I brought two of my dogs in Friday morning. One was a return customer and the 2nd was a dog we recently adopted that had many mats . She did a wonderful job with both of my dogs and they came home very relaxed and calm and adorable.

Bren the groomer was excellent. My puppy was just 14 weeks old and Bren was wonderful with her. I could tell when I picked up my baby she was very comfortable with Bren and not to mention she looked amazing. With her being so young was not sure how she would do but her groomer was so good with her she got through the entire grooming. I will recommend Bren to anyone. She may me my new favorite person.

The groomer was over loaded. I have had much better grooming done on previious visits. I was charged $10.00 for combing out mats in tail and ears, then turned around and cut all the hair off her ear s.

Michelle at Springfield ore Petco did an amazing job with my girl. Not only did she follow my directions perfectly but she took a very scared dog and took great care of her. I was so pleased as it was Zoey's 1st real grooming ever.

Kayla listened to me about Sadie's grooming issues and evidently gave her plenty of attention. She normally hates baths and nail clips. I was told she did wonderful, no whining, no growling and no trying to get away! Plus, I wasn't even sure at first if Sadie cared that I came to get her or not. This was a first!!!!

Paid a lot of money for a butchered job. It seemed as though the groomer completely missed the back half of my dog. I've never had that happen before. We have been going to Petco for several years but the last year the grooming has gone down hill. It's too bad.

My doggies have been coming here for some time now for their nail trim and buff. The salon employees are so caring, friendly and get the work done, even though my girls struggle with anxiety during their nail trim.
