Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.

I was very happy to see this business open yesterday, we definitely needed some more fancy feast cat food. the fact that they are only taking cash instead of credit didn't bother me at all cause that's how I was going to pay anyway. Thank you very much for being there to serve the people

Excellent customer service, every person I have talked to is knowledgeable of their products, where you can find what in the store, and make you feel comfortable shopping.Then to the items offered for sale! My goodness, if they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it, or better yet, ask for assistance. You may have missed it, or it is coming the next day or so in their order. I am so thrilled my neighbor told me about this Fantastic store!Thank you so much for the offerings you have in your store, and for the best customer service around.Oh, and don’t forget your punch card. Another savings you might get.

Five stars for the friendliest and most helpful staff here :) They're really knowledgeable about their products and help you with a smile. My dog has been eating Petcurean since he was a pup (9 weeks) at the suggestion of Mini Pet Mart employees. He's very healthy and has a shiny coat. Thank you Mini Pet Mart!

Expensive and boutique like now. They don't carry what they used to. The one thing that irritated me me last and final visit was the fact the fact you didn't carry the product I wanted, but your clerk kept trying to sell me on the brands your store carried. When it comes to animals this is not cool to do. Try something because it sounds like what I'm looking for? Not too great. Plus, the raise in price makes your convenient location not so convenient to me anymore. Going where I'm appreciated as a customer and where I can get what I want with my money.

The selection they had at this location was very limited. Also, the cost of the dog food they are selling is outrageous. Three months ago I put my dog on a new diet and her back of dog food cost $30. The same weight now cost $46

The clerk greeted me, and because I have a handicap carried my dog food bag to the door. I have bern in there several times and there have always been helpful friendly people. The price is fair, too. Now, they have a combination scratch off game with the punch cards. Fun

We love Mini Pet Mart! Great selection of pet supplies, everything from fish flakes to serious dog training equipment. Great resource for prescription and special needs pet foods, including frozen raw foods. Great prices on cigarettes as well!

The employees at this location are always very helpful and happy to assist any way they can. There are tons of selections for picky eaters as well as needed dietary restrictions. Loyalty programs and easy returns if the food doesn't work out. I've been going here for multiple years and have been very happy.

I have had pets for 3 years and just found this place in the last 6 months. I purchase a lot of treats and toys here. They have the largest selection of quality dog food at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful in finding a solution to my dog's allergy problems. They also have over the counter medications for pets for many issues. The prices are very reasonable.

I took my 7 month old blue nose pit in this store. Heather greeted me. I asked a ton of questions. She was patient, compassionate, kind & most of all she was knowledgeable! I came back two weeks later to buy cigarettes. She knew who I was, greeted my animal and was concerned about the health of her. I am loyal to this store because of Heather great job girl!
