My pup and I are thankful to the Team at Lucky Dog. Hobart is happy to go and I know he is in good hands when I drop him before work. He plays with the other dogs and they feed him the meal that I plan for him. At the end of the day he takes the Limo home and I trust the staff to put him into his crate with supper until I get home. He is so happy there that we are going to start classes and look forward to him going on the nature outings.

The staff at Lucky Dog are amazing! They are extremely caring and attentive, treating each dog as an individual, getting to know all their "personalities" and needs. There is such a wonderful atmosphere at Lucky Dog--so positive and enthusiastic. And they offer a full range of services--everything you could possibly want for your dog. I've gone to other doggy day cares, which were fine, but this is truly, off the charts exceptional! The staff were so skillful at guiding my big, 90 pound German shepherd, Felix, who went to Lucky Dog for many years. He always behaved well with them and with the other dogs. And the staff have been so gentle with my small dog Heidi, a traumatized rescue dog. They helped her feel strong and confident--now she holds her own with all the big dogs, feeling safe and sassy! Heidi LOVES going to Lucky Dog--she cries all the way in the car, in anticipation, and runs right in, thrilled to be there! Dogs don't lie! If only they could write their own reviews, it would be clear how magnificent this place is!

Have been taking our pup to Lucky Dog for almost a year now. We have had a great experience with owner, staff and all the options that we have taken advantage of…in addition to daytime care he has attended enrichment training , adventure camp, and even had a bath. One of Finn’s favorite activities is hanging out in the pool! Haha! Finn is happy to get dropped off and always come home ready to take a nap. Highly recommend!

We started using Lucky Dog after we got a golden retriever mix last year. We talked to 3 different similar doggy daycare locations and Lucky Dog was hands down the most inviting and friendly group of people. We have taken Max a few times now and we are over the top happy with them, so is Max!Update: Max was so excited to go to Luckydog today that he almost removed Kendra’s arm running for the entrance. We left him for overnights twice and it was reported that he took to it like he’s been coming all along! This is so important to us as we want to be able to go out of town and know that he is safe and happy. Most recent photo is him having fun at Luckydog!

Can’t say enough good things about Luckydog. Our pup has attended day care twice a week for nearly four years and it’s the only place we feel comfortable boarding him when we can’t take him with us. The building is clean, they are very careful to make certain pups are up-to-date on vaccinations, and the staff are all wonderful. Bosco loves everything about Lucky Dog including the Enrichment program and Adventure Club. We love being able to have him groomed while he’s there. Lucky Dog is the best!

Luckydog has been nothing but amazing for me and my pup! My pup darts through door full of excitement at the beginning of the day, and comes home exhausted and happy at the end of day. I know she’s in the best hands at Luckydog, with staff that are very knowledgeable and truly care about the dogs in their care. I cannot recommend this place enough, and my only regret is not getting my pup started there sooner!

Lucky Dog is my pups favorite place. The staff take great care of her. I appreciate that they send me pictures when they can, update me if I text them to ask a question, and are responsive to my requests/need for daycare. I would recommend Lucky Dog to anyone that needs to utilize a place to burn energy, play with other dogs in a controlled environment, or a place for them to go while you have a long work day. Our dog Rose has been a Lucky Dog client for 10 years. She first was enrolled in their puppy training program, graduating after several weeks. She came away from that as a fully socialized dog able to mingle and play in any situation. Rose goes to work with me 4 days a week and then to Lucky Dog on Fridays. As Rose has become a senior dog, they have included her in their senior dog field trips that provide tender attentive care. Rose has never had any health challenges from her time at Lucky Dog. I am most impressed by the quality of the staff. They are fully trained and professional. They have little staff turnover. I highly recommend Lucky Dog Day Care.

Luckydog has been a saving grace for my dog! The facility is clean, the staff are polite and professional, and you genuinely feel their love of dogs. Many staff members are certified dog trainers which helped my anxiety-riddled pup immensely. She runs up to the door and loves her time there. I feel comfortable leaving my beloved pet in their care and I’m grateful for their webcams so I can spy on her while I’m out of town. It’s a fun and safe place for dogs to play and interact!

