I've been Trying to make a copy of my car key for going on 3 years with no success today. I went into the stayton Ace Hardware. Just too check and see if they had the key I needed and they were successfully able to make me 2 copies of my car Key, that works on my doors and my ignition! The employee worked hard and spent a good amount of time and made sure they worked even walked out to my car To check with me before I left, go ace nicely done guys, so grateful! Thankyou Guys!

Stayton ace Hardware is great. They had the small tap wrench that I needed for my latest project. It was exactly what I wanted. You can't do better than that.

Went to Ace Hardware again for a plumbing issue, and they tried everything they could possibly think of to try to help me. I'm still very impressed! When you have a crew that cares enough to help someone with a Oddball project, then they're doing pretty good. Thanks guys.

Every time I go to Ace I'm treated with respect and the sales people ALWAYS go above and beyond to help me out! I do a lot of projects that most of the time I need something you can't just find anywhere, but Ace usually has what I need to make it work!

Ace has the best selection of nuts and bolts and such! Whether your missing a part from a dresser you ordered or in need of a bolt for your truck or car.....They've got it!

This store is a hit or miss store. They have it or don't. Oh I've found that if you search one way or the other, what your looking for might be two or three bays over because it was mid stalked, I'm talking four or five packages miss stalked two or three bays over. Everybody's generally friendly and very helpful when you have questions. The pricing is a bit high but then again so is gas and mortgage interest rates. At 3.4% GDP. You would think things would be cheaper. Go team Biden

Walked in at 4:50 needing a bolt + nut. Didn't know what the heck I was doing or where to start looking. The associate that helped me was AMAZING! She stayed after their closing time (5PM) and was so kind to me. Top notch customer service!

Very rude female clerk. Made personal embarrassing comment to customer, while male staff laughed in background, in front of a line of other customers. Hope Home Depot or Lowes comes to Stayton soon. Would not be surprised to see negative review on Twitter & Yelp. Suggest getting in & out quickly.

Friendly staff, very happy to help. Jesse helped with background check and firearm transfer info for a shotgun we got on Palmetto State Armory. Great guy, kept my spirits up even though the background check process is still thousands deep and I couldn't take my baby home with me.

Pretty convenient hardware store in town. Friendly staff and good prices, also have good deals every so often. Logan in the equipment rental section is great, he goes above and beyond normal customer service. Will return.

Note this is for their firearms selection, I have not much idea about the rest of the store" When I went in there, they had no people who knew about firearms to answer some basic questions I had. That's also having to wait for minutes to find someone to help. The "gun manager" seemed rude when they couldn't answer some questions I had on the gun I was thinking of. Ended up buying elsewhere where the guy behind the counter was able to help and answer my questions instantly. The other gun shop is so much better and more knowledgeable than this shop. Plus they actually have a good selection of ammo. Very disappointing as other hardware stores had better service and selection.

Been waiting for 25+ minutes for help at the paint counter. Still haven't been help. Not many customers in here. I've been told a couple times it will just be a few minutes. Yet here I wait. Only reason I come here is for the Magnolia paint line. South Salem location is a lot more helpful.

Always find what I need here. Their nuts and bolts section is the best. Make sure you have a little time for looking around up front art all of the clearance items and all of the interesting novelty items. Great for unique, last-minute gifts.

Decent for a small town store. Everything is very expensive though so I would say only go if you need something fast and don’t have time to run to Home Depot. Also a couple of the older staff can be a little condescending. Younger staff is nice enough though

Tried to get an automotive key programed they told me to come back tomorrow, no problem. When I came back they wouldn't do it because I didn't buy the key at ace. They could do it they just didn't want to. I took it to a different ace and had no problem. Thanks for wasting my time, Won't be going back to that one.

Awesome new sign!I thought I died and went to Hardware Heaven! This is how hardware stores were meant to be (and at one time, they were). Helpful knowledgeable staff, huge, HUGE assortment of products and all the small town charm you could wish for. I can't wait to go again when my health permits!

As they say, "Ace is the place", and this store in Stayton is great! Found everything I needed in 1 trip - what more can you ask for in a hardware store?!
