I appreciate the way that her groomer Brooke works with me and her to make her visit as comfortable and fun as possible.

Kendra was very friendly and gave me helpful information on Misha's health condition as Misha has double fur coat. Since Misha is rescue older dog I appreciated it. Plus the benefits to Misha of regular grooming at Petco.

So I was walking in here looking for computer power cords. When I asked the person at the front desk they pointed out that I would have better luck at Staples next door. And then I looked around and realized oh I am in Petco I said thank you for that and exited to go over to Staples. However the person was very kind and enjoyed the laugh I gave them they didn't laugh at me they laughed with me because it was funny I forgot to look up before I walked in.

Cat, her regular groomer is so kind to Ladybug. As a rescue dog she has anxiety issues but she takes the time to reassure Ladybug. She doesn't mind her talking either. Ladybug usually has lots to say. I really appreciate the care Ladybug gets.

The cost for bathing, nail clipping and deshedding - is way too expensive. Staff is nice but very few people working. There are multiple stations but the last two times I have been there, only one person is grooming. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. The time before was a month.

Anglela did a great job on grooming our Doodle. He was pretty matted, she had to give him a close clip, but was able to save all the fur on top of his head, as well as ears and tail from being clipped.

Overall a bit choppy.. nail trimming looked okay.. looked like around the ears, maybe didn’t get all the soap washed out. Plus cost $11 more than we normally pay..
