I don't have anything besides one other smaller truck stop to compare this place to, But I was absolutely blown away by how amazing this place was all around!! Best shower of my life👌🏼🙌🏼 So clean, so big, so much light!!! I am new to the industry and had a lot of questions that so many employees were able to direct me and help with, but I do want to give a special shout out to Dani, Nancy & Jan!! You ladies really helped me feel safe and secure during my 3 1/2 day stay in the parking lot. I will definitely be staying here next time I come through Oregon!!

Welcome to the newly reopened Loves. If you want to go to a truck stop with absolutely ZERO control over their lot, you're in the right place.Trucks parked in the entrance, the exit, the fuel islands and right in the middle of the rows.I was trapped for over an hour because three (three!) trucks parked in the middle of the drive in front of me and about 8 other trucks.Called the office and spoke to the manager, Justin, three times in the course of that hour. He claimed he knocked on the trucks but no one answered. Thing is, two of the drivers, Western Express and Swift, were sitting in the front seats when Justin claims to have tried to "awaken" them. It was only when I threatened to call corporate and lodge a formal complaint that Justin leaped into action and came out to apply yellow stickers and ask drivers to move. If you can fuel here and escape, good for you, but I won't be stopping here any more. No one wants to wake up, as I did, and find themselves trapped by stupid drivers and with an incompetent manager with no control over his property.

It's open now after building new store. That's the ONLY good thing about it, there's brand new retail store.Here's all the bad.No hot water in ladies room sinks, or the sink by the coffee area. Even though there are hot and cold faucets. Asked employee about it and she admitted that's how it was plumbed. NO hot water hooked up.So they are sanitizing the counters in food and drink areas with ice cold water.New design of pumps creates huge traffic block. People coming in completely ignore the arrows to leave the exit lane open. So there are multiple cars blocking the entrance/ exit waiting for gas. And the cars that finished gassing up can't get out !!!Absolutely horrible design.Needs to have separate designated exit after the pumps.Used to have 2 different openings , one to enter, the other to exitNow there's only the one.No Dog Park.Even though every billboard on the Interstate says there's a dog park.They did not put one in here.Absolutely everything about this redesign in regards to the outside was very poorly planned.Not worth the 30 min of being stuck in a line of cars and unable to get back out.And the gas attendants dont make any effort to control the cars sitting there blocking the exit.

A very unanswered staff works in the city of Tacoma, who looks into the women's restroom. This man did not want to admit his guilt today and went home. Be careful! All employees of this gas station are unanswered, including the manager. They couldn't do anything about it. It was a dark-skinned man who looked into the women's bathroom. The worst gas station where there are no normal employees!!!

Newly remodeled. They reduced 70% of the clutter and it looks fantastic. I stopped coming here a year ago because it was too much. Very clean and orderly now, glad to shop here again.

Love's Truck Stop here in Troutdale, OR off of I-84. They fuel Auto's for drivers.Polite and helpful also even at 02:30 AM.

Literally the worst truck stop to stop at. No food is ever ready besides old fried chicken that looks like it's been sitting for hours. And if you ask why there is no coffee ready they tell you "Go to Starbucks then." As if I can just pull a tractor trailer into a Starbucks. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had come to this place to get the oil of my truck changed and when I went to the office and talked to the girl, the girl told me that you will come to us after waiting for 4 hours and when I went after 4 hours, the girl Told me that our employees have left and you should come in the morning and I was also late for my work and all these employees are very liars. Don't get it serviced yourself.👍

Be aware loves troutdale gas price it not what its posted.They are charging 3.59 and sign says 3.49 for regular Attendant wouldnt respect price on sign.

The store itself is closed due to remodel but they are still open for fuel 24/7. You can still go in to pay although it doesn't look like it . Just let the attendant know and they'll point you where you need to go. They even have a small variety of basic snacks. I have never had a bad experience here and the fuel prices aren't bad either!!

now, as a disclaimer. i am writing this. not because of the workers. but the types of people who hang around the entrances. makes me legit unsafe. there’s the homeless problem. from here to the gas station by mcdonalds. and living in portland most of my life. these people are dangerous. ill give a star to the workers tho.

It's a Love's and lives up to that expectation. The people were able to get the job done but, they appeared to be elsewhere. I arrived midday and had to search for a parking spot... there was many drivers parking and having someone pick them up. Nice scenery getting here.

Terrible stop. Don't get off the interstate here! Confusing crowded gas station. Pumps have weird limits. People get stuck in the stupid set up. This place is terrible!

Place I usually stop at for gas. Fast service and friendly staff. Good drinks and good food. Bathrooms available as well as showers for trucker. They have washer and dryer for washing clothes.

I will never stop at your stop. Dirty showers, hair, trash. Where food is cooked very dirty and a lot of garbage, they sweep near the food and all the dust goes to the food. This is the worst thing I've seen. It’s a pity that I can’t put zero stars.

this location doesn't care about drivers they have containers in parking spots next to the shop the shops trailer in one dropped trailers taking up parking spots the scales doesn't work but can't park in front of them so as of now I won't use loves truck stop anymore since they are letting the stores go and been trying to get an account for several months and corporate office is ignoring my calls update just saw a man walking out of ladies restroom and reported it to them and the just laughed about it update a female employee just walked into the men's restroom without a care in the world so loves truck stop just don't care about customers anymore

Worst experience. I am a truck driver, and was here for a day. I rented a car so i can view the city with my family. I asked if i could park the car in a parking spot for the night. Manager told me no and they kick people out if they do. I asked him about the people in this car below. He didn't care about them. They obviously will not spend money here, were i spend thousands a month at loves.

Absolutely terrible. Even if they pick up the piles of trash everywhere most of the people inside are rude. In the pictures you see a brand new fence and they moved some of the trash out of the way to set the posts. I know the fence is brand new because the concrete is still setting up. And no, I didn't tell the manager because if the manager can't figure this out on their own then they are already useless. Stunningly pathetic.

Hi everyone, Nice truck stop. Easy in and out.,scale and tire shop. Parking bit small and some holes on it. Otherwise, it is okay. They are getting ready for remodeling of truck stop. Next to Love's is TA truck stop and many different small shops. Have a great day, everybody.

Place has some renovations going on. Selling only fuel. Credit card for diesel won't work had to find office, hidden in a container box. After pre paying, price on pump jumped $.40/gal when starting to fill, bait and switch. They didn't seem to care. Might be one of the worst Loves stations

Fairly consistent quality of facility, products and services! This was my first Love’s truck stop here in Troutdale a year ago and I have since traveled 2/3’s of the country and usually stopped at Love’s, at least 50 of them! Along the way we ran past their headquarters in Oklahoma! Also found it weird they had no presence near Tucson AZ so while living there used TA and others! They have introduced RV overnight facilities with varying levels of services (# of spaces, availability of electricity, water and sewage disposal) at many locations and I just heard that that business is expanding! But, and this is a big but, the available space for this RV service is going to be difficult for many locations to accommodate because the space demanded by truckers is just phenomenal! Specifically, most Love’s, and others like TA, Pilot, Triple J, etc. are overwhelmed especially at night! By that I mean that any night of the week, most truck stops are packed beyond belief! There are lots of brand new Love’s and those seem to be located in locations with more space!
