I live in a different town and I had a friend that needed diapers so I was trying to help her out but there was no time slots available for that day left. I called to see if they could fill a quick order and they told me no. It was literally a bag of diapers that would have taken two seconds to pull off the shelf to help her out and they couldn’t take their time to do that to help a person out. Worst customer service ever.

I needed a quick bra bc mine got stuff spilt on it so I ran there and they are in the wrong sizes as if I’m normally a medium I didn’t have time to really look at them bc I have an even and it was the size of as it was a extra small

Decent prices. Lots to choose from but sometimes the amount of stuff in the small place can be overwhelming. Lines are sometimes long but the staff are great.

The place has decently priced items, but the aisles are always cluttered, and the shelves disorganized. Recently it's been closed without warning for several days. They recently remodeled so we'll see if the cluttered aisles get better, it's a fire hazard to have blocked aisles.

Some things are better priced but a lot isn't. Half the staff is so friendly it's amazing and the other half is aloof. They do have a nice selection of nail polish and snacks. Store is always clean.

Like that the prices are way better than Shop Smart. Only complaint would be that they are out of items on sale quite often and their clearance Isle needs to be cleaned up way too cluttered and not everything is priced. Glad to have them in town though.

Pleasant and friendly staff and service. Shelfs were full but a little messy. All in all nice store. Clothing section needs attention. Needs straight run double stack aparrel racks, eliminate a shelf counter and make it more appealing. Just an idea. Have a great day. By the way,GREAT STORES!

D.General had name brands at excellent prices, along with not so name brands for even cheaper prices. At the check stand an older lady was having trouble with her card and the other employee opened the other register to ring out my items. Very helpful employees, all around the store.

They have better hours than most of the other stores and good prices and they had what I needed. The people working there were nice and helpful. It's a dollar store... Decent prices, good selection, good hours, nice staff...what else can you really ask for?

They seem to be popping up everywhere, but most things are reasonably priced a very good variety of randomness. And they’re open till 10 o’clock definitely not summer to go grocery shopping, But if you need a gallon of milk some snacks random cleaning supplies and a pair of pajamas in a pinch They’ve got you covered

1st experience was good but 2nd was not. The guy behind the counter was NOT wearing his mask/face cover correctly AND he was wiping his nose with his hand as he was checking out customers. He touched everything during the checkout process after wiping his nose. If there's a coronavirus outbreak in the area, look at Dollar General employees working 8/7/2020 @8pm

I love the cashiers. Always nice. Sometimes long lines but it depends on time of day. Cheapest diapers/ wipes/soaps etc. In the sutherlin area. My go to store

The rude manager there yelled at my daughter and made her cry because she couldn't find the bathroom. Took the key away and made her feel like she stole something. Never once told her where the bathroom was. Then refused to give her name. I'll be reporting this to corporate. Completely unnecessary behavior by a so called adult.

I shop at the sutherlin store and the manager is very helpful and always takes time to help figure out how he can help, whether it's trying to make a contraption to bottle feed several puppies at the same time or what I need to strap things down on my roof. Thank you.

Well you know dollar general kinda reminds me of the old five and dime stores with a few convenience groceries thrown in for good measure. So they have a good chance of having what you want along with a whole bunch of stuff you don't all at a slight discount over say a Walmart.

They are friendly and always ready to answer any questions or assist when needed. Prices, especially for Sutherlin, Or, are relatively low and reasonable for food, clothing, cleaning supplies, and general needs.

I want to like this place. We have limited options in Sutherlin so I keep giving them a try but I just doesn't make the cut. Everytime I go in the place is a mess, the lines are long, deals are not that great and most times the register does not work so it takes forever to check out.
