I went in and asked if they had threaded drain pipe and they weren't sure so they took me back to the plumbing area and helped me look for what I was needing but to no avail but they suggested I check with another competitor which I thought was way cool

Small town hardware store. If you needed it they probably have it. Sales person was pleasant and helpful. My neighbor was looking for something specific and was shown what was available and advice on a particular item.I always snoop around these small businesses as you never know what you might find. I personally came out with a bagful as I always end up finding something.Worth the trip just to see what is available and gives you a clue as to what people are buying for their area.

I like shopping locally! If they don't have it in stock, they are happy to order it for you. The sells staff is very helpful and always excellent advice on your projects.

it's kinda small as you would imagine they usually only have one guy working there but he's SUPER knowledgeable (I would let this guy build me a house ) and if they have what your looking for he'll have it for you quick. though a lot times they don't have what your looking for because Like I said it's kinda small. but that's why you came to a place like Toledo your trying to get away from the world of big.

Almost every time I've tried going here DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, the store is always closed. 4 times I've tried going here in the middle of the week and they were closed every time it was 2-4pm!!! Don't go here

Had bought Valspar Paint at Ace Hardware in Newport, was very pleased. Didnt feel like making trip in to get paint again, stopped in here. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, but said owner refused to stock Valspar, I'm not sure why. Bought Ace brand (Royal) paint and primer in one, now I wish I would have driven onto Newport. Paint is so thin and watery, I thought I had bought primer by mistake. Can says 1 coat guarenteed....not true, and I'm only painting white over a very light tan. Next time will drive the extra distance.

For an isolated tiny Town hardware store, you'll probably find what you are looking for, or an alternative for the repair. Knowledgeable and friendly staff make shopping here quite nice.
