Thank you for fitting me in and assisting me with an unexpected eye infection. Quick, painless, and I was listened to. Very nice bedside manner from the doctor and nurse. I want to note that the receptionists really took care of me above and beyond by listening to me in when I was in pain, checking all my insurance for me and clarifying when vision and medical would be billed for different services, and just being gems. I wish all medical offices were run this way.I can see why this place is recommended by my primary care provider.They weren’t taking new patients when I first moved here and I am so thankful they are now. Get in here while you can.

They messed up my first set of glasses, then charged me a fee for their mistake. Didn’t help fit the frames in the proper manor and had to reorder the frames. So because I can’t see without glasses and when I called and complained, whoever was in charge that day, she pretty much said tough luck. I will never go there again after the rude treatment.

-Good Service -Good Eye People -Didn't bankrupt meDog shook and something hit my eye at rocket speed late on Sunday. It was still stuck the next morning and was able to see the doctor shortly after opening. A delicate examination proved my eye was clear. I was skeptical, but lo and behold- the pain and blurriness vanished after a couple days of prescription ointment and sunglasses. Excellent service without "gouging" prices in moments of agony. Maybe the most terrifying superheroes I've ever met.

So i made an appointment to get contacts and had to cancel due to staffing issues at work. I called over 2 weeks in advance to cancel my appointment and they still charged me an inconvenience fee of $25. When i called to pay it i told them i would not be making another appointment and i would go elsewhere. Id rather drive to Hermiston to family affordable eye wear. The people are great and they understand that life happens. Not to mention they give me my glasses the same day. No waiting.

All the staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. Had a great experience at both of my appointments. Will definitely return when the time comes for my next eye exam.

I was left with no glasses by another place and needed new ones ASAP so I could go back to work. They got me in quickly, rushed the glasses (only a week till they came) and even put my old lenses in a loaner pair. I would have lost my job without all their help.Dr. Pulk is really funny. He listened well, and found something in common with me right away, which made me feel less nervous. I bet he would be great with kids.The woman who measured my eyes was super nice and helpful. The front office ladies were so patient and helpful. The woman who took me back to wait for the doctor was very sweet.They don't accept my insurance, so I may just have to pay next time, too, as I feel they are trustworthy here. Thank you for helping me keep my job and get my glasses sorted out. :)

Recent cataract surgery by Dr. Willer very pleasant experience. Easy to understand pre and post op instructions verbal and written which I referred to often. No discomfort during the procedure. Staff is professional and positive. The best part is I can see better than I ever have. I highly recommend.

Customer service and knowledge of the receptionist as to what vision plans they take was horrible and took 8 months of calling having my doctor send and resend referrals whice they claim never found. I have 3 coworkers who have the same vision plans I do and after naming my coworkers they made me an appointment. When I called back to verify again they said they don't have an APPT. and found no referral!! Because of being local I went after 8 months of waiting. It got worse! Rushed us through like cattle and barely had time to see the difference in lenses. I was found to have cataracts. I scheduled a surgery date took off all 3 of my jobs and less than 24 hours prior I received a call to say I needed $649 up front. They didn't even tell me what time to show up but spoke about money!! I scrounged up that had to drive 80 miles to get it and at 410 pm another call from the antithesiologist asking for another $70 up front. I wad upset and in tears. I applied for a medical credit card and told them I can do the surgery. They then said what to not eat or drink etc. I said wait you still haven't told me a time or address. So all they seem to be concerned with is cash. Telling me a week prior would have helped. I had to rush after working double to get the days off to get money after I planned everything. If I could see after waiting almost 11 months I would have tried elsewhere. I'm not happy and really upset Cascade Eye center treats patients this way. I suggest go elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

The doctor and assistance were lovely! But the receptionist are the rudest people I've ever met! I always get hung up on while trying to make a appointment, they worked very slow and I would get transferred and transferred to another person!

I won't tell you the details of how awful the service is. You wouldn't believe it. I still don't believe it. And even more it is not my first time to get unbelievable horrible service here. I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a bad day.Honestly you would not believe how bad the service is

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in a couple years and I knew I needed to get it done. I was seen by dr pulk. He was absolutely amazing! I loved how he made the appointment fun! I was in and out super quick. Thank you so much dr. Pulk!

They avoid HELPING ppl and myself under WORKERS COMP!! THEY are offensive and bioest against Mixed individuals like me. Why are U even under OREGONS human rights act ? Why do U have a business offering help ? Why dismiss the real = eye exam to figure out that those = eye pictures inside are worth showing MY INSURANCE COMPANY!! ?? Myself 2??
