Took our pug to get a bath and cleaned up and was super happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and our pup was cleaned and dried and they were able to get a lot of her excess fluff off so she isn't leaving tons of fur everywhere she walks (like she usually does). Was overall impressed and would recommend.

Poppy, my dog loves going there to get groomed. She loves the girls that work there. She gets so excited she can hardly wait to get out of the car. You can tell it's a good experience for her by the way she acts.

This place is great, clean and friendly. It was my 2nd time there and September did my Pomeranians cut. She did she a wonderful job. It’s absolutely perfect. Shaped correctly and short enough in all the right places while maintaining his fluffiness. I’ll definitely be back and be requesting her.

Been bringing our doggie here for regular grooming and nail trimming for quite some time now. Super friendly staff! You can tell how much they care for our dog, and he gets so excited when we arrive because he knows he will be showered with love and treats! So glad to have found a place like this, thank you!

This is a wonderful grooming salon. Out 2 cavaliers have been going here for years!! I have made a mistake when we had a family emergency and forgot an appointment and felt awful and they were so kind about it. . I would recommend this place and our dogs come home perfect every time!!

The entire staff at Ally’s is beyond AMAZING - friendly, caring, professional and phenomenal. I tried a couple other grooming facilities in the area for my anxious little dog prior to Ally’s and they all failed. My dog always came home very nervous after a spa day until I found Ally’s Dog Spa. A neighbor suggested I give them a try and I’m forever grateful for the referral that I found such a wonderful place to have my dog groomed at. I trust the entire staff at Ally’s - they treat my dog as if he is their own. They do a fabulous job on a not so cooperative little guy. I will never trust another groomer now that I have found Ally’s. I highly suggest them to family/friends as well as anyone searching for the perfect grooming facility. I’ve been taking my dog here about every 8 weeks for his grooming needs and they never disappoint.

We love the TLC they receive from the staff, and we are always happy with the price and warm customer service. I have a four year old Shih Tzu poodle mix that I had taken to alleys dog spa for her regular grooming needs. It had been over a year since I had taken her into Ally’s dog spa. I had been grooming her myself at home. Due to my work schedule and a death in the family that I am the administrator for I realized to save some time I would schedule an appointment for her. The day before the appointment which would’ve been 24 hours notice I had an unexpected expense come up. Being a single mother and grandmother I could not afford after this unexpected expense to take my dog in. The expense came up that day last minute. I called immediately on my lunch break explaining my situation and letting them know I needed to reschedule. The owner told me that this seems to be a problem with me needing to cancel and reschedule. She told me that they have had multiple conversations with me and documented them about their card policy. It had been over a year since I had taken my dog there so I couldn’t remember these conversations about a card policy. I asked her to remind me what the card policy was. She put me on hold and came back saying that they had my card on file. I don’t know how they would have my card on file because it had been over a year since I’ve taken my dog in there. I asked her again what the card policy was. She again said they’ve already had multiple conversations with me about what that was. I had never signed any paperwork about a card policy and I do not remember conversations that happened over a year ago. So I asked again if she could please remind me what the car policy was apologizing for not remembering. She said that there’s a cancellation fee when you do not cancel 48 hours in advance. I know that doctors offices require a 24 hour cancellation in advance. Which was what I was doing. She told me that after me asking over and over again because I really wanted to understand what the card policy was that they charge $85 the full price of the visit for me having to cancel. I told her that I did not have the funds in my account. I told her I could try to borrow the money however I was concerned that if I couldn’t borrow the money and kept the appointment that that would not give them the opportunity to offer my appointment to someone else and fill that spot. She told me they would cancel it this time without charging my card but that in the future they’ll need to think about what she wants to do with me in a very condescending shaming way. I told her that wasn’t necessary that I would just take my business elsewhere. After thinking back about how my dog reacted with this establishment I realized I don’t even think they treated my dog very well there. I feel like this was confirmed after taking my dog to heads and tails and her demeanor was so much different. The staff at heads and tails were so friendly and loving to my dog. Alleys dog spa was cold and condescending. My dog showed signs of being abused at this establishment as well every time I would pull out a brush to brush her she would have what seems like a PTSD reaction. Her reaction and heads and tails was much different when I picked her up from there she was wagging her tail and happy and friendly with the dog groomer who is also the owner. It is also dishonest to save my credit card information when I haven’t even been there in over a year.

Ally’s Dog Spa is the only place we trust to care for our little guy. They are always gentle and loving with Maverick. I appreciate that they make him feel like he is the only dog in world from the time he walks in. ❤️The staff always take great care to get his cut exactly how I like it. I also appreciate that only use natural products.

We've been going to Ally's dog spa for years. We take take our mini Yorkie and Pomeranian for hair cuts, nail trimming and teeth brushing. Everyone is so sweet and all of our dogs look so good after their spa day! Such a great business to have in Troutdale.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t take your dog here. We had taken our dog here several times & service was always bad. They don’t even say hi when you walk in, just grab the dog & leave. This last time we asked if we could pick her up a bit early because my dad was in the hospital. The front desk lady angrily said “that’s not our 3-5 hour policy.” We then asked if they could make this one time exception but was then told “no, again the 3-5hr policy.” So my mom says that’s fine & walks out to the car. Next thing we know, someone (we think the owner) brings the dog out to the car & says “we will not be cutting your dog anymore, you were rude.” Umm WHAT! They were rude, not us one bit (just asking). So rude, unprofessional, not nice or welcoming to dogs, & the hair cuts are poor. We have a mini schnauzer & they don’t even know what the typical trim is - just cuts her the same length all over. Horrible. Hope this review helps someone. I suggest going to Heads N Tails on Orient Dr instead.

I only bring my baby Zoiee here. I always feel at ease knowing that Kylie and Lindsay are there with her. The rest of the girls are amazing as well. I don't trust any other groomers since coming to Ally's. Also Zoiee knows when we are there and basically jumps out of the car so she can see all her friends. Thank you ladies!

The best experience I have had with a groomer . I have a year and half old Havanese who has a ton of anxiety around getting groomed as well as a ton of difficult fur . Ally’s spent extra time making sure he was comfortable and able to tolerate his time there . They communicated to me what to expect , were super understanding of his anxiety , their customer service was amazing and best of all my dog looks amazing !!! We will definitely be back and I cannot recommend them enough !

I have two Samoyeds that are super fluffy and a big job for any groomer. My husband has taken our dogs to Ally's a couple of times and I'm always impressed with how much care is taken to remove all the undercoat and most importantly they have been completely dry each time they return home. I meant to call and thank you personally but a public positive review is always good. Thank you for doing such a great job, especially on our girl Sky with her special needs and skin issues.

We have been going to Ally's for 5 years now. Our yorkie is 3.5lbs and is 16 years old. Ally and her team have been amazing with her. As she aged, they adapted to make sure she is comfortable while still giving her the best cut they can. I would recommend Ally's day spa to anyone b/c they truly care and love your family member as if it were their own.

I have been coming here every couple months with my pup Lu since we got him, and they are always so wonderful! Today was my pup's first birthday, and they treated him to a special blueberry facial!
