. Our food was served to us. No banana on my banana split. I searched. I scoured. I trekked that Styrofoam box for a single sight of banana. None. Not a single slice. That was the final straw. My partner informed the older woman working and we were met with a "I'll just remake it." No, we wanted a refund. And we got one, threw away the ice cream, and left. Train your staff and actually pay attention when making food. I work in the food industry too. I understand it's difficult, but part of your job is biting your tongue and being kind and courteous. I wouldn't be upset over a little missing banana if the staff was kind and whole hearted. But seriously, how do you forget the BANANA on a BANANA split???

Still have the best milkshakes! I used to come here every day when I was younger and get a banana milkshake! I took my wife there and she loved it! I hope this place never closes cause I want my kids kids kids to be able to experience something so good!!!

My boyfriend and I just came here and it says they close at 9, they closed 15 minutes early because we got there 15 minutes before they closed and turned away four customers total because of that! That’s a bit of money the owners could have earned. I usually love this place and was excited to have a milkshake. I will still come here just upset they closed 15 minutes early. My boyfriend and I make two and another customer came up and was going to get her and her friend something so that equals four. Pretty disappointed that we couldn’t get something before our drive back to tri cities when we thought they were “open”. :/

I ordered a large fry and 2 cheeseburgers. It took 45 minutes for them to bring it out, the skinny girl working today never wore her mask while i was there, the workers sat around talking while our food wasnt brought out because the workers wouldnt bring it out. It had been done they were just standing there. They were on their phones instead of bringing out orders. I just got my food and it's cold so you know it's been it's been sitting . They wouldnt answer the phone either it rang all the time I was there. I called to complain and wouldn't answer so I'll be calling again.

Well people I don't usually ever write a bad review, but I'm totally blown away. We went and got food today. I ordered mushrooms, had never been here before. The mushrooms were $5.25. Imagine my surprise when i opened my bag at home and had a whole 5 mushrooms in it. That is totally outrageous. They should be ashamed at that kind of price. If they were big, might be somewhat understandable but i got 3 little ones and 2 medium sized. Omw how do they even justify it. Over a dollar a mushroom? I'm so disappointed.

We love this place so much!!! The onion rings are why you should come here and the milkshakes!!!!!! The fry sauce is so good. Thick ranch!! Huge chicken strips!!!! They even make a yummy soft taco!

Best burgers in eastern Oregon, this small locally owned restaurant does the food how they did it back in the 80's! It's authentic and made fresh when you order. I love their chicken salad and my kids love the mondo burger. Also has the best soft serve ice cream!

No soap in bathrooms gross, kids menu advertisement says kids toy and surprise candy, nope, hard when your child can read and is extra picky. Burgers aren't special, good fries.

Multiple complaints about this place.First, Ordered food around 6:30ish and didnt received it until 8:30pm. They dont call you and let you know that they are going to be late. Customer service needs to improve badlySecond, the food wasn't worth the price. It's like fair food. They messed up my drink order. I wanted Dr. Pepper without ice and I got coke with ice. Completely a different kind of drink. Certain items weren't cooked properly.

Ordered last night for delivery to the hotel, told an hour wait.. no problem there its friday night at 5pm. Called after an hour 15 and told it was just leaving. 45 minutes later called again and was told it was walking out the door. So for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered I got a cold bacon cheese burger, chicken nuggets that where hard and soggy chili cheese fries.. but hey, there was ice in my coke that was cold so that's a bonus. If you make a mistake, own up to it.. dont pass the blame because its busy. I'll never order from this business again

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten came from this fine establishment, I would give 5 stars but the food in general is expensive and the food takes a while to get in front of me. All around a good place to go for the family

The burger was ice cold l, the cheese wasn't even melted. The fried were somewhere between cold and luke warm. The only good thing was the milkshake & that's it.

I called about a week ago and when they answered they were very short and rude, she didn’t tell me my total and didn’t tell me how long it would take so I had to call back. I called again today to order and they were again very rude and short. When I got home and started to eat I found a hair in my food! I called AGAIN to see what they could do about it and when I told her I found a hair she said “okay?” I proceeded to ask what she could do and she put the phone down (didn’t put me on hold mind you) and talked to what I’m assuming was her manager. I heard them laughing about the girl who found a hair in her food. The whole establishment is very unprofessional and rude, I do not recommend going there! You can spend your hard earned money on business that have better food and deserve it more.

Very small so call in your order and they'll do free delivery in town. good chicken strips and fries. Fish was a little over cooked for us and a little too fishy tasting. Wasn't local fish. Mini shrimp was good and very good unsweet tea. They have free WiFi. Lots of ice cream stuffs but we didn't try any. Open pretty late

It was almost 100 degrees outside. The dining area was closed so we ate outside. One of the workers came out at 600 (supposedly they close at 9) and took the umbrellas away. Mine and another family were left with not shade. I thought that was pretty messed up.

Was told they didn't have a bacon cheeseburger combo, despite my having ordered it numerous times in the past, including justa couple days before. Then when quoted $22 for the burger, fries and shake, I walked away and I will never go back.
