Wonderful store. We love Fred Meyer everywhere we go. This store was great for picking up our shopping and they also were kind enough to allow us to fill our rv with water.

This Fred Meyer never has normal everyday food items stock, it's beyond frustrating. I have to drive all the way to Warrenton or out to Beaverton to get decent selection of goods. Also, they never have medium cheddar Tillamook cheese even though the factory is right across the street! What is up with that??

They dont restock their ear candles, and for those of you who dont know what they are. Wally's Natural Unscented Soy Blend Ear Candles they help pull excess wax out of your ears. I've always gone here, and for the last 2 weeks to a month, they've been out and won't restock it. It's very frustrating, Fredmyers. Even after i did an online order (said they were pickup only!) They canceled it apparently out of stock when, in fact online said it was in stock. I called them, and they don't even know when they will be in stock. You would think after a month they would have them but no. Either you restock them or how about you remove them from Aile 22. Get your act together, Fredmyers!

This is your average Fred Myers store. That is excellent selections and friendly helpful service. Good selection of produce.Kat checked us out. She greeted us with a warm friendly smile and quickly got us through checkout.

I want to like this store, but I have mixed reviews. Sometimes the service is great, but I recently had service that was so rude, I questioned whether I should continue going there (at least to the deli). I ordered some trays for entertaining in their deli. I ordered online and requested a pick up time of 11:30. Due to some errands that I needed to run, I did not arrive at the store until 12:45. They were cold trays (a vegetable tray and a hummus tray), and I assumed that it would be okay, as long as I didn't arrive and request them earlier. When I went to the deli to pick them up, the clerk working at the deli seemed annoyed from the start and stated, "It's a long way past 11:30, isn't it?" I then apologized for being a little over an hour late, and he went into a tirade that if people don't pick up the trays, they do not always sell.I completely understand the frustration of people ordering trays and not picking them up. That wasn't my intent, I was just an hour late. If they were that concerned, they did have my phone number, they could have called me, but instead, this clerk felt the need to chastise me in front of other customers for not being there promptly. They trays were beautiful and I was happy with the product, but I do not know if I would order from them again due to his rude service.

The cake decorator did a phenomenal job. She had fun and got creative with my only instructions was a rainbow themed cake. Waaaay beyond my expectations and all I was expectating was a nice cake. Not only was I pleasantly surprised, but my daughter was in love with it. Thank you bakery department. You have a GREAT cake decorator.

Went there today, spent 35 minutes shopping only to discover all of their registers were down. 150+ people standing in lines that weren’t moving and they didn’t bother to let anybody know or stop people from coming in and shopping. They were handing out free cookies. Lol. I had exchanges that I needed to do and I picked out stuff for breakfast and dinner, and it was a very big disappointment.

We have large tourism industry here, many visitors buy their groceries after they arrive. In the summer season the shelves are bare. Even though Fred Meyers sees this happen each year, they do not anticipate this happening and increase their orders. Many times we have to travel to the Portland area to do our shopping. Fred Meyers is also ridiculously expensive.

Well, at the checkout out, the clerk said the payment did not go through. So we ran the card again. We ended up getting charge 299.07 twice. The person we talked to did not seem very concerned and said to wait 48 hours and it should be reversed. Will 7 days layer we still have not gotten a refund for one charge. We gave our bank the code FM gave us, and they did not know what to do with that. The bank is looking into it. That is a lot of money to be charged twice for. Everything up to the checkout process and the following phone call was fine.

Kim was the worst cashier ever! When she couldn't figure out how to ring up a sale item she just stood there without communicating or doing anything except saying "It's not my fault, that will be $86." (It should have been $62). When I told her that I was not going to pay the extra $24 she just stood there again. Virtually no communication, she just stood there looking like a wounded animal. This went on for about a minute until she realized that the line was getting bigger and I wasn't going to pay the extra just because she didn't know what she was doing. Finally she called a supervisor who corrected it in about 5 seconds. This is the second time that I've had a really rotten experience at a Fred Meyer. I'll take my money down the road next time.

