The people here are always so helpful & understanding. Even when I was having an rough day & was upset about my RX not being ready. She took the time to ask if I was OK, then went out of her way to make sure my RX was filled before I ran out. Then APOLOGIZED to me!!! The people are why I never change pharmacies!

I called to change my prescriptions over to this pharmacy on a Tuesday morning. The woman who answered the phone after a 18 minute wait was rude and hung up on me. She said the pharmacy I was trying to transfer my prescriptions from didnt exist.I tried to spell it for her and she cut me off and said " I know how to spell High School" as I tried to explain it was not the traditional spelling and perhaps that was the issue with locating it she disconnected me. I will not be transferring my prescriptions there. My sons partner works as a pharmaceutical tech in another city, at a Walgreens loves her job and is dedicated as a student becoming a pharmacist I feel my experience is location specific.

I would give zero stars if possible. I've never seen such an unprofessional pharmacy. I'm not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what the situation may have been, but I was laughed at when asking very valid availability questions about prescribed medications by one of their older technicians after she'd told me they were completely out of a common pain med for my wife that had just been through a C-section, I was angrily told that they were closing after waiting in line for well over an hour and caught massive amounts of attitude when I politely asked if that meant I'd have to come back the next day (I didn't have a problem with coming back next day), and I was treated terribly through the process as if I were the dumbest customer she'd met. It ensured that I will never be back. The pharmacist herself was very polite but the tech I met very obviously needs re-training in how to speak with people in a professional manner. I suggest starting in kindergarten. Rite Aid in The Dalles has been head and shoulders above these clowns in every way.

So drive thru pharmacy....if someone is going to be in line 15 to 20 minutes at drive thru, have them pull ahead or pull back around...if your customers are trying to pick up quick during lunch breaks or before work you are causing their frustration. You have 2 lanes there.

Used to be good service. Last visit the pharmacist was impolite to 3 customer in a row. Good customer service is very important to me.At one visit my 94 y/o step dad brought in a prescription, they said 10 minute wait. It was 45. He had severe back problems and had difficulty walking, let alone sitting in those hard chairs for 46 minutes. Plus long waits at drive through.

OMG, I just met the most condescending, lethargic and disrespectful pharmacist of my life here. Soooo glad it’s not my usual pharmacy!Unfortunately the counter staff is not much better.

Always ignored and never acknowledged when going inside or waiting in the drive thru for several minutes. This has even happened when there wasn't anyone in line. I acknowledge being short staffed. Offer Technicians a higher living wage and you will be able to hire people.

I drove 25 miles to The Dallas to fill a prescription. At noon on Saturday 9-30-2023, I arrived at the store to find it closed. The sign on the door indicated there was no pharmacist on duty. Poor management I'm afraid.

Absolutely terrible service. Go to Fred Meyer instead. I know everyone is understaffed but the least they can do is be kind. I saw an elderly woman go up to the counter and the pharmacy tech didn’t even make eye contact with her and told her to back up and someone will be with her when they’re available. The wait is about 30 minutes….. to get someone to help.

Pharmacy is such a joke. They need more people to help customers. Waiting on hold for 25 minute, 3 person in line then only to get cut off because they pushed wrong button. At what point do you get up set. They are rude when you do get someone on the phone. BiMart never had the wait that this pharmacy has. Very disappointed in customer service.

This place is disgusting. The outside is always covered in huge amounts of trash. Like you have to step over it to go inside. Then the floors inside are no better. They look like they've never been swept or mopped. They have random stock in boxes crowding isles and employees that hang out in the corner of the photo area talking trash about customers that bothered asking them for something. Avoid at all cost. Seriously gross

People need to learn that "user friendly"kiosks are for customers that can read..... In English and Spanish!!! There are options for that on the kiosk!! I hate customers that take time from the employees for useless needs!! Read people!! Literally what you want to do is written on the screen!! It's funny how you can see the price you want, but not see the actual price is printed!! Buy one at $1 and get the second for $.50. but ALL you see is $.50!! Come on now people!! Read everything.... Including the fine print!! This store is better than most, and trust, if you'd see what the bigger cuties Walgreens look like it deal with.... Just be LUCKY you have a Walgreens and staff like this!! TRUST!!

Had a prescription called in 3.5 hours before we arrived to Walgreens, went through the drive thru to pick it up and it WASN'T EVEN READY!!! The older want helping us was completely ride to us too! We live 3 hours away and had an appointment to make as well, and to not have it ready put us 20 mins late! Went back in 20 mins later and had the same, very rude lady again! Weird how they had hours to fill it and couldn't do that but filled it within 20 mins of us being there....lazy.

Was put on hold for the pharmacy department for over twenty minutes, three different times. All three times they hung up on me as soon as I got to the top of the hold list. Maybe not their fault, but I guess I'll never know since they don't pick up the phone...

The lady in pharmacy with short gray hair is always super rude an makes snobby comments when picking up mine or my husband's meds but Kristen an glina are amazing those two are so sweet an very helpful only reason we still drive q hour to get our meds

Staff is friendly but not as knowledgeable about their products as they could be. Pharmacy staff is great too, only ever had one mix up, but with this place being the go to place to fill scripts, they are a bit slow.

Dirtiest Walgreens I ever been in! Trash everywhere black floors. When I asked the manager why it’s so dirty he replied cleaning service has not came in. They have a mop he said they just don’t wanna do it.
