I had Di's custom install laminate countertops in my kitchen. I have an 1985 manufactured home and a previous owner had installed a horrible tile counter over part of my kitchen counters so it was ugly, unsanitary and not level. The cost was more than I initially thought it would be, I'm not gonna lie. However, the value is immense. Brett (the installer) was professional and friendly and probably saved me a small fortune with his skill. As he took off my existing counters we found that my lower cabinets are made of sheet rock (!?!?!?!?!) and that in places it had deteriorated so much that about half of my cabinets (specifically around my corner sink and dishwasher) basically had no support. I had a load bearing dishwasher. Brett was able, with additional supplies and labor, to reinforce my base cabinets and install gorgeous counters that I absolutely love. I really think a less experienced firm would have told me I needed to replace my lower cabinets before continuing, and again, I live in a 1985 MFH - there's a limit to how much is wise to invest into it, but at the same time I absolutely need a kitchen that functions. I ended up paying $1900 for the whole thing, but not only got a functional, attractive counter as promised, I have a much more structurally sound and durable kitchen that will last me for years. The amount of work and expertise that goes into laminate countertops blew my mind and Brett and Di's have the expertise to make a good job of it. If you are considering a similar investment in your home, I would highly recommend Di's.

Di's is absolutely amazing. I had unique request that was my own design of puzzle pieces of custom area rugs. The goal was to preserve the hardwood floors but give my aging dog sure footing while softening the whole room. They accommodated everything I threw at them. Instead of "we don't do that" they came out to do precise measurements and see the vision, giving the perfect recommendation for binding edges after helping me find a beautiful and affordable carpet. I am chemically sensitive so they set me up with a low VOC padding that had no odor. All the staff were courteous and professional. No mistakes were made. This is the flooring company you want to use!

They installed carpeting in the three bedrooms of my Cottage Grove house today and did a great job. Their prices were good and when my schedule changed, they were able to move my installation date to the right without any problem. Next time I need more carpet, I'll buy again from them.

Absolutely amazing in every way! I would highly recommend Di's for any and all flooring needs! We had almost our entire house covered in various carpet, and Di's did a beautiful LVP floor after pulling out the existing carpet. Nigel was super communicative and helpful all along the way; he provided our quote quickly and was always available to answer any questions. He went above and beyond accommodating our schedule and trying to get the job done as quickly as possible for us.Fernando and Junior were with us for about a week to do the job and were incredibly thorough, kind and did an excellent job. They made sure to let us know of any issues right away, and they always asked our opinion if something could be done more than one way. They were prompt, incredibly fast, and did an absolutely wonderful job.I had a couple quotes from other places as well, and Di's prices were competitive and fair, and I felt like they were the most communicative and honest about the whole process. Anyone looking to get flooring done should head to Di's!

Johan was super patient with my decision making process. No one on the staff ever rushed me, or made me feel like I'd taken too long or asked for too many samples. They installed both my countertops and flooring. My kitchen is super tiny, and I needed to go budget, but they treated me as a valued customer, even so. The installers were great to work with, and they did an exceptional job. I was worried there would be issues with my floor install especially, because taking the old flooring up and ripped up part of the boards underneath, especially around the edges of the kitchen. Nope, they did a fantastic job and did it both within the estimate and in the time the told me they would. They were awesome, and I would definitely choose them again.

Nigel and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about solid vinyl tiles, which I was looking for. I got bids from other flooring stores, which all were in the same price range. They had a product I chose that I've been very happy with. Rosendo and his son, Fernando, were great. They did a beautiful job installing floors in laundry room and main bath. I will use them again when I am ready to do my master bath.

We had a fairly big job that included demo of foot-square tiles throughout the main floor of our home. From the initial bid to the final clean-up, this project proceeded like a dream. Di's is responsive, professional, on-time, and efficient. The installers were amazing... they worked hard, quickly, and were perfectionists. We needed a whole house carpet replacement and spent months researching the right carpet to fit our lifestyle with active young dogs, visited several local carpet companies, ordered multiple samples, and got a handful of bids. Excellent experience in every way. Johan provided excellent customer service and came out to my house right away to see what I needed. . He was able to fit me in the schedule to have my carpet stretched right away despite their busy schedule so it could be done before my home's open house. David came out and did an amazing job stretching the carpet the rooms that needed it. The carpet looks better than ever. He also vacuumed it and it is like he did magic on it.

We were coming off of a very negative floor install experience with a big box store so were not looking forward to starting over. After visiting nearly every flooring store in town, ended up working with Johan and staff at Di's and are very happy. They were very patient and reached out to vendors for us to see about other color options on the vinyl plank we opted for. Product arrived on time and install was perfect. I went into di’s looking for some area rugs. Our sales person was Matt. I told him what size and color I was looking for and he found the perfect ones I was looking for. We had them bound and they were ready in a week. It was such an easy transaction. They had a great selection of rems that were all different sizes, patterns and colors I don’t know why I haven’t thought to come here before. I will be coming back again for anymore of my flooring needs.

From start to finish, I had a great experience dealing with Di's. Following water damage caused by a burst pipe, they installed replacement carpet and marnoleum at my house. About six months ago we went to Di's to choose vinyl flooring for an upcoming renovation project. When we went back this month to purchase the vinyl, the style had been discontinued. Johan found stock available on the East Coast and placed the order. Yay! Then the delivery timing was going to cause a scheduling issue with our contractor. We had to start over again, and move quickly. Johan spent time with me on the phone going over options, then he located our new selection, and assured quick and timely delivery. The fact that he was willing to work with us to make sure we got a product we wanted, on time, and at a great price, made all the difference to our renovation. We highly recommend Johan, and Di's.

We recently remodeled our kitchen, including the floor in kitchen and dining room. I wish we had known about Di's when choosing the counter tops but glad we at least found them for the floors. They have so many different types of flooring, in many colors and patterns available. And Nigel was so patient with my near insanity not knowing what was doing. I love the end choice; installation was done at the day and time scheduled. The work was done in one day. And prices are very fair. When we're able to do the rest of the house, I will definitely have the floors done at Di's.

We first picked them just because they stocked the marmoleum (plant-based linoleum) we wanted, but their service and assistance has made sure we come back for the rest of a multi-stage project.Low-pressure, helpful sales staff; quickly came out for measurements and estimates. We had Di's install 2800 sq ft of LVT. The Lopez brothers who did the installation were great - on time, detailed, hard working problem solvers. Oscar also installed a radiant heat system in the bathroom under the LVT. Johann and Angeles at the store were always responsive to questions and for research to handle problems. Our floors look great.

The Wife and I have now been happily living, for the past 3 months, with our new flooring, CoreTech plank and Mannington Tile. At Di's Flooring Center. Johan and crew have been instrumental in helping us meet our design goal and I can't say enough about the fit and finish during the installation process! I'm still amazed how beautiful the 7 inch wide CoreTech Hickory style planks looks, especially down our 15 foot hallway where the parallel lines of the planks show the fit and accuracy of the installation. I bought flooring from them for my kitchen. It had a 10 year guarantee. In less than a year, the kitchen showed tears and gouges in multiple places, not just in one location. They came out and took pics to show to the vendor. After multiple attempts to get a response, they said it was not covered under warranty...that it was a result of "high heels, rock in shoe," etc. I went back in a few months to complain again since more cuts were appearing and they said they would follow up and they never did. When I looked on the manufacturer's website, it said that floor was recommended for low traffic areas...bathroom or bedroom. My kitchen is NOT a low traffic area. When I mentioned this to them, they just blew me off. I might as well have saved myself some money and bought a floor with a 1-year guarantee.
