I ordered two drinks and they completely F'ed up at the most basic level. I ordered the Mexican Mocha, which would seem to imply there'd actually be some Espresso in it, right?! No!!! They forgot to add the espresso shots!!! Seriously!!! How distracted/oblivious do you have to be to forget the Espresso shots at a coffee shop?!?!The second drink was the "S'mores" mocha, which tasted extremely watered down and tasted nothing like s'more... It did however have espresso in it, so yay for the small wins.**adding additional information requested by the owner***Date and time of visit: Friday July 8th 6:15 PM*I understand that you're a small business and you pay for your family needs and not pleasure yachts, which is why I called first, but nobody picked up, so that's when we left feedback another way. As you stated, this is unacceptable, but sadly not the first time based upon previous reviews stating "no espresso" and "watered down."*I do not live nearby, we were just passing thru, and as such there is no making it right for us. I do appreciate your response and wish you luck in quality staffing/training going forward.

The employees are always energetic and friendly. It seems like they also keep up a good pace so the wait in the drive-thru is never long, even when there are a few cars ahead of you. Their drinks are very good! If you like sweet drinks, I suggest you try the Churro Latte Smoothie or the Something Tasty.Kid-friendliness: Kid-sized smoothies available at a great price!

Good place to get your caffeine fix. Staff is friendly prices are comparable to other similar coffee places. During peek hours you may have a line to sit in just like other drive-thru coffee shops. The one thing that makes this place stand out above most of the other coffee shops is it 100% locally owned. Check them out to get that hometown feeling when your visiting or if your a local it's always good to put money into the locals that are trying to provide our area with quality services and products .

Like moat recent post states the coffee is weak and overly filled with cream and what not. I love sugary drinks but this just tasted like vanilla ice cream with syrup, not very good. :(

This place is a ray of sunshine in my life! The coffee is so good, it never fails to make me smile. I've pulled up to their window multiple times after a terrible evening feeling down and tired, but am always greeted by a familiar face asking if I'm getting my regular 💓 Grinder's is more than coffee to me, they are sweet and never make me feel like I'm a bother in their busy morning!Much much love to them 💓☕

Great coffee . Some kind of cold brew bomb i keep going back for ! well that was three years ago . somethings changed besides employees . the coffee product we revcieved two days in a row waa more like milk and water . didnt even change the color of the milk and it was sipposed to have four shors in a 16 oz . prices gone up too way to much . other coffee shops have not raised their prices as much as grindees did

What is with all of these amazing reviews?! We were the only people at the window and it took 10 minutes to get the 2 drinks we ordered and she completely messed up on both!!! I ordered the s'mores mocha and it tasted like watered down drip coffee and 1% milk. My husband's drink was, well, as a barista you should probably up your apron chica. When you make a Mexican Mocha you should never forget the espresso... We will never be back.

Consistently delicious coffee, tea and fruit drinks. I love that I can ask for a mere touch of a particular flavor to be added to my drink and I get exactly what requested. Wonderful people, wonderful product and very ittle wait lime. 10 stars!

We came here for the first time on our way to Portland, then on the way back to Idaho. Service was quick & friendly. The menu options were plentiful, but not too overwhelming. The first barista was super friendly, talkative, offered us extra coffee candies for being first-timers. I think a couple chocolate covered coffee beans already come with the order of a hot drink. She had lots of suggestions on popular coffee choices and really stood out in customer service. We got our kiddos kid sized fruit smoothie and a warm cocoa. The coffee was excellent. We got a blended and a hot pumpkin white chocolate; and on the way back, we got the same blended and a hot salted caramel mocha. Prices are typical 👍🏻 They really know what they're doing with coffee!! Worth the short drive into The Dalles and definitely worth skipping the big name competitors. We will always stop here for a coffee treat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the Kona Mocha smoothies. Staff has been friendly and quick with getting customers through the line. I love that they haven't given up the punch card as I get my kona mocha daily sometimes 2 times a day so it's nice to get rewarded once you hit 10. My favorite place to go and I live right up the road so it's a win win!!

Friendly service AND they give you chocolate covered coffee beans with your drink if you want it. They have the normal milk alternatives if that's something you're interested in (soy, almond, coconut). The coffee I had was very delicious. The wait time was a bit longer than I had hoped with just one care in front of me, so that's why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Came across while looking for another coffee house en route home. Decided to stop anyway. Oh! My! Gosh! The drink was amazing, seriously would be in trouble if I lived closer. I had a white chocolate mocha blended, so creamy, full of flavour and a 32 oz gone so quickly. I can't wait to pass through again and introduce my husband to a new must stop.

We are from Northern Idaho and managed our own coffee stand, so finding a cup of coffee made the exact way we want is not easy when we are traveling! Super sweet and friendly service and awesome coffee! Won’t hesitate to stop again next time we are in town!

The young ladies at this coffee stand and the people at the Ace Hardware are wonderful. I am one of the vendors who supplies garden plants here> (TnL Nursery). The owner is so fun. I can tell she loves her job every day...and she treated me with a coffee at the stand that they operate. I love that Dalles area...and the fine ladies who served me such good drinks this last summer on my travels from Seattle/Redmond area. Thank you!

My go to coffee place in town. The only problem is it really depends on who is working as far as drink quality goes. The girl with the dreads knows how to pull shots and makes excellent drinks and conversation. The others are good too, but she's my favorite.

They make a very decent cup of black coffee, and the staff are always friendly. I always stop here when driving between The Valley and East Oregon and would recommend you do the same whether you live in the area or are just passing through.

Friendly staff, yummy drinks. Much better than the diabetes in a cup you get from Dutch bros. Some people love super sweet drinks, but I don't, and I really appreciate that they tone down the sweetness for me.

Pretty decent little shop. A buddy from the area recommended it. Definitely better coffee than some of the other places in town. The choco bean was a nice gesture, not sure the locals are used to it or not. Reminded me of a spot I go to back home.

Loved this place, the coffee was the best. The have a variety of flavors and the ones I tried were the Mexican mocha and Kahlua Kickflip. Both of these were good. Had the Italian cream soda on a hot day and that was great too.
