We always receive the best care from an attentive staff. This vet clinic got our Frenchie in on short notice for a sick visit and did a wonderful job later for his cryptorchid surgery. They also are very fair with their pricing.Our little doggo feels so relieved not having a rogue testicle floating around inside threatening malignancy.

The Dr and team were great! They were able to get my dog Betsy in right away. They were so patient and kind with her. My poor girl ended up having a bad allergic reaction to something. The staff were so quick to get her the medical care she required. They took care to explain everything. Betsy was feeling good and happy in no time at all. I would recommend Terrebonne Veterinary Clinic to everyone.

I am forever grateful to Dr. Rhen and the caring veterinarian technicians at Terrebonne Veterinary Clinic. My dog had an after hours emergency that required immediate treatment. Dr. Rhen called me within 5 minutes of calling the after hours number, explained the treatment options and was able to meet me within 20 minutes. My dog is not an easy dog to work with at the vets. Dr. Rhen didn’t even hesitate to provide care. The vet technicians worked with us to create the best treatment plan for my dog. They were so kind and patient with him, but also quick and efficient at providing treatment. Everyone there treated us like family. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got the bill, it was much lower than I had anticipated. On a side note, my house is now a raisin-free household. Pictures of Gussy living his best life!

We took our little Charlee (Biewer Yorkee) in due to vomiting blood. It was about 5 minutes before they closed. The staff was very accommodating and the Dr. was very friendly and was able to identify the problem- most likely stress from being at friends that had two big Rottweilers- and gave him a shot and some medicine for the road. He was better within hours. Great work! We made it over to DMB in the Gorge that weekend!

I’m not going to give this place even one star. I tried to be kind and compassionate when I took my dog there a while back but yes I was not satisfied with the complete analysis that was done and so when I went to another vet and asked them six times to forward my information. Oh she was so sweet on the phone and said yes yes six times and never did it. when I got to the New Redmond veterinary clinic vet from my next appointment. , They two had still not received any information from my dog from them, even when I requested it again, that very day. But the most disturbing thing is that my niece took their dog there to the Terrebonne vet clinic, which had been dying for three days and was very sick, bleeding from every orifice of its body with very white gums, they think he may have drank out of the toilet, and there was a bleach tablet in there, nonetheless he told them to bring them back on Friday when he got his paycheck and they would put the dog down then. How disturbing is it and where is the compassion. The dog needed desperately to put be put down that day. Anyhow, they got the money and went back the same day and they put the dog down there , but I would not recommend this clinic to anybody ever again .

If I could give this place a zero star review, believe me, I would. The worst bed side manner I have ever encountered. We brought our very, very sick kitty in and the vet didn't even examine her for two seconds and zero empathy before he said "I'm full of bad news, it's time to say goodbye". I had to beg him to run test and treatment. After $700 we were left with zero options other than to say "goodbye or take a couple days with her at home then make an appointment to say goodbye." In my gut I knew something wasn't right so I decided to go to a different vet for a second opinion. That vet said that it would have been a simple procedure to save her life and it was pure neglect on this vets part. My kitty was only 7 years old and had another healthy 5-8 years left on her, but due to Dr. Myrins neglect, I ended up having to say goodbye. I am at my core optimistic and believe someone in this role would do all they could to give an animal a fighting chance. This guy has been in the industry way too long and doesn't believe in giving older animals a second chance. But after going and getting a second opinion, his total lack of empathy and neglect costs my family member her life. For the love of your furry family member, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! This simple mistake on the vets part cost my kitty her life.

Be careful, the clinic mis diagnosed my pets helath probelm. Even AFTER I told them what to look for. After telling my wife and I she ( our hound) had a auto immune disorder. After two days in overnight stay (to the cost of 2 grand) the clinic still did not perform an Xray or Ultrasound. If they had , they could tell us she had cancer. In turn, we seeked a second opinion from a local vet, within 10 minutes she was diagnosed with cancer. Simply cause the second vet, did an ultrasound. I told them she has lower insetertal issues in the past. All Terrebonne Vet clinci had to do was do an ultrasound or xray. Instead the clinic strung my hound, my wife and I along. To the point either sufferd or were stress out. I don't care bout money. I care that my pup suffered, my wife and I were stressed and yet the clinic will not admit. Period!

