I love my Petco store. I have a new puppy now 8 months old. Every time I go and need help with how to care for my pet they are always happy to help me. Yesterday I needed my dog to stop pulling on walks and they helped me I tried it in the store and instant fix. Thank you Brandon I believe his name is.

I went in to price aquariums. A young man came and asked if I needed any help. Let me know about the sale. I ended up buying the aquarium and he graciously carried it out to my car for me.

I love this place. We buy treats there and our Chewy loves them. The help finding products is nice. I have had an employee volunteer to take a large bag of food to my car.

I stopped by at this Petco location today to buy Fortiflora for my senior dog. I was having a hard time finding the item and I was able to find an associate to help me. Luckily, it was in-stock and it was on sale which is an added bonus. Kudos to Erik, the store associate that helped me today and thank you for re-printing the receipt. I had my ear buds on so I didn't heard your question the first time, since there was a screaming child in the store and that triggers my migraine. I always stop by at this pet store after TJ Maxx. Keep up the awesome customer service : )

I’ve never been to a store and had the cashier on duty did not know how to ring someone up and refuse to get help. Ended up leaving. Weirdest experience of my life. Cashier on duty 10/24 at 9:30am needs training.

Just purchased 1 normal size feeder goldfish & 3 little ones on August 17th to go in our pond.We have an outdoor waterfall pond with 8 goldfish that we purchased from the same store over 2 years ago, at different times . They’re healthy and thriving & never had issues.So we added the 4 new fish to the pond, just like you’re supposed to and as we’ve done before.But this batch of fish had to of been sick! 2 of the smaller ones were dead the next morning, and then the last small one & big fish were dead the day after that. We’ve only had them for less then 2 days. They don’t look beat up or sick on the outside, so I’m guessing it’s internal.The employees were great and very friendly. The girl employee in the fish department that bagged up our fish was so helpful & kind. I came in with my son right before it closed & she was enthusiastic to help up. So this review does not reflect her or the gentleman employee that checked us out.I would just caution anyone from buying the fish until they get a new batch.

Im not sure if it is the time that I am going but I have had to wait almost 20 mins at times to get assistance to make a purchase of fish. Other than that I have had an overall good experience. I don't place blame for the long wait because they helped me to make this amazing tank for our betta

Stopped in to get poop bags and treats for my young Covid dog. She is working on not being fearful of humans. I mentioned this to the cashier and sales associate and they both took time to speak sweetly with no eye contact and she took treats from their hands with her whole butt wagging (Standard Schnauzer). Having positive experiences like this is so good for her confidence and so very much appreciated!

Normally had great experiences with my dogs here .They rescheduled us and we showed up to them saying there’s no groomer “ Everyone was nice but the situation was inconvenient and I’m pretty sure the cashier from the previous day was the reason for the confusion I don’t feel she rescheduled us properly on her end because she was rushing

This is the best petco if you are looking for saltwater fish. They take great care of their fish and tanks. One of the nice fish department ladies even helped me carry the live rock I bought to my truck one rainy cold day. :)

Came to purchase some things for my animals and the doors are locked during business hours. Not a single person in sight and they were supposed to open 20 minutes ago. Very bizarre.

I have been here multiple times to get my dogs nails trimmed and they’ve done a fine job but today was different. I called multiple times no answer. On the website it claims nail trims are walk ins only so I decided to make the 45 min drive over. Upon my arrival there was a note in the grooming room stating the groomer went home early for the day (No big deal). I asked the cashier that was working in the store if I could book a apt for Saturday she said she didn’t know how to do that and passed me along to John who was a total jerk super unprofessional, unhelpful and not resourceful in the slightest. I wouldn’t consciously spend your money here.

Dark, dingy, awful customer service. The young Asian man working the check out never made eye contact with me, never said hello. I stood there awkwardly holding a 22lb bag of litter as he ignored me and deconstructed a box. I used my employee number and he side eyed me and had the audacity to ask if it was MY employee number. It was my first time at this location, and I would rather drive the extra 5 miles to go to another location.

Not a bad experience. The store seemed a little messy, but all the employees were busy cleaning, re-stocking & doing animal care chores.I've worked retail before, so I could tell that they must have just had a lot of customers come through at once.I was able to find what I needed quickly enough, but it would have been nice if the canned cat food wasn't so spread out.I had to walk around a couple aisles to find what I needed. In my opinion, Petsmart is better organized than Petco, so I usually shop there instead.The baby ferrets, birds & bearded dragons were entertaining & cute as always. All the animals looked well cared for. I didn't see anything alarming.Honestly I do prefer Petsmart, but a visit to Petco once in a while is worth it, especially when they have items on sale. The two big bargain bins near the front are worth a peek.

Wonderful grooming experience today with Jenna B. First time going to this salon and my little guy is so scared of everything but when Jenna took him from me he settled right down. She has a knack with the dogs and handles them great. I was very happy with our experience and will definitely be back.
