Went through the Drive Thru because I thought it would be faster than going inside. It was a lot slower then I wanted and the food was a little more expensive than I remembered from last time I was there but I enjoyed the new corn chowder bowl nonetheless. The girl who was at the window was very nice and made a joke when she almost gave me a drink that wasn’t mine. Everyone inside seemed to be working very efficiently! Probably would only come again when craving it though.Kid-friendliness: The menu seemed to have some good options for the little ones!

I have to say that all the Panera‘s have sucky service, and the atmosphere is too loud/tables are dirty and there’s really no service at all. But I do like their salads and absolutely crave the corn chowder. Too many times at night I’ll ask if the pastries are still fresh. And then 10 minutes later, they’re emptying them all out and they drop them into the trash but I just paid four dollars for Basically stale pastry.Vegetarian options: Basically, you can ask for everything without meat. I just wish they would give you a choice to add more beans or veggies since you’re not taking meat.

A worked named Jasmine was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her did handling was unsanitary dropping and spilling food on counters and plates. When I asked for my charged lemonades she grunted at me and rudely responded. She then continued to drop food and plates without giving me my drinks. All the tables were disgusting and had food and crumbs all over them; all this while workers were standing around and chatting with each other. And the one chatting was the manager while my elderly grandma struggled to wipe off the table. The manger was talking about getting her hair and what not done at a nearby Ulta store. One young man in the kitchen was very helpful and got our drinks right away after waiting over five minutes with Jasmine. The food was served cold, but tasted fine. However the lady at the front was very kind and some employees were very helpful, but the majority of them were unhelpful.

Pros:Overall the interior of this place was good.Food was made freshly and this is one of the reasons why I pick Panera. The fresh ingredients don’t make you feel refreshed rather than groggy. I recommend the chicken sandwich here it’s quiet tasty.Cons: cost is definitely overpriced here. I also had an issue with the Asian sesame salad. Yes the ingredients were fresh but all they did to make it Asian was add crotons and sesame seeds and sliced almonds. There wasn’t any flavor added to actual make it unique to the Asian cuisine.

Love their Onion Soups and French Baguette! Wonderful service and well aware of my limited accommodation and not being able to use the drive-thru speaker before coming up to the window. Would be awesome if they had a hand touch screen to order it drive-thru or a special button for limited accessibility for customers. Still nevertheless, will come back for their delicious food! Thank you, Panera for your understanding!!

Portions here have gotten absurd. This LARGE soup, 1/2 a salad, 1/2 a sandwich, and LARGE Mac and cheese cost me $35 dollars.Staff are good, and it's clean, but man for the value it's just not worth it anymore.

Been loving Panera Bread as an eatery, since my Son worked there, back in NJ, when he was in HS! Today, here living back home in OR, my dining partner & I had pepperoni flatbread pizza. It was just as I expected, truly excellent. I have never had a bad menu item or a bad pastry or a bad bagel here. If I was a monetarily rich Woman & didn't enjoy cooking so much, I would undoubtedly eat here everyday. Shhhhhhh, don't tell on me!

Frustration.As a Vegan-Vegetarian, finding appropriate food can be a challenge. What I find particularly frustrating is the insistence of 'putting cheese' onto everything "Vegetarian".There. Are. No. Cheese. Plants!!Okay, rant over.After finally getting the order correct after returning the food, the staff were nice enough to add a couple extra breads.The food was excellent.The service was pretty good,, despite.The atmosphere was enjoyable, despite it being a chilly day. The seat at the table (2 seater), was surprisingly comfortable.Men's room was clean.I'll come back, eventually.Gremlins somewhere in the house.Vegetarian options: State Loudly and Clearly to not add cheese if you don't want it. Politely request them to remake it without cheese when they inevitably do anyways.

Worst experience ever pulled in they didn’t have turkey. They didn’t have avocado. They didn’t have ham everything I wanted on the menu they didn’t have. Then I had to sit in the drive-through for 45 minutes just to get out of it and couldn’t order anything because I didn’t have any ingredients. I hate Panera.

I saw the drive through was very busy, So I decided to. go inside to hopefully get my sandwich a little more quickly.I ordered my food, and 30 minutes later I asked how much longer for them to tell me it would be ready in 20 minutes.... I replied, you guys should defiantly let your customers know up front when there is up to an hour wait for food, especially when the order is simple.Tamer (the manager in charge) fired back at me saying "WEVE BEEN BUSY ALL DAY" and gave me severe attitude. Not what I'm wanting to deal with after waiting 40 minutes for food, so I immediately went to cancel the order. This is the last time I come here, lack of care and customer service.I recommend this place if you want to wait up to an hour to eat.

UPDATEThe Panera Customer Service sent us a 15 dollar gift card. However they put it in Canadian dollars! I live in BC and there is no Panera Bread anywhere close to us. We have made several attempts to get a gift card sent in US dollars (we also originally bought our food in US dollars). The Customer Service people refuse to answer our emails or send us a 15 dollar gift card in US dollars. We have offered to send the 15 dollar Canadian gift card back as it is useless to us.This company and restaurant is quite awful and very unprofessional.Beware of eating in Panera Bread!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!Beware beware. Absolutely horrible!!Our soup was not only cold but extremely thin and no substance to it. When my husband pointed out how thin the soup was they argued with him and said “that’s how we serve our soup”My chicken sandwich was so overcooked and really ruined.And coffee was cold!And all this for $40.00Go anywhere else but not Panera Bread

I’ve been eating Panera for years. I moved here from the Midwest & was happy to see that Panera had a location in Springfield. I am writing this review because of the person at the Drive Thru, I think their name may have been Morgan. They are absolutely stellar at providing quality customer service. I was very impressed with how attentive, friendly, & polite they were while speaking with me & taking my order! When you hired them, you made an excellent choice. Best customer service I’ve received at a drive thru in many years! They were so awesome I didn’t even care that they had run out of tomatoes for my sandwich. They deserve a raise! 5 Stars! :)

Would give 0 stars if I could. I've eaten at this Panera and many other Paneras before. My grandma and I always get the four cheese grilled cheese and tomato soup. The half grilled cheese normally has thick bread and all the good cheeses. Today I paid $5 for this little piece of stale bread and hardly any cheese at all. After talking to the manager, she offered to refund the grilled cheeses. She wasn't very nice, avoided any other conversation, and quickly walked away. We were left so disappointed in the food, still hungry, and she made no offers to make us something else. After taking to a guy from the kitchen, he actually made an effort to make things right. He offered to remake our grilled cheeses and apologized for everything. He even offered us some yummy pastries. He was much better than the first manager lady that talked to us. Just overall was disappointed in this Panera Bread. Thankful that at least one employee was polite and had customer service skills.

We ordered off DoorDash, we got our food and one of our sandwiches was much smaller than it should’ve been. We called the store and they we so understanding and nice, EXCELLENT customer service! They delivered the second sandwich themselves and even threw in some chips and cookies without us even asking. This was an excellent experience with this store and the customer service we received was very much appreciated.

Panera is a nice place to hang out and eat. They have wifi, good coffee and good food. Their breakfast sandwiches are freshly made to order and quite good.

I usually don’t mind the long wait, however I do mind when I pay $30 to get maybe $10 of food that was somebody else’s order, not to mention being so late I couldn’t just go back and ask if they’d make it right, they would be closed. How convenient.. thanks for making sure my child didn’t get their food and my family is hungry, funny how a Cesar salad doesn’t feed 3 people.If I’m going to wait 10-15mins+ I could at least get what I actually order and pay for. This also isn’t the first time this has happened funny enough.
