Their good my dog is hard to groom he has to be sedated beforehandBut I expect them to finish his toenails . Or not hurt his eyes when grooming he had black goodies on one side of his face. But far enough down to not get to close to eyes I had bto pay veterinary. They should know if a dogs hard to groom has the goop by his eyes they are the groomers and they should take care of it they charge enough they set appnts to far out im not givin him sedatives at home too. Their supposed to have the equipment to take care of all hes real fussy about his face My dogs eyes got red all around. So they definetely over did. One of the sisters is nice but the one i get is a snot. She definetely should think things out ive had other groomers who at least care for the pet i would never go back my dog hates being groomed no other groomer has done this to him. So of course ill go elsewhere

My kitty needed her nails trimmed and the hair that grows between the pads on her paws shaved. I have not been able to find anyone that could handle her. Heather was great! 10 minutes in and out, and she didn't hurt my girl!

We live in Eugene, Oregon and drive an hour South to get our dog groomed. They are that good!!! Very reasonable, too. We have been taking our cocker spaniel there for four years, wouldn't go anywhere else!
