We had stopped by purely due to the price of fuel in Washington. At the time of the visit, the price of fuel was $3.69/gal at the Pilot Truck Center. In the Tri-Cities, the price of fuel was $4.30/gal. Yes, it was definitely worth it. While at the truck center, we noticed that the building and restrooms were very well kept. They also had a good assortment of items for spur of the moment purchases and goodies. We did stop by the McDonald's that was located inside the truck center, and it was equally clean and for a McDonald's. The food was actually better than we expected. Overall, we enjoyed the purchases and the fuel savings, and when we return to the area, we will definitely stop by this location again.

Very nice store, very clean, well stocked, good restaurants, good food. But manager Britney is the best part. So professional, kind, helpful. And her staff. Well done. Thank you. James ps. And then general manager Becky in the morning. She could not have been more kind or polite or helpful. By the end of tomorrow it will be 56,000 miles for the country. Without the help of kind good establishments like pilot and loves and others no way. Thank you for the help friends.

This place was a let down. Not good grab and go hot food options. A communist run McDonald's, clueless and careless subway employees. Nobody running this place ever thinks - what would THEY want if THEY were driving truck all day. Why not have some of the things that most Pilots have? Why be cheap and lazy?

Nice little truck stop. Fuel is always busy. I only come to shower and fuel. It's an older pilot so everything is old/used. But I'm thankful I even get to shower.

I really like this Pilot. It’s in a nice location. Plenty of parking spaces. But it really does start to fill up around 5:30. So get here early. But, if you know the area, there’s plenty of places you can find to park around here. The store is nice and big, also pretty clean. Has about 9 showers with good water pressure, and almost no wait. All in all, a good place to stop. I always try to come here if it makes sense.

Y'all better start checking your restaurants they're losing you customers I already left a honest review for them but they have so many 1 star reviews it's funny, we don't want to use the kiosk and for them to refuse to take an order wth. I'll just hit the loves from now on I think

It has everything. A gift shop, subway, McDonalds, Cinnabon and so much more. It makes it nice with Stanfield being so small that there's somewhere that gives a little bit of selection so close by.

It has clean and nice showers. An open and big parking lot for trucks and inside you can find a Mc Donalds, Subway and there own food also.

Will give it a 5 star as always but had a horrible experience with the front counter lady today.Being a contractor I have the the option of Loves or TA. So long Pilot farewell like the saying goes "Takes years to establish a good business relationship but a few moments to loose it".

Awesome and found out they have big clearance sales at end of the seasons . Today I walked in and they had all their cool Tshirts on sale for 3.50 a piece and plain Ts for 5 for 12 . Of course they didn't have any of my sizes left since I'm a bigger guy and most truckers are bigger guys lol . But of course had to get cinabon ... yum 😋

The staff are excellent. Now only if we can train drivers to not leave there truck and go inside to shower eat lunch. They need to pull forward. There lucky they lock their doors or I would move it forward for them then lock the keys in the truck. But beside that good store.

As for in the middle of nowhere and just outside populus cities...its a 3! If you want full 5G reception...skip this place. But it does have all the usual Pilot amenities (including half the lot "reserved")! Yet this locale has both a scrub-way and a golden arches (in the same building) ! When one has limited options...this is better than a gravel pull off in Eastern Oregon!

While the location was nice, employees were wonderful and convienance of connected Subway and McDonalds is hard to beat . I am very disappointed in the bathrooms. While hygienic and updated there is an obvious sign that says and I quote "Employees wash hands before leaving the room." A weird rule, but I wasn't gonna fight it. So I waited, and in five minutes no employee stopped by to wash my hands for me. Terrible service, even if they were understaffed. As a result of this distaste I will be unlikely to return.

Lots of parking but maneuvering sucks! Also, register people are too lazy to do something such as lookup your previous fuel receipt (which I know they're capable of).

I drove to this station as usual to refuel the truck. I put in the filling cards in the machine and writes the permit number, at 3.30 at night I went to the cashier first said the truck number went looked then give me my license driver. As a result, I went to the truck and drove to the next station. I've never seen a terrible refueling.

Great place to stop by nice clean bathrooms coffee always hot fresh cinnamon roll which make store smell yummy Showers are nice and hot clean fresh towels. Will give you extra towels when you ask for them. We always stop here when we're in town for a showers. Graveyard staff is awesome. Thanks guys

Whoever designed this place has never driven a gas powered motorhome. Thought I was going to have to unhook my Jeep after I pulled into the place. Was barely able to squeeze through and get out of there, though. Didn’t even attempt pulling up to a gas pump. What a mess! Got back on the freeway and headed to the next fuel stop.

Disappointing station to fill up with diesel at. 4 different posted prices for who you are. $3.15, $3.21, $3.45, and $3.51. I guess full service laws add to the confusion. Glad I still have a 1/4 tank. I'll go fill up my 48 gallon tank somewhere else.*So after doing a little research the lower prices are PUC prices, which stands for public utilities commission. Basically anyone who has permission to pay their own road taxes directly. I do alot of traveling and this is the first time I have seen this. It's also not off highway fuel either. In my opinion there are too many loopholes in the northwest for sales tax, income tax, and in this case road tax.The station should just have a sign that says PUC fuel or puc prices and not directly post the price to avoid the confusion.

We run as a team and deliver to Hermiston monthly. Usually find a parking space to catch a couple of hours sleep,fuel, and a shower before delivery. Was disappointed to find no spots open, but got really angry when we found not one, but two spots occupied by a homeless camper and their car. Then, the two people in the window of the camper began laughing and waving bye-bye at us. When homeless, non-working degenerates have more rights over working people, Pilot lost my business here. NO SALE.

Pretty much my go-to stop for snacks, gas, and bathrooms. Has a Subway and McDonalds as well, and the shop has anything one a traveler might need. Also has the fancy grind-to-order coffee machines, which are great.

Do not stop here for diesel fuel if you are pulling any type of larger trailer. Only have one bank of diesle pumps and they are in the middle of the island. So no freaking way to pull in or pull out!

DRIVERS PICK A LANE AND SIT THERE DONT SIT A WHOLE TRUCK LENGTH AWAY FROM THE TRUCKS TO SEE WHAT ONE IS FASTER. ITS A SMALL AREA TO CRAM 1,000 TRUCKS A DAY IN OUR FUELING AREA. IT BACKS TRUCKS UP ON TO THE ROAD AND CREATES ISSUES. ALSO STOP TAKING YOUR 30 IN THE FUEL ISLAND THIS ALSO BACKS UP OTHER TRUCKS THAT WANTS TO FUEL AND GO ALSO ITS UNPROFESSIONAL.
