What an amazing resource for our pet- loving community! Owner, Dani, spoke with me wisely & at length about how to cope with my two elderly cats nutritional needs as they progress through chronic kidney disease & hyper thyroid disease.My aim is to provide them with best quality-of-life, rather than starving them to death slowly with the muscle-wasting prescription foods my vet recommended but my cats hated..I left with a variety of real meat, limited ingredient, grain-free canned foods to tempt them, tubes of concentrated flavor "cat crack," CBD oil for their aching joints, free samples of several dry kibble options & a baggie sample of digestive enzymes to help them extract maximum nutrition from whatever they do condescend to eat.I wish I known about this place a couple of years ago, when my kitties first started having issues!

I just moved into the area but I love this place and the people who work here! So friendly and helpful, never pushy on products and genuinely concerned for your pets’ well-being. Went in last week with questions about my dogs’ itchy skin and, one new food brand and a topical ointment later: no more itchy skin. And the food they recommended was CHEAPER than the brand I had them on??? My dogs are relieved and so am I! Thank you thank you!

Great place to go for food, pet supplies and pets for your dog if you bring them with you!!I love that they have locally sourced goat milk (helps my dog be less itchy) and keep tabs on what you buy to better treat your animals needs!!

Been shopping here for years. No issues. Good selection and service. Unfortunately, I have had to stop because I regularly see customers and staff not wearing masks during the statewide mandate. It really sends a message and not a good one. I tried to talk to the owner discretely about this but she never returned my calls. Just trying to protect vulnerable people or people who understand that masks are critical to get through this pandemic…you might want to go elsewhere.

I always love coming here when I'm in Eugene. My friend lives in Fall Creek so I stop to pick up some goodies for his dogs, cat, and goats. I love being greeted by the animals in the store. Very friendly. The staff is nice and helpful as well. Recommend highly.