It’s to bad this store exists. Way way high priced because where else can you go without driving to the valley. The prices went way up and service went way down. Now we have to bag are own groceries like winco but we don’t get the winco prices. The meat quality is poor at best. The “fresh” fruits and vegetables are battered and bruised and much like the meat rotten.

We stopped in twice while on our trip. Each time the staff was beyond helpful, courteous and friendly. There was a guy named Rob the first time and Assistant manager Mike the second, along with other numerous employees as we had no idea where anything was and had tons of questions while shopping. All employees were superb. Everyone was happy to help, and thorough in doing so. Management is clearly setting the example! Thank you store crew!The store was clean and stocked.The honey turkey from the deli was so delicious!

They just have everything Mark so high in price that they are literally stealing from us every time something is purchased their fire shopper. Sometimes they try to send secret shoppers to see if you're stealing and it's very obvious and so you mess with them by walking around the store 20 million times until they realize you know oh you know.

I was getting gas with my uncle Bob Miles the other day at your store and I would like to let you know how much we appreciated the good customer service of your gas attendant Suzie. The gas area was extremely busy and from what I have been told she always comes in and works really hard even on her days off when workers call out sick. I commend her for going out of her way to service customers when she works. Thank you!

The pharma y worker was rude and kept rolling her eyes like I was imposing to ask for my prescription. Dr. ordered it 3 days earlier, but she didn't have it ready, said it would take 2 hours, with attitude, mind you, then dismissed me and rolled the gates to pharmacy closed. I was shocked. I'm going back for it today. If I have a repeat of her vile attitude, I'll contact management. Horrible experience.

I only buy when and what i absolutely have to at Tillamook Fred Meyer. Fred Meyer has been a most favorite of mine since I was 7 years old. When i moved from Portland, Oregon to the Beach, it was still a favorite until Tillamook. The amount of loss prevention stalking you at this location is REDICOULOUS. I get what's happening, I know there's tons of theft, but there is no reason to stalk and harass good paying customers that always have been good paying customers. They profile, and they are not good at it. Since moving to the beach, I've spent at the very least $50,000 at the Tillamook location. We remodeled our home and have managed a business during that time. I just don't go there anymore unless I'm in dire need. I hate being that way because I want to support my local businesses, but not at that price. Will keep changes posted.

I went in to buy a phone case, and needless to say I was not impressed by the way they handled the transaction. The same phone case for a different size iPhone was 50% off; thinking that I should check to see if the sale was for that one particular size of case, or if it was for all cases of that brand and style . I asked the guy who was working in that department who should know, and he told me that yes, all of the cases in that style/ brand were 50% off (which was the selling point for me) by the time I got home I noticed that I was charged for the pre sale price of $50 which is ridiculous to begin with. Classic case of bait and switch. And to top it off, I was informed by the employee that the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro were the same size. They are not. So now not only am I out $50, I’m out $50 that I spent on the wrong phone case, Thanks to Fred Meyers’ exceptional staff. I will be attempting to return my item; if they even let me, and I will be informing them of what happened. I will update this once I have attempted to return the phone case.

I really like this Freddies. The employees obviously work very hard to keep the store stocked and clean. They are so nice and helpful too. I like to use the self checkout and often if they see I have a somewhat heavy/large item such as a pack of beer or seltzer water, they'll come over to scan it before I even need to ask them. I like to go in the evenings if I can. It's less busy after 7pm or so.

They have pretty much everything which is convenient for the area.. Some of their prices for some merchandise is pretty high so keep that in mind. Grocery store has a nice selection. Everyone who I talked too was courteous and informative with some random questions I had. It has a Starbucks to boot too for all of you caffeine addicts. I wish it was open 24 hours a day but it’s in an out of the way small town area. I’d shop there again especially if you are nearby chilling on the coast.

Fred Meyer stores are like a less well stocked Target. The parking lots are tight and the selection doesn't match up with what the online web site says they have for pickup. Not a bad place, there is a much wider selection than at a normal grocers.