My girl Faya was suddenly not feeling well and I was panicked. My vet was closed since it was a Saturday so I called another nearby. They were open, got me in quickly, and got Faya treated.When I went to check out, I realized I had left my wallet at home so I couldn't pay my bill. To make matters worse, I had planned on getting gas while in town and now couldn't do that.The amazing people here took care of my baby, told me I could pay my bill on Monday, AND gave me $20 for gas.I am forever thankful. 10/10 would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I would still have a dog if these people knew how to do their jobs. Just want to take your money and provide NO care. Shameful.

I had my dog bitten by a rattlesnake above skull hollow and gave them a call as I was racing towards them. They met me at the door and were extremely calm and professional.I honestly couldn't have asked for better communication or care for my dog.These people are as good as it gets.

The staff is all wonderful and they have always done an amazing job of getting us in and out quickly, which is something to say considering we have 3 doggos!

We had to take our dog in this last weekend after she lost a fight with some barbed wire. They took good care of her, got her all stitched up. The staff was friendly enough. But the price was absolutely absurd. Their “basic laceration package” cost more than it cost to get her spayed. We wouldn’t take our girl back there, and just want people to beware before going!

It’s OK. Probably best for basic vet care…I’d go elsewhere if you need a specialist. They don’t confirm appointments or call you when your pet is ready to be picked up after surgery…you’re expected to call them which is odd. Every other vet I’ve been to call you with an update when your pets out of surgery. They’re not bad just OK.

I am so glad that we chose this particular vet. Not only is it close to the house but they were kind, caring and very informative. We took the kitties we had just adopted in for their free check up. I ended up getting the second round of shots for one of the kitties and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. This veterinary clinic will now be my primary vet! Dr. Steve is amazing. We called after hours tonight because our dog Bella needed to be seen asap. He met us at his clinic and took such great care of her. While we were there he took another emergency patient, a young kitten. Makes me cry posting this because we got to observe just how much he truly cares for animals. He was so attentive, caring and very wise too. That man is a gift. God bless his huge heart and many years of sacrifice and devotion as a veterinarian. He never once made us feel like a bother for an after-hours crisis, instead he reassured us and calmed us. We highly recommend Terrebonne Veterinary Clinic. You and your pets will be treated like family.

I have used Terrebonne Vet Clinic for years and have always received exceptional service. I recently had to put down my old Bernese Mtn Dog which was extremely hard for me. My husband drives truck so I was by myself. These people were so compassionate I will never forget. I highly recommend them. I also have an English Bulldog and Dr Steve is amazing with Bulldogs!

It has been a pleasure doing business with this clinic. The receptionist, the vet techs and the doctors are all friendly and competent. The entire staff seem to like their work and truly love animals. Prices are probably comparable to other vets in the area. Best thing of all, my two dogs do not cry and shiver when I pull up in the lot.

We've been taking multiple dogs here for the last decade and we've always gotten great help. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they treat our pets just like they would treat their own. We've always got an excellent care and even had great emergency care when my dog got a piece of cheatgrass in his ear.

*First of all no one is complying with mask ordinance* I took my dog in with a spinal injury. The tables are slippery, so my dog could not get traction, I asked the vet tech to bring something to help and she brought a blanket that was just as slippery. So I put him on the floor as he was already having a hard time standing up due to his injury. The vet, dr. Steve Myrin walked in and asked for him to be on the table, I told him that it was too slippery for him and he shot back that it was too hard for him, the doctor, to be on the ground. He proceeded to push his shoulder into me trying to pick my dog up out of my arms in a way that was not conducive to the herniated discs in my dog’s spine. After having to say multiple times that I would pick him up, I put him on the table where the doctor says “eye roll, huh?” Referring to me looking at my mother. The two staff members I experienced were rude to me and showed no regard for my pet’s safety, well being or health. I would never put my pet in their care or lack there of again.
