Having gone here 3 times the last month, I am met with nothing but rude behavior and unprofessionalism. The last time I had to wait behind a man trying to buy Lotto while the "manager" kept speaking down to him and belittling him because he didn't use the right words when asking for his ticket. Shocking and appalling behavior from a store.

I just came In at 12:30 p.m and the lady that was working was very rude and unfriendly like seriously... I NEVER EVER leave reviews cuz for the most part I understand people have bad days and things happen however I left the store feeling really upset with how I was treated... she is not nice at all!!! I personally will not be coming back if I see her working... and I feel even better about writing this now that I see I am not the only one having this kind of experience with her. so I now know I am not the only one having this kind of treatment her name is Michelle

Michelle the manager is beyond rude! Shes been acting this way for years. So the so called owner saying " we hear you " dosen't care and isn't doing anything about her attitude. How they promoted a woman with such a hateful attitude is crazy being a manager of plaid isnt the end all be all get over yourself michelle . . Bad on you . It is close to home ,but I think I'll drive the extra blocks to be treated with a little kindness.

Rude day shift cashier. Very condescending and loud. I was trying to buy a few Northwest Forest day passes in advance since you can write the date on them as you use it but she keeps saying that she has to be the one to fill the dates in, which is a lie. Glad I took my business elsewhere and I will never stop here again. FYI the Multnomah Falls Lodge sells the day passes, if you're trying to buy some. Do not give these people your business.

The one old lady that works here is so rude. I walked in and stood at the counter for two minutes, was never greeted. When I asked for help she insulted me for asking to be helped. The owner of this place should actually address the issues listed here among many reviews. I work across the street and come in twice a week and spend about $20 dollars each time I come thru. I won't come here again because of her attitude, I can buy these products literally anywhere.

I used to love my stops at plaid in the middle of the night. Brandon was great with his customer service and he was fast and efficient. Now, like right now, and the last few times I've been in at night (and Brandon hasn't been on the night shift...bummer!) there is ALWAYS a sign on door saying back in ten. I can tell you it's been more than ten minutes and I'm still sitting outside waiting!! Been fifteen.

I pulled in Friday at 1:20 pm to get drinks and snacks for my family. I had food on my dashboard cause I was eating and driving. Before I could get out of the car the employee ran up to my car and asked me to roll down my wondow. When I did she was yelling at me "this is not a good place to park and eat your lunch" I told her I came here to shop I'm a customer . She said whatever as she threw her hands up I the air. So I left and never ever will go back again as long as she works there. Was last Friday at 1:20 pm chunky white older lady

Truly remarkable how difficult it is just to buy alcohol. Controlling managers make the airport TA look like saints. Just a reminder of why i pay $2 more for the same thing up the road.

Woman on day shift with the tattoos is extremely unfriendly, and feels the need to correct customers when they ask for a specific item by the name that they know it as, super rude and should really be replaced.
