The shelves were well stocked with basic dollar tree items. The store was clean though there were many carts with stock blocking shelves that made it difficult to navigate with other customers. The clerk that checked me out was very friendly, Though I think she should have had more help. There were only 2 clerks in the store and 1 was on break.

I was waiting in line, when I heard an employee (Becky/ Rebecca) make a horrible and ignorant comment towards a customer. Customer did not speak English. Becky became visibly upset and frustrated when she couldn’t communicate with customer. Becky then decided it was appropriate to tell this customer he needed to learn English if he wanted to live in America. When I heard this appalling and distasteful remark, I had to say something. I normally keep to myself especially in this area, but I could not stay silent and let Becky belittle this poor man “you can try learning his language too” I said. Becky stated in America we speak English.I apologized to the customer for Becky’s disgusting behavior. When it was my time to pay, Becky decided she was not going to help me. She yanked my basket from the conveyor belt, hissed I’m not going to wait on you. Lucky AJ was available to help me.

They have great options in their freezer and refrigerators. Even White Castle 🏰!The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The guy manager there is awful. I have seen him talk so rude to other customers but today it was my turn. Then the person he was working with told me it was my fault. I have been going here for years and years. Yikes.

It was a Friday so It was busy when I went. The store had almost everything I needed except a few items. One of the items was a mop. I can purchase the mop, but there was no hand to use it with. They didn't understand why it is being sold this way. Makes no sense to me, but okay and no, thank you. The second item I was looking for is Goop Off, which they used to carry. The store had 2 cash registers open with long lines. But moved fairly quickly. As for cleanliness, it was okayut how could they with few coworkers. They did their best 👌 and were very friendly. Included in my purchase was a lot of art supplies which they had a great selection of and Oven Cleaner. Only went in to get Goop Off, Oven Cleaner, and a mop walk out with a over $50 purchase🤦🏼‍♀️😁😅

Well first off the dude working idk what his deal was but when I’m looking for an item and ask politely “excuse me” and he looks at me rolls his eyes like he hates being at work and responds with “what” ?????? Like uhmmm or sorry you must not work here with your dollar tree apron stocking stuff on the candy aisle? My bad! Who talks this wait to customers? Atleast lady at check stand 2 was super friendly and nice to me! And hey you guys get a 3 star ⭐️ for this amazing DVD, I’ll let you guys know how it is after watching thanks!

The dollar tree always has amazing things for just one buck. This store was clean and the people that work there were happy to serve us. They also seemed to be a bit more organized than most dollar stores that i have been to in the past. I would definitely shop here again.

I really like this location. It is well stocked, has a wide variety of items but if you are looking for a quick check out, forget it! They do offer handicapped parking but not a handicap accessible door. Close to On point with an outdoor ATM. A gym, mini mall, gas station and fast food close by.

Not a great location. Shelves are bare. Lots of broken items. Front door looks like it was smashed in. Very sparse Halloween decoration even though it is still a week till Halloween, but shelves of Christmas stuff already out. I almost never come to this one because of how little it has.

I came here for a few Mothers Day items and just to browse. This Dollar tree is pretty well stocked up on most items it looked really clean and organized compared to others I've been to. I always go into Dollar Tree for a few things and walk out, spending $40 🙃. I also found this cute little note pad I had to get!

Our local Dollar Tree is a gem. The staff is kind and helpful. The shelves tend to be well stocked and organized. You'll find what you need here and feel good about coming back, like we do.

This store is good, well stocked and nice. It is a lot busier since Safeway closed and a bit more dirty since then due to it being so busy. All in all though it’s a good place to go for quick shopping trips and cheap must have items like batteries, laundry detergent, cards and various consumables.

Fantastic selection, if I'm unable to find something a second or 3rd time at my local Dollar Tree, I always make the drive to this location. They always have a large selection of products, and their employees are always courteous, friendly and helpful. And, the store itself is clean and well maintained.

Terrible customer service from employee named AJ. Stood in line for 20 minutes while a different cashier was struggling to keep up. Aj was on a different register but no light on. Finally said he could help whose next in line and when I told him his light wasn't on he didn't even respond. In fact he was on his phone the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Clean store, good selection, floor employees were very friendly and helpful, but the cashier I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending to everyone going through her lane. The cashier is usually the first and last person you see when entering/exiting the store and often they're the ones that leave the largest impression. I get maybe having a bad day, but you don't take it out on the people just trying to pay for their things, especially when they've tried being pleasant to you. I still like this location, but I'll deliberately be avoiding her if she can't change her poor attitude.

