Stephanie always goes out of her way to do whatever is needed for our fur babies. I am very natural and organic oriented having to do with Jax and she accommodates my wishes and helps me find alternatives to problems with fleas etc. I am very protective and I would trust no one else with Jax.

Just not impressed with the service or quality of cuts we have gotten from here. Had to take one of my furry children to another groomer to get her cut fixed. This was a summer cut for a cocker spaniel.

I’ve taken our Husky to other groomers in Douglas County and Stephanie is by far the best. We’ve seen her one time and we’re definitely going back. Our girl has very high anxiety and she loved Stephanie! Stephanie was very gentle and caring the moment she met our pup. Our girl looks absolutely beautiful!!

Moved here from San Diego and was in need for a caring and professional groomer. Searched EVERYWHERE and came upon Stephanie’s. A lot of the groomers had a 3+ Week waiting list or just said no. Stephanie’s took me by surprise and squeezed my dog in the same day. 40 min drive was well worth it!! I’m happy to find my family’s new groomer (We have 5dogs).We will stay loyal to our new A+ groomer!!!Oh and she is an artist with scissors and clippers! I gave her my pup that desperately needed some help and with all her long layers of hair, she come back to me super happy and beautiful!!

My Husky, Cleopatra is picky with the people and other dogs she associates with. So I have always groomed her myself. She has never been left with a stranger or groomer.So unfortunately after moving to a new home not set up to bath Cleopatra. (So yes , Cleo was in desperate need of a good bath and brush.). I had to look into finding her a reliable and caring groomer. That was also passant to a special girl like Cleo, that had never been to a groomer. So after researching and talking around I called Stephanie’s . She is not far for my home and had pretty good reviews. But I was still worried about my fur princess being unhappy and not willing to be left without her mom.Well as soon as I pulled up, Stephanie was waiting for us in the doggy drop off area. Cleopatra was happy to see her as if she had been there many times and was good friends with Stephanie. She was also very willing to go inside. This really amazed me. I believe animals are the best judge of people.When I picked up Cleopatra she was so beautiful, soft and smelled awesome. But most importantly she was probably 20lb lighter without all the extra hair she was shedding out. She was happy to see me but also wasn’t In a rush to get out of there. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely return my precious Cleo to be groomed here again. 🙂

My kitty needed nails clipped, one extra thick nail that grew in funky; he's a scaredy cat and she was so great, she came right to my car and was so sweet to him even though he can be difficult when his feet are being touched. Was quick and painless and a great price!

I cant say enough good things about what a great job Stephanie did with my lil Jack. After a bad experience almost a year ago with another groomer and a traumatic experience for my dog I was leery. Stephanie held him and reassured him before I even left, And when I return to pick him up he was so happy his head was held high tail wagging and he looks amazing. She even gave him a bath and trim his nails something the other groomer did not do. I very highly recommend Stephanie's pet grooming.

I told her I wanted the whole 9 yards, I got 2. I couldn't even tell if the nails were cut, her ears were still dirty and she was wet when I picked her up
