First thing the store is very clean. I came to wilco looking for plants for my garden, Emily in the garden department was super sweet and helpful. She showed me where the plants I was seeking were. She explained the sales to me and how to register to become a member to get more saving. She was very helpful even showed me the pet food on the other side of the store. I will shop here again. What a great store, I mean, shoes, horse medicine and pool sand and baby chicks all in the same place? What a delight. I went here after having no luck at Jerry's next door, and they had it in stock and even loaded it into my truck for me in their convenient drive-through loading area. Staff are silly and super friendly, one of the lovely cashiers, and I were giggling like school girls about something. Great store for pet supplies, study work clothes, shoes, farm supplies, and bbq supplies. Did I mention the supplies? I've been a few times recently as they've been the only store that had what I needed, or the only store that carried it. Definitely recommend, especially this location.

Great store!!, has everything you could want for running a farm. Staff is very helpful. Wish we had this store in the Rogue Valley.. I'd shop this store over what we have here any day of the week.

The Springfield store is so clean, well stocked, and the staff is so friendly!How did I know this place wasn't here all of these years? It's probably because I live in Eugene.I needed something I couldn't find in town and looked it up online and I found that it was in town.At Wilco.They hadn't unloaded them off the pallet, but a staff member went back and pulled my mini bird bath for me.We have one opening on West 11th in Eugene in the spring of 2024, and I can't wait to see if it's as good as the Springfield store. :)

A bit pricey on certain stuff. Clean and easy enough to find what I wanted. I'm not impressed by the employees I got a snob hog prejudice profiled judgment. Concidering I can get anything they have in store somewhere else and cheaper the reason for the 4 stars is mostly convenience

I love this store. They have a wide variety of items. The staff are always there is you have a question or need to find something. I love there baby chicks. I have two of them and they are healthy and strong now.

Same as every other place in town never have my size great selection but apparently only carry 29 inseam if u have less than 32 waistline and I do fluctuate between a 33 and 34 witck means I'm olways forced to have sagging pants I work at a mill and mini of the guys I work with r my size we can't afford to have clothes that can get caught in equipment this is a major problem guys could get severely hurt or die forced to shop online not really option clothes get caught and torn up all the time need to be replaced thanks

Victoria was very helpful and shared her knowledge about chickens. Can she chicken-sit? Haven't been anywhere overnight since we took in 3 rescue adult chickens 2 years ago. That wasnt fun enough...bought 3 chicks to add to our feather flock.

This store is HUGE. That being the case why are so many items shown online as "NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS STORE"? Sorry dudes NOT driving to Corvallis to shop! And sometimes but not often even going to the store the SAME DAY and actually FINDING the "not available at this store" item in reality AVAILABLE in this store - and then while standing right in front of the item that IS in store (rechecking online via my phone) and seeing the same NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS STORE web message? That creats MISTRUST in this store's pathetic attempt at online marketing! Second complaint: the website is USER UNFRIENDLY to the point of extreme frustration, here's why: despite CHOOSING MY STORE and SELECTING PICK UP IN STORE, this is what happens: every searched item every time results in the website dumping me to another store that is 30 miles away. Wilco DESPERATELY needs to UPGRADE and UPDATE IN REAL TIME its website and just maybe also acquire a webmaster who is qualified to ACTUALLY MASTER your website! Wilco and similar stores - these problems ("not available at this store" and bumping searchers to OTHER stores forcing them to repeatedly CHOOSE THEIR STORE AGAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN) is why people give up and just shop at Amazon or Chewy. THINK ABOUT IT, WILCO.

Lots of inventory and great "farm life" goods, including clothing, footwear, livestock feed, supplies, etc. staff is usually helpful, friendly and knowledgeable (we get our cat food here and used to buy our chicken feed here).

Awesome store, has everything you could ask for in a farm store. Even has incredible jewelry for the special lady in your life! I travel all over Oregon and Washington and stop in as I travel around purchasing the marked down jewelry items they have on mark down! I get some great buys and hide them for my wife's birthday and Christmas gifts!

UPDATE on my WEBSITE COMPLAINT first posted last December: "Four times I changed "my store" to my nearest store. Even used Google and selected the SPRINGFIELD OREGON store as the website. Then on Wilco's website guess what it put me in the "Eugene store." So CHANGED THE STORE AGAIN TO SPRINGFIELD OREGON. Website STILL kept pushing me on to the Eugene Oregon web page. Just because your system reads my ISP which changes HOURLY with ISP feed location DOES NOT MEAN I AM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR EUGENE STORE!!!!! You need to change your system so that when a shopper CHOOSES A STORE that is the store that STAYS PUT while online shopping to either (1) determine whether a searched item is IN STOCK IN THE STORE NEAREST ME THAT I SELECTED TWICE NO THREE TIMES NO FOUR TIMES!!! or (2) ordering online to ship to STORE and keep the store I selected NOT BUMP ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER NOW FOUR TIMES ON THE ITEM PAGE AND ONCE AGAIN ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE! I don't care if you want people to go to your "new" store in Eugene - I AM NOWHERE NEAR THAT STORE AND THE CHANGE MY STORE FEATURE DOES NOT WORK. SO frustrating that instead of Wilco - I am just going to go to PetSmart and be DONE with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" So what is the website doing now? EVEN MORE WEIRD STUFF! Now switches “my store” to locations in California or Washington, or Prineville, Oregon (I live in Springfield, Oregon). Every time I navigate to another web page on the Springfield, Oregon website does this.This is (again) after confirming the Springfield Oregon store as “my store” and checking the box for “only show items available in Springfield." While some of these locations may be delightful, so sorry to disappoint but actually I have no interest in traveling from Springfield OREGON to eastern Oregon, to Washington or to California just to buy puppy toys. Wilco wants people to ORDER ONLINE to save on having to hire human staff. That actually should mean that your website offers a reasonably decent online shopping experience. It does not. Would you rather shoppers just go to Chewy or Amazon? Petco or PetSmart? FIX. YOUR. WEBSITE!

It was my first time coming here and I was very surprised. It was very neat and tidy along with great customer service. The lady at the counter pointed me in the right direction for ratchet straps and I bought a few large behlen country bins for our company.

I love Wilco but I often forget to go there because it's so close to Jerry's and Walmart. I found some great vegetable plants for my garden at very reasonable prices. The plants look healthy and I hope are very productive. This store is always very clean and the people are so helpful! It is also a great store for pet supplies.
