The food is great, over priced and very small. But it's Bugerville, an Oregon staple.It's always dead when I come in, including this visit. This evenings shift... 3 dudes with shaggy long hair and no hair nets, politeness evidently went out the door with the brooms and dustpans... Floor is covered in food and napkins. I won't even mention the restroom 🤮.

Reckon this must be the eastern most post of the Burgerville Kingdom. I always have to stop to pay my respects to the Burgerville delegates. My remuneration in the form of burgers and delights has always been a solid showing. Wish the guy handing out orders at the window wouldn’t also be the guy handling trash with those same gloves….

I woke up from a nap and someone said burgerville and something about locally sourced and sustainable fast food. I was like yeah, right… that doesn’t exist. But anyhow my mouth was totally empty and I wanted to get it filled with tasty food treats asap. Burgerville looks like a regular ol’ place, but dang! It’s next level good. Burger was juicy and amazingly cooked (got the big bacon burger). Friend are kinda like mcdonks but made with love; made like someone has fry standards (and salted to perfection). I also got a strawberry shake which was the best shake I’ve ever had in my life. I liked try isolate the strawberries in my mouth because they have a nice squishy texture. I wonder if burgerville is a place you can live? Or a real place? For now I’ll have live in burgerville in my mind and memory. If they had these in Michigan, I would quit my job, buy an electric scooter, and only eat burgerville 4 times a day for the rest of my life. This place also made me realize that I should clean my own bathroom because their bathroom was so clean! It also makes me think about my personal relationships because the staff was so kind and nice to me. I feel like today is the start of the rest of my life that it’s only going up!

Delicious and fresh!!!! We've found a new favorite travel stop! My family loved their burgers and they generosity accommodated my food allergies (gluten and mustard), by having gluten free buns available.Dietary restrictions: They have an online nutrition and allergy menu, so you can see all your food options by selecting the specific allergies. You can then read the ingredient lists. So helpful! They have options for dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and plant based.

AMAZING FOOD! Vegetarian options! Super affordable! What more can one ask for!! This spot blew my mind. I wish we had one back home in the mitten because WOWZERS BOWSERS!!Incredible friendly staff. Super quick to take our order! Everyone was smiling too! Seems like a cool place to work at. The lobby was clean and was filling up with people as we ate. Must be a local hot spot for a good burger.If you are passing through, STOP HERE. Locals, man, you got it GOOD! I would be here everyday if I could! Thank you for being here. Burgerville rocks!

Meh! The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the place is clean and the burger wasn’t gross. That said, the burger wasn’t great. It was $9 and was smaller than a jumbo jack and didn’t come with fries or a drink. Also, pay your employees. Don’t ask me to tip when paying for my food. Carls Jr will give you a number and bring your bag to your table too but they don’t ask for a tip. If your burger is $9, then you can afford to pay your employees.

Wonderful food and workers! The food came out quick and hot, the best part was them offering gluten free buns. My mother and I have celiac disease and eating out usually just isn't an option but at this location when told the GF option was due to allergy they marked our order for the cooks to be aware. The burger bun came out in a package, warm and soft. The burger comes in a separate container like a build your own burger type of thing. Made me feel so confident in the lack of cross contamination. Wonderful food. Definitely will be a must stop anytime in the area.Dietary restrictions: Had Gluten free options!

I have eaten at Burgerville a lot in my life. Stopped in here today for shakes. Busy looking but able to order right away. My brother ordered food and shakes after me and two other orders.My brother got his food and shakes before us.When I mentioned it to the girl she had an attitude and said they work on one order at a time. Yes but I ordered way before him. She walked off. Waited another 5 mins so around 15-20 total before getting our three shakes.Workers should work on orders in order.

Ill let you know it four stars from me ain't that bad . The grub is just meager which ain't too surprising for fast food the price of which is nothing to scoff at, but it is also the cheapest location on the east side of town the service is quick and kind and the dinner atmosphere they are attempting to pull off is done well enough to gain no complaints if your on a budget keep it simpleKid-friendliness: They do have these nifty little drawings they let kids do which is always a plus

Always fresh and delicious. Seasonal favorites. We moved from the area so try and have it when we pass through. Stopped in The Dalles location. I had a Bacon Burger and my husband had the Bacon Burger Blue. Buns as warm and meat cooked perfectly. Just like I remember.

Good burgers and shakes! They have a very good ranch. They prepared the food quickly and kept the drive through moving fast as well. Price wise it's a little expensive for fast food but it was decent portions compared to McDonald's.

Was thrilled to find a locally sourced fast food, gluten free burger place. Bun crumbled into a mess, dry, couldn’t eat it, came with all the stuff we asked them to leave off, took it back, waited again. halibut patty was half the size of the bun, maybe 3 ounces and side of coleslaw to add to the halibut was 2.59 for a ketchup sized container. And the server wouldn’t give me extra tarter sauce. Just turned his back on us. Disappointed. AND if you pay by card the cashier asks for a tip on top of the over priced food. If we would have been served first, there would have not been a tip. Tips are rewards for good service and paying attention to what you are doing and being nice to your customers by giving them decent food. Booo.

We had never eaten here and were unsure if waiting in the drive thru line would be worth it...but it definitely was! I had one of the specials with mostly locally sourced ingredients, and it was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was definitely the best I've had from a "fast food" joint. I just wish there was one in my town!

We stopped here after two other places closed while we were waiting in their drive through lines. We ordered a burger and fish and chips, things seemed fine, guy brought us our food bagged up. We drove to our hotel, opened the bag to find that the chips were missing. 12$ for 3 dinky pieces of fish. Store was closed by then.. Nothing we could do. Guess we'll eat the lemon and dream of the 12$ we wasted.