Lucky Dog has expertly cared for our dogs for many years. They've gone above and beyond when we've needed daycare, training, and boarding. I cannot recommend this locally-owned and owner-run business more highly. That said, the highest recommendation comes from our dogs, who always drag us from the car to Lucky Dog's front door when we drop off.

My female black Labrador Retriever loves participating in Adventure Park and Doggie Daycare. She comes back exhausted and happy! She sleeps through the night at home. She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. She has literally turned around before entering, dug in her paws, whined, and sat at the gate to leave at other facilities, but not at Lucky Dog. She loves it! The staff at Lucky Dog are fabulous!

I was searching for a day care to give more to my senior basset after moving out of my parents' house with a yard from out of state to apartment life in Oregon. Plus, she liked going to the off-leash dog parks and beaches from our home state. So, I wanted to give her a similar opportunity that would also allow me to run errands. I also got a noise complaint from an unhappy neighbor about my basset. She does have separation anxiety due to original owners neglecting her. I went to one day care, and they turned us away within an hour of her trial stay, saying her anxiety was too severe for them to manage. They said also given her senior age, she would not improve anywhere. Desperate, I walked into Lucky Dog after we were rejected from the first place and asked for their help. They got us an orientation slot within a week or two. We had some hiccups due to my basset's separation anxiety, but they worked with her and did not give up on her. Staff worked with me on developing a plan to help her anxiety during her stays. Sometimes dropping her off required a little support from me to get her to run in the back. After a while, when I would drop her off, she began running in. I had mixed feelings like "why is she leaving me without a second thought?" but I was also happy that she was happy to be there. When I pick her up, she is happy to go home but not in that very anxious way like she didn't enjoy her time. She's content. I had plans to travel back to my home state in January 2024. My plane left right before the severe ice storm. It was so nice to get updates on how they were caring for all the dogs that were boarding there. Most recently, I had an emergency and needed to board my basset on short notice. Lucky Dog helped me out. They may cost more than some other places but it's worth it, knowing that they love your fur babies as much as you do and keeping you updated on their visits helps to also put you at ease. My baby's separation anxiety has improved. I also love how they started calling her a nickname that I also use but I don't think I ever told them that until I heard them say it. I love the Lucky Dog team and so does my dog Marty! The staff is always helpful and friendly and I feel confident leaving Marty in their care whether it be for daycare, overnights or a Lucky Limo ride home. I hesitate to leave a great review because I don't want to make them so busy they don't have room for Marty when he needs a sleepover!

The staff here are AMAZING. Very thorough with explaining the procedure for my pup's stay. They are 100% on the same page as I am and do amazing stuff to make sure my pup feels welcome and at home with them. This is not the first place I tried to board my pup in Eugene/Springfield, but they are hands-down the best. I feel very comfortable with them and my pup seems to love them, which is the most important thing.UPDATE: After a number of stays, they are STILL amazing and my pup definitely adores Luckydog. When I drop her off, she runs inside and forgets I'm even there. When I pick her up, she is all tail wags and kisses. They keep their clients up-to-date on any concerns, and the ability to see my pup on webcam makes traveling so much less stressful because I can see she's happy and having fun.

I love Luckydog. When I moved to this area, I was immediately drawn to them for being an all in one provider for dogs. My dog Theo had a couple puppy classes from Stacey, who is a gem. A one hour one on one and my dog was already improving. Theo also regularly gets groomed by McKenzie. I’ve always been super happy with her cuts, and we’ve had different variations, all wonderful. She’s a grooming artist! I’ve never tried day care as I work remotely but I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go to them. I believe they also do boarding.

Luckydog has been consistently outstanding in their care and affection for our Labradoodle. He has been going to LD for about 10 years now and we have never had any cause for concern. He happily goes into the facility and does not have any stress when we've had to board him overnight. So grateful for this facility and the staff.

