Typical Home Depot. So if you like what Home Depot offers, this store gives you what Home Depot promises. Well stocked clean store, staff is usually helpful, but not always fully knowledgeable. Again someone will take the time to help you, but experts at this store or even knowledgeable clerks are few and far between. Plenty of parking easy to get to nice neighborhood or location. If you like Home Depot and then this Home Depot location gives you what Home Depot promises. Easy to return things just keep your receipt. Overall good experience and once again typical Home Depot and this is a well-run location.

This is one of the places that I have been going in and out of for the better part of a month. Is that the Home Depot's fault? No, I am always forgetting one thing or another, or find some clever thing that somehow has become the most important part of my life. At the moment I'm screwing around with plumbing. My house has very screwy Plumbing. I've worked with two Associates in the last 3 weeks that are Sharp and know their stuff. They were helpful to the point that they could because these poor people are trying to figure out what I'm asking for or what the hell I'm talking about. They smile rephrase what I'm asking for so they have some idea and then they take me to it and offer a couple of other things to think about. That's pretty damn good customer service and not what you would expect especially at the Home Depot who has gone where no man has gone before looking for associates that can walk and talk and not fall down. It is serious, good help is hard to find. The other thing I appreciate at this Home Depot is the amount of product that they stock and show. I've been in other Home Depots and they don't seem to have quite the large selection this place grows. The gardening section is still setting up and the plants look frightful but if you look through them you can find some winners. So far I've not been in when it's been crazy busy, which is something else I appreciate. If you haven't I'd suggest popping in at this particular Home Depot and see if you don't notice a difference also.

I have never considered writing a review for a store like this but I’m my husband and frequent this location and recently had to get a new fridge. We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Arlene in the appliance department. She was an absolute treasure and we very much appreciate the work she put into helping us with this fridge and making sure it was wrapped properly for us. She was an absolute gem and by far the best experience with we had with purchasing things at Home Depot. Thank you for your kindness Arlene! I hope you are valued at Home Depot!

We love Home Depot! BUUUT, we will never buy another appliance from them ever again or the warranties. We bought a high end washer and gas dryer two years ago. Then both needed repairs recently. It’s been two months that we have been without working appliances. Home Depot uses third party appliance repair companies to handle the repairs. That is not the problem. Those companies do not respond or make communication simple. When they show up, they don’t have parts for weeks to do the repair. They have come and left 9 times! And today they are coming again to hopefully fix the washing machine because the previous two attempts didn’t work.We are buying from a local establishment with their own repairman next time. Otherwise, we really love Home Depot. I hope this helps someone looking to buy appliances to make the right decision.

Huge store with enough product to make your head spin and give you vertigo. I could spend many hours here.I wish I had a huge Hope Depot like this where I live so that I'd have to order less online and wait for weeks to see that I ordered the wrong product.Great and friendly service here too.

Like all the others. Similar layout to other stores. As usual, the staff avoided people with questions, 15 years ago, they hired knowledgeable people. Sadly, now they have to take what they can get, and it's not great.

Very nice store, and they conveniently have in the front entrance a online order pickup Locker. They also have an area right in the entrance where you can recycle batteries light bulbs and plastic bags (ie. Amazon bubble white/blue packaging) separately.

Been going here for years and even when I've had issues it's been dealt with. Like most "big box" stores sometimes help can be a challenge but there are plenty of employees there to assist you(like paint, bulk items, delivery).I even got a few curbside pickups and they were ok.I've been to several of these types of stores and HD usually ends up being my go to.

It's a love/ hate relationship. Lots of products, some great people, some not great people. Deliveries are often all messed up, are NEVER when they say. But it's the biggest store in town for this stuff and it's nice to get most everything you need at one place.

Placed order through the Pro Desk at 9:30am for 60 sheets of plywood, paid at that time. Said I needed to pick up at noon. Arrived at noon to be told they only have 14 sheets, nevermind online inventory says 290... Hour and a half later I'm still waiting. Omar and Sarah at the Pro Desk and were great, but she's embarrassed. Customer service is non-existent at this location.

Always has everything we need and great customer service.Update: we purchased this washer and dryer set this weekend and the whole experience went well and was fairly quick. The young man helping us was very responsive as to getting the washer we wanted down off the tall shelving. They helped us load it, and we were off to the Races.

This location has put locked cages around a lot of their items. I tried to shop Tools and Garden Equipment. There isn't a way to call for assistance. I had to wander around the store until I found an employee. The employee's response - "Thats not my department".I left without buying anything. I understand theft has become a problem but, you can't punish honest shoppers and expect them to come back.

Employees were fantastic I was asked about 7 times in 20 mins if I needed any assistance or help finding anything. The store was absolutely amazing everything was on the right peg nothing on the floor. Great location to get your home improvement supplies.

Waited Over 30 min Asked 3 different employees to cut a board. You might say, oh, they were busy, but they weren't. Everybody was on their phone when approached, and upon asking, nobody acted like they knew were to start or who to ask? Finally we said, can't you just get someone on the intercommon? No initiative whatsoever! Regretfully no board was cut. Highly dissatisfied. Any other time when you don't need them? There's 50 people asking you if you need any help and if I'm finding everything I need. What a joke!

Home depot kids project every sat of the beginning of month. So much fun for kiddos hands on building and painting. Just wish stuff would give out more then one paint per person cause you cant paint with one brush 4 different colors.

Worst treatment in the pro desk. If you are not a mild age white guy they won’t even look at you. They don’t like to help you with order they don’t tell you if something is out of stock they just charge you. They don’t tell you when order are ready for pick up. And it take day even weeks for them to get an order ready. I talked to their manager Paul and he told me that phone sales are for them to call my boss. I told him I am the boss of my company that I do the order and I do the job my self and that I usually have my clients pay for the materials. He told me that I was wrong in doing that. That the pro desk and the phone sales are for big companies that have employees. I am never getting materials from this store. And I will tell all my clients and associates to go somewhere else too.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I bought a Gas Stove and paid to have it installed and the old stove taken away. The kids show up for the delivery and say "I couldn't help but notice that everyone has a propane tank here. That's a problem." Apparently they aren't allowed to do what's necessary to the stove to make it work for Propane but they don't tell you that when you're buying it and they don't tell you that when they're scheduling you. So I have a local maintenance guy come to convert it and he destroys the brand new stove in the process. Thankfully he replaced it with another new stove. So now I have 3 stoves and can't cook a freakin' thing. I called a local appliance guy who wanted almost $700 to come and do the conversion and hook it up. IT'S A $500 STOVE!!! So now I'm waiting for the guy from my Propane company to get back from vacation who has said he'll come up and convert it for me even though that's not what they normally do. What a load of horse*^#!. I'll never make a purchase here again. I should have listened to my friends and gone to Best Buy.
