We rented a bouncy house to use at our own location in Hood River and everything was super easy. Alejandro delivered and set it up on time then took it down after our party. The bouncy house was clean and in good shape. The kids had a great time. I would definitely seek out Party Masters again to rent another bouncy house.

We went online and booked and paid for a bouncy house for my child's birthday party about a week ago. We called today to inform them that it looked like there may be a chance of rain in the forecast and they proceeded to tell us that White Salmon, WA is too far and that they will need to charge another $50 for gas and another $100 that they WILL be collecting in case it rains! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept trying to add on more fees saying that their website is acting up. They ended up canceling because we said that we already paid what their website told us we had to, along with the set up/tear down fee. My sons birthday is day after tomorrow and I am extremely upset with this company. Definitely would not recommend.

So much fun! My 3 year grandson and his friends were laughing, squealing, silly and just bursting with joy with the bouncy house! The party lasted all day! Alejandro was so professional, kind and friendly. He was on time and available for us right away when we had a question. I would totally recommend this biz for the best party ever!

"BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!!!" was heard all day from screaming children at my son's 5th birthday party.Alejandro was incredibly professional and efficient with the setup. I made sure to read the website details so we knew how to prepare for him to make things smooth and he was very appreciative.Even thinking of taking some circus classes from them when they get up and running!We will definitely rent from them again.The cost and quality is unmatched from what I've seen and heard and it made for such an easy day for all adults involved.Keeping about 30 kids from 2-12 occupied and entertained for 4 hours is no easy easy feat and this day went by like a breeze!1000/10!

Amazing!!! Circus Aerial Class is a new favorite in our house. My 9 year old daughter loved every minute. Ronelle is an excellent (and patient) instructor. Highly recommended.

Alejandro was such a kind person by helping my daughters 5 year old princess party come to reality, he was so flexible and helpful checking in on us the day of the event to see if we needed anything the kids had such a blast on the jump house we loved how we could open the garage it was nice on space highly recommend to everyone trying to find a party event

I wish I could give 10 stars or more! Absolutely seamless set up and breakdown. Alejandro was Incredible. He was so helpful and showing us how to use the machines. The kids went absolutely wild on the bounce house all day, and the cotton candy and snowcone machine were incredibly easy to use. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend for any event that you may have coming up. I’m so thankful that I decided to rent this out and even more thankful that they provide such a fun party equipment for us in the gorge.

From the first email to pick-up after the party, the process was seamless. I was immediately impressed with Party Masters quick response to my email and questions. They lined me out with the perfect bounce house and for a reasonable price. Alejandro called the day before the party to confirm. He was on time day of the party and so professional. He secured the bounce house well, and the bounce house was in great shape. I can't say enough great things about my Party Masters bounce house experience. The bounce house took our party from good to great!

Extremely professional and safety conscious . Had a bounce house for an event on short notice and Party Masters was able to provide well maintained equipment including set up and breakdown. Our location luckily had very large wind barriers and even on a very very windy day they surveyed the site before set up to make sure the wind blockage was significant enough . Overall great experience that was easy , will certainly use them again!

Great rental! Party Masters delivered a fantastic set up. Delivery and set up went so quickly, even though our set up plans weren't ideal. They worked with us to re-position the inflatable and guarantee the best and safest outcomes for the kids. Oh, and the kids had a BLAST. The gentleman that delivered and set up, Michael, was fantastic and took the time to explain the rules and recommendations. An overall GREAT experience.

This was my first time using this company. I rented the princess bounce house. The pricing is more than fair. They are very friendly, showed up exactly when they said they would. They set it all up, it was very clean, kids had a blast! Will definitely use them again!

I'm so happy with the service I received when I rented a bouncy house for my son's birthday. It was delivered and set up early, and taken down right on time. We followed the pretty simple rules, and got our deposit back upon takedown. I will definitely use Party Masters again next time I'm in need of a bouncy house 😊

We rented the dog bouncy house for birthday party and it was a great way to entertain a lot of young kids. The dog had a basketball hoop in it too, which was good for smaller beach balls. Alejandro was great to work with, responsive and came to deliver, setup, and take down. We didn’t have to do anything and it allowed to focus on the party. Would definitely do it again! Can’t wait until are kids are older and we can rent some of the bigger ones haha.

Delivery was on time, the bouncy house was fantastic for a rambunctious group of 6-8 year olds. Everyone was happy. We thought maybe they wouldn’t be into it for very long, but it was a mainstay of the party. So glad we got it. Great service.