I have been taking my little dog Hershey to Luckydog for over a year (since he was a puppy).They are the best! He went to Puppy Preschool with teacher Stacey, and also did leash training with her. She is both an expert and a dog lover, and my “little man” loves her as well as all the other staff. It’s clear to me that he loves getting his “zoomies” out, and he always comes home tired and happy. I have also boarded Hershey overnight on several occasions. I love how I can “visit” my pup throughout the day via Luckydog’s webcams. I highly recommend Luckydog to other dog parents!

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Luckydog! Bentley has been going there for about 10 years now. He used to go 3x a week in his younger days; at 12 years old he is currently 2x per week and honestly, daycare days are his favorite part of the week. He can hardly handle it when we are waiting for one of the staff to scoop him up. And even though Bentley is well-managed at home by himself while I work long days, it's very comforting to know he is living his best life while he is in their care.The staff has been nothing but professional and caring, not to mention they are the sweetest individuals ever. Bentley and I have bonded with various employees over the years, but the current team deserves an AAA+++ rating.Other than being with beloved family members, where else in this life are you are greeted with the sweetest enthusiasm? It's so refreshing and never gets old :)

Luckydog is awesome! The staff are caring and flexible, and many enrichment activities are offered to meet the wide range of energy levels of different breeds.Knowing that my pups are getting the best of care allows me to relax when out of town. Frankly, I think the pups like Luckydog better than home. ❤️The pups also appreciate being able to keep up on their favorite Animal Planet shows when staying overnight. 😂

Howard and Franklin LOVE LuckyDog!!! Howard has been a customer for 11 years; Franklin for 6. Both of them squeal with delight when they arrive at the sparkling clean facility (yes I can say that about a dog playground. We board our dogs regularly and they play with their friends on Wednesdays. In all these years, we have never had an unfortunate experience (unless Franklin caused it!). We are so grateful for the love and attention Dee Dee and her crew give to our boys. Thank you!

Under the relatively new ownership of Dee Dee Lucky Dog Day and Night Care has improved tremendously. It is organized, clean, respectful of it's employees, communicative and offers many enriching dog activities in addition to stellar day care, grooming and boarding. But my dog's enthusiasm when arriving is the best recommendation of all. She has become a well socialized member of any dog pack she encounters in no small measure due to the guidance she receives when attending day care once every week or two. Highly Recommended for any dog service needed.

Our golden retriever (8.5 months) was bit while in the care of this business. I got the call to come pick her up to take her to the vet. I was told she did not do anything wrong, was calm and the Frenchie just got overstimulated. We do understand that dogs will play bite, but this bite was a very aggressive bite.She needed 4 stitches to reattach the bottom portion of her ear that required her to be put under anesthesia at the emergency vet. Two days later she had to go to the regular vet because her ear was pooling with blood.We talked to the manager and the owner Dee Dee. My husband asked for contact information for the frenchies parents to help with the vet bills. He was told no and to contact their attorney. Not only was he told no, Dee Dee was insanely rude and then told Ryan that Maggie has been kicked out of their daycare because Ryan was being difficult.We loved this daycare and so did Maggie until it came time to resolve an issue. They NEGLECTED to keep our puppy safe by allowing another dog to become overstimulated. We have photos of this Frenchie in Maggie’s face, workers on their phones for an extended period of time with their backs to the dogs that then required an overstimulated dog to be removed, and even nobody in the play area with the dogs.If your dog goes to this daycare I would advise you rethink it. Your dog could be in danger by being neglected. You pay for a service that is not being performed. I don’t want another dog to get injured in their care. We took this matter to court and lost because their waiver covered them. They don’t have to provide a safe environment if you signed the waiver. Do yourself and your dog a favor and stay away from a business that does not stand behind what they are selling or have enough integrity to stand up and do the right thing.

We love LD! Our goldendoodle, Teddy cannot wait to get out of the car to play and stay! Jocelyn is fantastic at communicating with us regarding training tips and tricks! Laurel and McKenzie do a fabulous job of grooming! Lucky Dog has created a family atmosphere for our dog- they know his personality, needs and when he even needs a break from playing! I love the live camera feed and the social media videos on instagram! We are blessed to be a clients!
