Found a few knick knacks. Some items were a bit high but not overpriced. It's still discounted enough where I didn't mind paying a little bit more to support a local store and help pets. Most items are reasonably priced. I love coming here and always find something new. Clean store and staff are always friendly..

Reason for two stars is because the people are nice otherwise it would be ONE. Now let’s talk about prices. If I wanted to pay eBay prices I would shop from home and have it delivered to my front door. In fact. A lot of your prices are HIGHER than online. For instance. The video doorbells that you have in your display case for 105.00. You can get those BRAND NEW, on eBay for 50.00. Stores like this take the fun out of thrifting. They look up pretty much everything online and price it accordingly. And again, a lot of times higher than on eBay. Out of the 50 times I’ve been here. 98% of the time I walked out empty handed. This and St. Vinnies are the most overpriced stores in town.Edit. Went back today and have take away a star. This place is so out of touch with what stuff is worth on a local level it’s ridiculous.

A great place to find a variety of animal products at a great price. They also offer daily specials which can save you a nice percentage off the regular price. The greatest thing about that is they tell you at the beginning of the month on a calendar what is on sale every day of the month.Staff and volunteers are very nice and things are laid out in the store in easy way to find things. Plus all of the proceeds go to help safe Haven Humane Society's pets!

One of the best hidden secret thrift stores. Seniors get 20% off bill on Tuesdays! Excellent shoe selection. Too many goodies to listStaff is volunteer and so friendly and welcoming.I always come away with a bundle!

Great place, well managed, clean, organized. Great, friendly and helpful people, many volunteers who are happy to help customers and the animals that all store profits go to care for. Try it...you'll be impressed. Oh yeah, there's also a sale everyday and fun treasures to find galore...antiques, household items, animal care needs, clothing for all ages, toys, furniture, tools, exercise equipment, gardening items. You name it, it's likely to come through the store and get snapped up fast by those who know where the best prices around our area are...Safe Haven Gift and Thrift Store.

Prices are insanely high. Workers are greedy and asking for 10% off retail prices with the excuse that it’ll eventually be half off. You’re a THRIFT STORE. Stop using the excuse of “it’s for the animals” to continue being greedy. You get these items for…FREE.

Friendly volunteers, easy to drop off donations at the back. The shop itself has used and new household goods and clothes. It is comprised of several rooms. They have a large selection of books, movies, and music, including records (bought two for only a dollar each). They also sell new items for pets like collars and leashes. The proceeds benefit the animal shelter.

This is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been too! Every time I've been there I have a few things I'm looking for, and I always find nearly everything on my list. A lot of times the things I'm looking for are obscure and yet, lo and behold, they have them! The staff is super nice and it's really fun to see what hidden treasures you can find. And best of all it all goes to a great cause.

Update: Stopped by a few weeks ago after not going in 7 months...still a nice place, some prices still VERY high. Still using old pricing model meaning I actually ran across items that were there 7 months ago on my first visit. They had a flash sale that was fun. But, I don't think I will drop by more than once a year at most. Just not enough turn-over and prices a bit higher than other resale shops. >>Lots of stuff, very friendly volunteers, well decorated and fairly well organized......BUT there are some jaw dropping prices on many items like a wool blanket that's used but still good for $35 (!!!), an old 1970's leather hat for $65 (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), women's shoes for $25 & $35, etc. I deducted a star for putting pie-in-the-sky prices on too many items. It's super off-putting to see prices like that in a thrift shop for donated and average items. Not to say there aren't some good, and even great, prices though. I bought 3 things while visiting! The other gripe I have is for the lack of a merchandise turnover system. Everything is priced with a small orange sticker. It would be very hard for the staff/volunteers to know how long ANY of the 1,000's of items have been languishing on a shelf on in a pile of dishes or hanging on a rack. So lots of stuff (especially the junk, garbage, undesirables) can potentially be there from day one and stay there for 5 years, 10 years.... A color tag system or something like that is necessary in the resale business or else your core customers won't be excited to stop by frequently. They know it's the same stuff they saw last week, last month, last year with some new stuff scattered and sprinkled in. I"ll definitely be back. But not often. It's a good thrift shop and worth visiting occasionally. Glad I stopped in.

Really friendly and helpful staff. If your lucky like I was you'll find some great trinkets at an unbeatable price. I love it that it supports the rescued animals as well.

Awesome idea, and it helps the animal shelter. However the staff wasn't very clear or knowledgeable on their own pricing. They had all games for $2 and we took up a game with no tag on it and the lady wanted $5 we mentioned it's a game and basically she called us a liar and said we were wrong. When we decided not to get it then she ended up giving us it for the $2 price. The only reason it mattered so much was her attitude towards us, the whole time we were in there it was like we were suspects of stealing.

It's okay. Prices are generally high, but the sales sometimes make up for it. They often seem bothered if you want to donate some stuff. That being said, if it's convenient to donate elsewhere, I will.

This is the absolute best resale shop I've ever been to. The women that work here are friendly and helpful, it's always a pleasure to shop here. The prices on their items are more than fare and I will continue to shop here... I highly recommend Safe Haven resale shop in Tangent, Oregon.

This is a great thrift store I didn't know this existed until I saw it next time I donate I won't be going to Goodwill I'll be taking my stuff there every time benefits the shelter and the animals they have new stuff old stuff donated stuff handmade stuff they had a bunch of kitty collars that were Handmade by volunteers had a great time shopping there I got a whole bunch of Christmas stuff for a friend a tree decorations and everything I'm leaving a nutcracker that was three feet tall and I spent less than $25 so go check them out and help the kitties and puppies and animals!!! <3

My shopping experience was outstanding this store has very nice clean knickknacks that are all very reasonably priced plus the clothing is top brands clean hung on racks neatly and all are reasonably priced I was over the moon happy with my purchase plus all proceeds fund the furry babies so I'm doubly happy thanks SafeHaven Thrift Store for such a pleasant shopping experience and for supporting fur babies.❤️🌻💐❣️💕💗🌻💯💐💐

This place is fun to visit but the prices have gotten a bit exorbitant on a lot of things. I find it a problem when its close to retail prices for used items. They need better sales or something.

Lots of different stuff . Go there once in a while stuff doesn't seem to turn around that much. Got a vacuum for a good deal . But the others were kinda high with no occuring discounts.
