Good stuff good prices but the staff is very rude and immature a bunch of adults acting like their still in high-school. Who ever owns this place is either dumb or just to lazy to clean house. Otherwise not a bad place just don't ask for help unless you like being treated like thrash.

I am so sad about the service I received at Grocery Outlet. I enjoyed my shopping experience until prices are not posted on many items. When I loaded my bags I was told I would need to bag my own groceries or buy there bags? When I used the coupon it was the wrong date. I brought out another coupon....she apologized to the customer behind for the wait I spent closed to 159. Not a fan on how I was treated.

I wanted to get a couple of things and I got them they were cheap and it was what I wanted the only thing that was bothersome was they didn't have any bread that I wanted other than that it was really good customer service friendly people store was clean I like shopping there

Grocery Outlet for me it's actually kind of the same price as all the other stores. the positive part about is they do carry items that are different from all my stores that are locally around me so all in all it's worth checking out!!

Just went shopping there, and had a terrible experience. Went to pick up some chips and snacks with my husband. Thought I'd price beer while I was there because I'd never priced at grocery outlet.While looking, LOOKING, at the beer and ciders this elderly woman came up to me and told me that I would need to be carded. For what? I wasn't buying any.I responded, telling her I didn't have my ID as this was an impromptu store trip (and I had forgot my card). I was merely just looking. She went and used the store phone staring at us the whole time. watching our every move. I didn't even pick up a case or anything but she treated me and my husband like criminals for even looking. I get it if she didn't want to sell me anything without my ID, that's the law after all. But wanting to card me for looking? Never had that happen and never have I felt so uncomfortable at ANY store.

Do lots of our shopping here. Prices are great when you're on a budget. Great variety of groceries available. Dairy and produce are fresh, fruits and veggies look delicious. Cashier's are clean, friendly and knowledgeable about where things are. We really enjoy shopping here. Only thing I would like is access to mobility scooter as I'm handicapped and can't walk long distances.

Small store, real Decent pricing. Friendly cashiers. Organic selection throughout the store. The checkout lines moved at a steady paceDon't forget to bring a bag as they cost money in the stores around this area. They have a decent size area with sale items. I didn't take any pictures of the store, but attached a picture I took for the sign behind me for a book I'm writing. It will be called "My trip to Washington"

I tried to return a $2.29 bag of chips because they didn't taste right and the manager said I ate have the bag. The bags are half full when you buy them,and would not let me exchange them. So he was very disrespectful accusing me of being a liar and a theif over a $2.29 item. I was about to buy $100 of groceries but he told me to leave. Remember the prices at grocery out are low because the dates are expired or close to it.The employees in the past were always friendly and helpful,but The new group of employees are not friendly. Saving a few cents isn't worth being humiliated.

The prices are cheap , cheapest they can be for this unstable economic time but some of the staff ( cashiers - esp the older one with long hair tied back into a ponytail) kicked me out of the place cause she had seen me put the bottle of wine into one of their wine bags. I wasn't stealing it I went through the line a d paid for it then I was rudely 86ed from grocery outlet. The rest of the staff are awesome. I pray for this woman because she's so aggressive with her words , body language and scowls at you (not a good look at all). Looks at everyone as if they were a theif. Any hoo , wonderful place and prices

Great store and GREAT employees! So much so that when I left my wallet in a cart and returned 5 minutes later, either an honest customer or honest employee turned it in and the store kept it safe and intact when I returned to find it. Thank you Dalles Grocery Outlet!!!!!

I love this store . They have lots of food and other stuff for your house and yard and everything.. the staff is real nice and friendly.. I would recommend you go here and see what great stuff they have at great prices !!

We love the variety and great prices at this store. Staff is friendly overall. The wine sommelier is friendly and willing to listen to suggestions or requests. Always find something interesting, different, unique here

Very kind staff and egar to help customers. Always great bargains definitely help people get threw life at these times especially. My favorite store. Yet a lill work on the stocking shelves to correct prices needs some attention. No one wants to add up their cart especially making the best of what money they have to waste time purchasing things to find they were 5 to 20 dollars more than the price tag said that it laid in front of. The regular daily person would not know to pay attention to reading the cards nor should have to. Its my only irritation other than that they've important to the dalles thank you for your services 😊

Had some decent stock and selection. Some prices were REALLY CHEAP, and others were so so. They didn't give me any trouble about my young Pit Bull puppy (5 months old) who I am training to be a service animal, that's what I'm saying anyways... Lol. Decent experience through and through though.

This particular Grocery Outlet isn't as good as other locations. The store is small, and the bathrooms have mold in them. Most of the employees are nice but some of them aren't that friendly. I would recommend going here for good deals though.

It's nice but lots of things need to updated, the bathrooms are horrible and certain things are hard to find. I really enjoy the "cooking wares" type of section. The staff seem friendly and welcoming. Had issues with staff in the past here though. Recently things have gotten better.

Always great prices. Friendly staff. Not always able to find everything I need here but when I do find something I like, I make sure to stock up. The beer selection could be better. Always check dates on product as some things are very close to sell by date. All in all I like the store

Good luck getting any customer service because it's non-existent. Managers are unfriendly and argumentative. The prices are more expensive than other local grocery stores.
