Wonderful vet. Love that they have a separate entrance for dogs vs cats. Helped a little with a scarred kitten. Great staff.Only complaint is that the website and the sign at the street are different so I got really confused finding the place.

Only vet in this area that feels like a rural vet clinic. Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding if we choose not to spend thousands until we try cheaper things. Will not go anywhere else

Me and my fur baby our grateful to have this vet, thanks to the receptionist my little bear dog can get the surgery he needs in a timely manner. Nowhere else would see us because they were booked out! Thank you so much for taking care of this sweet 5 month old baby!

We switched from Bailey's Vet to Sutherlin Vet for various reasons. But, we are thankful that we have. Dr. Mary & Dr. Robin. It seems like just the change of ambiance settled our girl a great deal. She doesn't have to get driven nuts by the noisy atmosphere and grumpy folks behind the counter and waiting room. Check Sutherlin out sooner rather than later. 👍

We are on the road and need appointment only to empty anal glands for our dog. Unfortunutly they don't take new costumers. We won't be new customer, we are only passing through and need a veterinarian to carry out the procedure and thus avoid abscesses and major problems. What a desappointment !

Sutherlin Vet is by far the best in the business in our area. We wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else. Dr. Mary and her staff are a wonderful group of people. They are caring and make you feel like you are part of a family that cares... My Husband had been taking his family fur babies since he was 15 yrs old to Dr. Mary, Now at 37 yrs old we continue to seek their expertise with our own fur babies. We are new to Sutherlin Vet and are extremely grateful we came. Mary recognized a possible reason my dog has had seizures in the past which may be related to the medications she was on in combination with antibiotics. Mary also provided a new long term med for my senior cat that has thyroid issues and upper respiratory issues. My cat has gained weight and her quality of life has dramatically improved. I believe this Vet Hospital genuinely cares which is also apparent by the techs and staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is the front line in trust by clients. I love that they dote on my pets when we come because I KNOW my furr-kids are the best ;) lol.

I have been taking my pets here since 2001. Dr. Mary is compassionate and so so gentle which has been of the upmost importance to me. She also excels in providing a correct diagnosis and treatment. She and her staff have "been there" for me and my pets when we've had emergencies (even after hours) and have grieved with me when it's time to say goodbye. Definitely a 5 star vet and staff!

The veterinary hospital is very accommodating dealing with emergencies and will come to your home if necessary to treat pets. I can't say enough good things about Dr Mary and would give her 6 stars. We are full time RVers so I always look for vets with good ratings on our travels, in case our elderly cat, who has kidney issues, needs care. Last May while we were in Sutherlin for a month, we brought Millie to Dr Mary for her annual, and received excellent, compassionate care, with plenty of time spent reviewing Millie's health, even though Dr Mary might never see us again. 14 months later, with Millie now 19 and with a few more medical issues, Dr Mary again provided truly wonderful care, picking up on some "stuff" that was missed by her long time "home vet"! Her recommendations have made a world of difference to our old girl already.Dr Mary is careful with how you spend your money, and you can't fake the passion she has for her profession and her patients. Her staff have also been great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her :)Thank you for helping Millie feel so much better!!