I found everything I needed and all the shelves were stopped really really good in the freezer part was stalked really good too. The checkered was really really nice to deal with. PS. It's one of the best Dollar Trees that I've been to in a while I would recommend people going there first if they don't live too far away

They seem to hire some really caring helpful people. They are always so nice and remember their customers. When my kids purchase things with their own money, the employees treat them like they would the adults and always turn it into a teaching moment by asking them how much change they should get in return. They even tell the kids to have an adult complete the survey and explain why.

50/50 between getting an employee who doesn't care about their job at all, and getting an employee to help you out.!!! - Everything here is $1.25 NOT ONE DOLLAR so be prepared for that.I asked about a missing product that I wanted (the fig newtons) and one of the employees said to me that they hadn't actually received them in a long time which makes me question how long they had been sitting on the shelf, and what else might have been there a "long time".

It was good today. Never bought laundry stuff from. There before so we will see if it is 👍good. Needed a little, so just went by. Now 5:30 I am starting laundry. Am is going to pick me up at 10 tonight, so I can spend 🌙 night after her Monday class with the 🚺ladies. One of my favorite Dollar Tree locations on PDX-metro area. Clean, well-stocked & always organized, you can definitely tell that the employees of this store care about the presentation. Employees are always friendly & talkative.

I love the fact that everything is a dollar. Great stuff, what I love best is the party supplies and balloons for any occasion. This places is kept clean and organized. Employees there are not too friendly and have an attitude at times making the experience of shopping there unpleasant.

The store has gone down hill since Safeway is currently closed. We just left there and the floors are gross and dirty and supplies are laying on the floor. There was one cashier and one lady stocking and the line was really long and I had to ask for someone to help cashier. Which was ridiculous! The store was just disgusting I don't plan on going back any time soon I was scared to touch things!!!

Decent selection of goods , clean inside and out . But the staff was very unfriendly, seemed put off by having customers and evidently dont like it if you use big bills (A GRANT/50.00) to pay for your merchandise.Over all they need to work on there people skills. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars at the cherry park dollar tree.

Only two checkers and lines down the aisles. While this is usual for this particular store it seems kind of silly when it's holiday seasons. I just don't understand why they have so many check stands when I've never seen more than two occupied VQgt to 55 know Also the workers were quite cranky. Possibly it's because they're spread too thin since it seems there's only two to three at a time working every time I come to shop.

The CHERRY PARK DOLLAR TREE just lost me today as a loyal customer for the past 10 years, because of a very rude cashier by the name of TARAH. I could not believe how such a rude and incompetent person could be allowed to work in customer service.She started "right off the bat" with an attitude because I needed to check out and I had to pull her away from her helium balloon project (which one employee was already working on.) Then I had the audacity to ask if she had any paper bags to put my groceries in, at which she rudely snapped "NO!" in response. Forgive me for not knowing this since other Dollar Tree locations do carry paper bags. Then she proceeded to put my heavy items into single bags which started tearing as soon I lifted them. Since she couldn't wait to return to playing with her helium balloons, I proceeded to double-bag the groceries myself as she proceeded to glare at me from the balloon aisle.When she came back to check out another customer, I walked back to see if there was a manager present. As I didn't see anyone, I walked back and looked at her name badge so I could report her for her rudeness. At that time, she started berating me telling me"Do you need something else? I already completed your transaction. I don't need you causing problems." At that point, I replied that SHE was actually my problem and that I would make sure her manager heard about. this." So TARAH, thanks to you I will no longer be a loyal Dollar Tree customer.Usually I have no problem with the great customer service and friendliness provided by their cashiers, but TASHA definitely ruined it for me today. All I can recommend, dear, is that you find another job that includes no customer service skills, as you are a great detriment to the Dollar Tree brand!!!

I literally called and asked if they had black balloons in stock drove all the way here and no they in fact do not have any black ballooons. Very disappointed will never come to this dollar store again. The one on 82nd is 100 times better

This place is heaven on Earth. EVERYTHING is a dollar. I bought a wonderful little harmonica that only plays one note - but he plays that note like a champ. I bought these stale, but still flavorful, Pringles and a wine glass with a clever little saying on the side. My total? 3 FREAKING DOLLARS! I could not believe it. I wish I could live here. Just me, the nice man behind the checkout stand, and all the dollar bills in the world.
