I usually shop here when I have a couple of things to get because it is close by. I recently read an article about dollar general; that they were sued due to their prices changing at the register. Well, it's true. It happened to me before but I didn't catch it till I got home. Today I noticed that the 2lb bag of sugar rang up at $2.95 , yet the shelf pricing was $2.25. When I mentioned that it was incorrect the guy didn't look surprised. Just said that the computers hadn't caught up ?? It may seem like an insignificant amount but it can add up to a big price gouge. Check your receipts!

I really like this store and the staff. They are friendly and helpful. They have great name brand products and their DG brand is equally good. They like coupons too. It is a brand new store with lots of parking.

The cashier Connie is extremely rude. I was in there to grab a few items needed and she either followed me around or was nasty towards me. Why does she work there if she's going to act like her customers inconvenience her. From now on I will use self checkout when she is working.

This store is super clean and bright and they are great about accommodating sustainable options! Their parking lot is also well lit which is nice. My only recommendation would be to ensure their mask policy states masks must cover mouth and nose and is appropriately enforced. Cuz noses are pretty nasty too.

Suspected car got damaged while inside. Was told at first they had no cameras, then that the camera didn't show our car. Felt like the employee wasn't watching the right time it could have happened. Employee said kids in question "caused all kinds of chaos," yet then acted like she was protecting them. To be fair, she did go over and talk to them which we appreciated. However, when another lady complained that the same kids were too close to her car and that their behavior was dangerous, this employee talked about her like she was some deranged pot head. Know kids should play outside, but not by or behind cars backing up in a parking lot. In any case, store would do well to buy more cameras that cover the whole lot.

Everything is not just a dollar! I was under the impression since the store had the word "dollar" in it it must be like the Dollar Tree. Well it's not but that doesn't make it a bad place. They had a nice variety of goods at reasonable prices. The store was very clean and organized and the cashier was very nice and efficient.

The prices here are the greatest I've ever seen, most snacks average a few dollars cheaper then in other stores.💰🤑

First dollar general I ever visited is located in Turner location during the freezing weather that blocked the nearby roads with trees and Debris. I never did before due to a preconceived idea I had; I used to think this type of chain store was cheesy and that they sell a bunch of unusable junk, and I have to say I was impressed how organized and clean the store is, also, they have tons of useful and cute items, I am glad I took a chance and checked it out.Turner is a good town with good people, is expanding, we need more good businesses, we want to shop local and support it. Investors, please come and invest, let's make a nice little town, there's tons of potential

The clerk stole my cookies. Bought 7 small items and somehow my cookies “didn’t make it in the bag”. Spent 12 hours on the road working and was 20 minutes away before seeing they were missing. Check the footage 7/14 @6:14pmDouble check ur bags, folks. Won’t be coming back

New building, neat and very clean. I can see why the local people, who live IN Turner like it.The staff here makes you feel like your being stocked...its creepy to turn to another isle and boom, same employee.Has a little of most everyday things but, not really cloths or shoes.Funny that this one is .25-.50 cents more spendy on average (for dollar generals).I'll drive the extra 5 minutes into walmart.Dont trust the app for coupons!!!The DG app is a huge mess rite now.

Bought 8 or 9 items and EVERY item was at least .40 to .50 cents more than the price listed. Store needs to update their shelf listed price tags or honor the lower price.

Lots of stuff. Clothing articals are cheap and don't hold up. Household items seem fine. Helps me keep my budget. Watch out, sometimes they are more expensive. Also they have items that require a coupon to get the sale price.

Conveniently located if you need a few items. Only complaint is the cashier don't allow you enough time to put in your number for digital coupons or they should ask at least.

The Turner Dollar General always has what we need, and at a fair price which is rare in a small town. The staff greets us every time we stop by, and we always receive great service.

An awesome little store with a lot of things. That stated, do to the nature of such stores, it's hit and miss if you are able to find what it is that you are looking for.But I do enjoy do much coming here.

Love that the employees greet you as you enter the store and are super helpful.
